The boy looked hurt, he knew it had to come, and knew it had been soon. But he had still hoped otherwise. Still, he wanted to be strong for Gina. "Okay Gina!" He put on a smile just for her and nodded as he snuggled against her.
He looked over to the hunter and smiled as he looked up at Gina. He was happy knowing he had more time with her. "Gina let's go back to bed. You are going to need your sleep right?"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raziel had risen again, the old castle was now mostly vacant save for those who were to accompany him to the town Gina was in. He stepped through the halls and looked outside from the shadows, waiting for the sun to fall so he could venture out. Though that wouldn't be for a few more hours.
He smiled as he went over different plans, either way, he was going to have fun with this little fun of hide and seek she would no doubt play with him.

Gina looked at the boy and nodded back at him. "go ahead to the Inn and finish your resting. ive had my resting." she said, rubbing under the boys eyes, showing proof of his tiredness. after he went to the Inn, she turned to D. "its early, but i already know i cant sleep anymore, as it is." she said to him. she dropped her fragile hands to her sides, the lacing on the sleeves covering them up. she decided it would be nice to go for a walk. she looked around for the old man or the young boy. when she saw the old man, she made a small gesture towards him. "is there some sort of pond nearby at all?" she asked him. she had a fondness of ponds, for some reason.

The old man blinked and looked over to her. "Well let me see here. There is one that we do ceremonies in. It's just beyond the back of the church. When you see the reeds, you know you'll be close to it Miss Gina." The old man looked up to her and turned his head back down to the book he had been reading.
The grandson smiled and finished brushing the horse. Once he was sure it was comfortable, he left and shut the door behind him. He headed back inside to where his grandfather was. "All done Grandpa!"

Gina bowed her head and thanked the old man. she started out the door, then paused and looked at D. you are more than welcome to follow along if you like, her red eyes said to him, although he might not know it. she waited for about a minute, and then began to walk out of the door, her red dress leaving a trail behind her. as the carriages stopped, they let out some guards that were packed in with the nobles in some carriages. only a handful ran towards the gates of the castle, while the reast stayed behind, watching over their deliveries, especially the first crimson carriage. one guard shouted out to anyone who were watching the entrance. "THIS IS THE FAMILY AND NOBLES OF THE CORTEN AGE!" he called out "WE WERE INVITED BY YOUR MASTER, SIR RAZIEL! ALLOW US INSIDE PLEASE!"

It was hard to believe this old man was actually the mayor of this town. Unless the noble was mistaking him for such. Most mayors he had come across where headstrong, arrogant and gun toting men. But each town was different, and it had been a long time since he had last been in this town itself. Times had changed it seem, but then again this town had always been a peaceful one. The townsfolk had treated him decently, unlike some villages he had been to. Then again it wasnt like he could blame them, his blood was mixed with a curse.
D stood there in silence, not eevn watching the noble woman as she left the home, or the child who left before her. D keen ears picked up many sounds as he kept watch. The steady breathing of the huntress, the occasional flip og a page from the old man, and the child walking about. But what seemed to have the youths attention for now, was the steadily blowing wind.
Something was on the rise, only hte most experienced hunters could tell such a thing from the wind or just feel of the day. The huntress and the woman Noble where just the beginning to something much larger...

Before the castle stood what looked to be a large tree. However, at the shouts, it began to rustle and move. The creaking sound would alert the guards to it as it's roots lifted up from the ground. A face of a young woman came from the trunk and opened up it's eyes at the group.
Despite the rough look of it, the voice that came forth was quite calm. "If you come from the Master then you are welcome here." with the roots uplifted, the large tree moved itself out of the way, clearing the path for them so they could proceed inside the castle.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Her breathing was steady for the moment. Now that she had stoped screaming and panicking. One wouldn't be able to tell she had been a state of complete insanity.
The old man sighed and rubbed his head. The noble was gone so he decided it was time to speak to D. He didn't want to alarm the girl, she was to sweet to worry about such things. He shooed his grandson away again and looked over to D as he spoke from his chair.
"I feared that's what was happening to the villagers. I shudder to think what may happen now. However, I hear there is a man who lives in Oren that has been doing research on such things. We gave him the bodies of those we found in an attempt to make an antidote, or something that would combat his serum."

Gina walked away from the village, hearing the sounds of the new night. she could feel a breeze as she walked nearing the pond the mayor spoke of. she could see the moonlight simmer off of the clear substance, and she was now next to the pond. she stared into it, seeing the perfect complexion of the moon. she bent her knees, now just sitting on the ground. she moved her legs to the side as she lightly tapped the pond, the ripples altering the reflection. she stared into the pond, as if it were hypnotizing her dark red hopeless eyes. she sighed as she looked from the water to the sky, seeing some stars around. it seemed such a beautiful night, it was as if there was nothing ever wrong at all. as if there wasnt a war. as if everything was peaceful, like she wantedall her life. but she shook her head. it would never be like that. she knew, deep in her cold but warm heart, as much as she tried to deny it, that humans were too bloodthirsty for war and power. and vampires were only in the way, creating chaos once again. she looked down, hiding her face from the moonlight, as if she werent humble enough to feel its pale light on her soft and dead skin the guards, a bit suprised at the moving tree, gained their conscous and nodded at the figure as it moved. as the path cleared, the guards signaled the carriages to be pulled away. the first one leading, as the head came out once again, to observe the tree experiment. "interesting" he said as he watched the figure until it was out of human sight.

Once all the carriages had moved, the experiment went back to it's spot. Once again it burried it's roots inside and the head disappeared into the trunk again, as if it had never even been there.
The castle was large with enough room to comfortable house all of his men and then some. The towers twisted in a strange gothic design. The courtyard itself consisted of a fountian and the most beautiful flowers ever to grace the earth. Most of them were crossbred.
Inside the castle laid the best furnishings one could ask for. Everything was clean and well taken care of, thanks again to his various experiments. There was a long line of portraits, most of which had been collected from the castles of those who had died thanks to the famous hunter known as D. Infact, most of the things Raziel owned had belonged to other great nobles.

"Is his the only Noble activity in these areas?" D asked after the old man was done speaking. Oren.... Gina claimed her father to be there and planning a war. A war that would need soliders, not just the usual mindless ghoul. Experimenting on other species to create more horrifying and deadly soliders wasnt uncommon...
Two woman show up in a town riddled with ghouls with only one soul survivor. One a mortal huntress, seeking another vampire from another town. The other, a Noble, running from her own kind, loathing what was to come in the near future. Which lead D to only one conclusion. The two Nobles, the one who was terrorizing this town and Ginas father were planning these attacks together. Or they would so soon if they had not already joined forces...
However before he could question Miss Gina, D had to see to the Huntress's wellbeing. Leaving her now could just result in disaster, especially as night came and the moon rose steadily.

Gina turned her head to rustling in the shadows. she stood up steadily, her sleeves hiding her now drawn claws. she looked at the rustling and saw a figure there. she took a step back, the figure doing the same, revealing himself. "Mizu!" she called out as she recognized the traitor who held her back so many times. she snarled at him "what are you doing here???? who sent you????" she was ready to lunge at him and claw him till he couldnt bleed. he shook his hands and head. "no no no. no one sent me. well, your father sent me to aid this new vampire, but i sneaked away. i wanted to see if you were ok." he rose his hand to her. but she denied. "im better off to not see you. what makes you think i can trust you all of the sudden???" she asked the quiet vampire knight. When the dark lord saw the many decorations of the castle landscape, he was pretty impressed. he saw the protraits and then recalled back to his stories to his daughter about the deliberate man who chose the side of the cattle instead of the side of the predator. there was a quick flush of disgust as he remembered the fact Gina was with the damned man. he turned his attention to the other decorations, like the flowerbeds and the fountains. this calmed him and he looked at the pale moon. "shes watching it" he said as he still knew a lot about his Gina. the guards seemed almost restless of the new place. many of them were young, so they had the naive excitement inside themselves. the lord could see this and he grunted. he wondered about the elites he sent before. they were gone, this he could tell, but where? they vanished, except for the quiet one, who had been sent with Master Raziel for their task. he began to wonder if that Raziel had something to do with the disapearing of the elites, but it wouldnt matter either way. he smirked as he thought of the elites being turned into something like the outside tree. "interesting" was the same word that came outof his mouth again)( night misher! x3 )(

(Goodnight ^^)
The old man sighed, "No, Oren has had the same problem. The only difference is no experiments. However, the deaths do happen on a regular basis. It seems to be the feeding grounds and nothing more." He turned his head and looked outside. He hadn't even noticed the moon rising.
"That reminds me.." He pushed himself out of the chair and headed over to a small chest. He took out a key and unlocked it, pulling out a sack full of gold. He shut the lid and headed over to D, handing it over to him. "Your payment as promised."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Her mind sank back into old times. Snow fell all around her as she stood outside of her town. A small place, surrounded entirely by mountians in a small valley. It had been the perfect spot, seemingly the one town that no vampire had ever found. But it was night time now. She had been told to never venture outside, but she did anyway. On this night, she saw a lone stranger covered in snow and resting on a clydsdale.
His face was so young and beautiful. The small girl couldn't help but stare as he continued to move foreward. It was much to cold for him to stay outside.
"Come with me! You can rest at our Inn!"
That simple line is what started it all.
The image changed, she was now underneath a trap door in her home. She looked up as she heard a thud to see her father fall to the floor, followed by the scream of her mother and a second thud. The small girl put her hands over her mouth and looked up to see their eyes, each one was surprised. She shivered in fear and hid from the man, but he left, as if he didn't even noticed her.
Three days past, and she found leaving to be difficult. She was sure he was gone, but he had left his minions behind. After doing her fair share of weeping, and appologizing for what she had brought to her town, she grabed her father's sword and headed out. She saw tracks from a few others, and made it out unscathed. She had stuck to the shadows and been quiet so as not to alert the zombies.
As she ventured out, she saw dead bodies of those who had tried to escape, and she continued until she came to a group of vampire hunters in the area.
It had been years later now, she sat in silence on a rock overlooking their camp site. It had been like this every night. She felt so dirty after spending her nights with all of them. Her brows furrowed as she remembered the training of vampire hunting..and the extra curricular training. Her grip tightened on her body to the point where she caused herself harm without her knowledge. She was only fifteen now, and already she had the status of whore no matter where she went. The Des Marrow clan loved their stories.
She was tired of the looks, tired of them always accusing her. Tired of drunks thinking they were going to get a free ride.
Her blade was bloody now, the last one came at her, and in one swift move, she removed his head. November looked down to their bodies, she gathered what she would need and set all the horses free. All but one..the white mare. She had always loved it. It seemed to understand her even though she knew it was impossible. After setting fire to the camp site, she rode off to begin her new life.
She was looking at Raziel now, he was talking, tormenting her. In the real world, November's body tensed up as she grabbed the sheets. The moon seemed to accelerate her healing process and had awoken her from her sleep despite the blinds being closed. She seemed to know it. November's eyes shot open as she screamed and held her head tightly. Sweat started to pour from her now as she tried to calm her heart rate, but it was racing now.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Raziel had started his journey now, his horse dashing across the landscape. He hoped to reach the town before the sun came up but knew that wasn't possible. though with luck, he might be able to get halfway there. He looked back to the one he had been assigned with and smiled.
He looked to see the one that had been assigned to him had dissappeared. He groaned and rubbed his forehead. Fine then, he would be sure to report such insubordinance to Gina's Father. He continued riding on throught he night, as fast as his horse would fly.
