I sat them down at an empty table. "I'll be right back my loves!" I skipped over to the lunch line, peering over to see what there was. I'm pretty picky about what I eat. Maybe I would just go for another cup of coffee....

Gavner went over and snagged himself some coffee and walkjed back to his seat and sat down. "Coffee, mmm."

Gene watched Rae skip away, but eventually the feeling of being overwhelmed died down as she continued to ponder lunch. "Never about anyone? Your other friends are not very good?" Gene replies belatedly to Richard as he opens his lunch box to pull out a turkey sandwich, an apple, a small bag of thin pretzels and a thermos of green tea. It was fairly typical for the sort of lunch he ate every day. While they never packed his lunch, busy as they tended to be, Gene's parents always left specific instructions on what should be prepared for him. Gene opened the thermos first and poured some of the tea into the lid. He would need it; the sandwich was always dry. Just whole grain bread and turkey; no condiments.

Looking up, the bell resounded through Connor's ears. He inclined his head in farewell to Elaine. A calloused hand rose to rub the back of his neck apologetically, and he spoke with the same apology evident in his tone. "Well, it was a pleasure meeting you. I'm heading off to lunch." An audible growl emitted from his stomach, and he grinned due to it. Nodding his head once again in farewell, he spun on his heel - in a very military-esque manner - and was off.
Arriving in the cafeteria, Connor payed little mind to the others who bustled about. Making a beeline to the lunch line, he grabbed his food and went on his way. An apple, a slice of greasy pizza, and a bottle of tea sat on his tray. Without bothering to find a seat, he immediately went to stand against the wall, making sure he had a good view of most of the folks in the cafeteria. Leaning against the wall, he instinctively pulled his left foot up to place it flat against the wall. He brought the slice of pizza to his mouth and took a large bite, allowing his gaze sweep the room. What better way to spend my free time. People-watching!

I jumped up and down, trying to look over the line of people. I can't seem to catch a break today. Wriggling through people, I grabbed a cup of coffee. I walked quickly to the register. I put a hand in my pocket. "Uh oh." I sighed. No money = no coffee. Great...

Gavner walked up to the girl with no money and handed her a 5 dollar bill, and sat back down.

Baralai just sat there quietly, slowly eating his lunch, and some big strong jock guy and his friends came over.
"Hey shorty move, we want to sit here." They said rudely to him and basically just forced there way into the seat, pushing him out of the way. Baralai just silently grabbed his food and his things and moved to another place to eat. He was used to things like that, so he really didn't let it bother him, he learned it was easier just to let it go and find a different place rather than fight it.

Gavner walked up to the jock and punched him, then grabbed Baralai and ran. "I know, not smart."

Baralai just stared wide eyed at Gavner, dropping his apple as he was grabbed. Baralai easily kept up with him, but he was still in shock... "What was that for?" He asked confused, noone had ever really stood up for him before, I mean sure he has had a few friends.. but none that would do such a bold thing.

“Aren't you worried that you are going to get hurt!?” He asked Shocked. “I am used to things like that they don't bug me anymore.” He looked at the ground smiling, even possibly with a sllight blush. “But...........Thank.. you” he said awkwardly.

I stood in awe of the boy who paid for my coffee. I went to say something, but then he was gone! I looked around like crazy, trying to find him. No luck. My new life's mission was to find the coffee payer! I sat back down with Richard and Gene, smiling to myself.

"Um ok." He said following him. He doesn't really like coffee but it was nice to have someone to be around, and more or lest hang out with during school. "Are you sure we should go back into the cafeteria?" He asked calmly. "You might have to put up with stupid again..." He said as they walked to where t he coffee was.

Alice was really quiet, as she walked and got an orange juice, unfortunately she wasn't hungry today. She walked over to a table with nobody, Why I am being so unsocial...Maybe becuase your shy. No, that's not it. Uh huh... Right Alice now was too busy having an argument with herself.
