"I, uh...I think it's asking Raven to please move away..."
I tried to interpret what it said. "It's saying, 'Demon, do not harm this girl. Leave her be!' I think it thinks Raven's gonna hurt you."

I turned to the demon to gauge its reaction.
Poor thing seemed crushed.
It roared unintelligbly, then vanished.
"Uh," I explained uncertainly, "I think you hurt its feelings. It was trying to protect you..."
