M.M. was quiet interested in hearing that Shiki was now ordering him to spy of Rottiger. "Very well Shiki," he said "But do be careful as well, and watch out for people that seem bit strange." Though he knew he couldn't offered to loose this one, since he seem to valuable for the cause to start a rebellion. "What should our next move be, support the Japanese Liberation Front?"

Shiki nodded. "Get in contact with them. This celebration is going down big, and we're going to need all the help we can get."
Koma looked back to Rottiger from where she had moving to assist Armaggio. "Um..last time I checked, you weren't our leader." Various members of Shiki's gang turned back to join with her. "In fact, you're more of a powerful ally than anything else."

stare "keep up that attitude and i can and will take my plans elsewere. i already ran these pland past other members and they liked it pretty good, in fact its such a detailed plan that i was ordered to be spyed on."

he shows the plans to her. "its a 3 part operation. 1. we sneak into the the area stationing knightmares on the outskirts of the ceremony location. 2.we set off bombs and get out making sure to slip past sucurity and out to the protection of our friendly knightmares, and 3. the covert operatives get in thier knightmares and with the help of our allies the Japanese Liberation Front, a pre arranged alliegence i have set up of course, we battle the enemie knightmares and destroy whats left of the ceremony and all the guests attending it." he walks to the other side of the base thing and continues..."but it is imperative they dont have a trace of who we are. and more to the secondary point of the mission we will have zero make an appearence to show the enemy that the black nights are ressurected and are a force to be reckoned with." he smiles, content with his briefing, and waits for someone to say something.

Koma looked at him. "That has got to be dumbest idea I've ever heard." She sighed. "That being said, the bomb would best be placed here." She indicated a large grouping of imperial seats that were located right by several civilian accomodations. "If we plant it after they do their intial sweep of the area, it should remain relatively unguarded for the rest of the time. And it will be hard to notice us in a crowd, especially when they start reeling in panic. But that brings us to our biggest problem." She looked at him flatly. "Zero is dead. If he was ever alive int he first place. Everybody knows that. He was a great revolutionary, but he wasn't immortal."

"no you shall all throw concieled bombs secretly when i give the signal and i will drop a master bomb to devastate the building and all inside it. we will have to time it perfectly to pull it off but its doable. if i can make it out through a secret cieling hatch i found then we will move on to the next phase......................and zero will be there...i guarentee it." he gives a small smirk.

"Destroy?" Said one of the black knights "So are you saying were going to murder them?" he continued "I understand our cause but don't you think it would be too much to murder the innocent? We'd only be stooping to their level."

Koma moved to Rottiger's side and eyed her face to face, no touch of doubt in her stance. She drew her hand back and slapped it across his face. "What the hell do you think you're talking about? We can't just kill the innocent. Like he said, that would put us on their level." She looked over the plans before whipping out her cell phone and dialing furiously.
Shiki felt his pocket buzz and raised his hand. "May I be excused? It's rather important." The teacher only sighed. "Go on, I'm sure you've finished your test already." He nodded, moving out of the classroom and answering his phone as he lokced himself in. "What is it Koma?" He drew back a little from the phone at the stream of profanity that mostly included Rottiger.
"...And there is no way I'm going to let him injure innocent civilians. You have exactly three seconds to get back here. Now!" Koma snapped her phone shut and swept the plans off the table. "Until Shiki gets here, there will be no discussion of Rottiger's plan. Understood?"

"what do you expect me to do, warn every civilian about the attack? these people are loyal to britannia! do you honestly believe they wouldn't tell the soldiers? your best bet in not taking innocent lives in war is to miss!" he walks outside.

Koma shook her head. "Bullshit!" She called after him. Turning back to the group, she sighed. "Alright, we're not going to totally scrap his plan, but the basics are fine. We're going to set off a bomb here," she indicated a place on the map where there were very few civilians, but was still close enough to the support structure to disrupt the nobles. "We're not going to do a lot of damage, but it will help to cause a distraction long enough for us to bolt towards the Knightmares..."
"And then I will make my first debut in over a century." Came a voice from the shadows. As everyone turned towards the voice, a tall, thin figure in a purple cape wrapped around him made his way into the light. Every step was purposeful, and he captured everyone's attention at once. His face was hidden behind the reflective material of his helmet, which no doubt held a removable slot for his Geass to pour through.
"It can't be..." Koma breathed.
"But it can." The figure replied. "Zero has returned."

M.M. arrived back at the base along with Shiki, hearing him say that Zero has returned made him smile. Knowing very well that the course of actions have began to throw the nobles into chaos again, as the previous Zero had done before. Though however instead of rescuing an Honorary Britannian, they would bring forth the Black Knights in one swift stroke.
"Rottiger in this operation not only will Zero have returned," he said "But also the JLF and members of the House of Kyoto, will be supporting us in this as well."
Kaiyo entered into the debriefing room, just as M.M. finished his last sentence. She knew very well that they were going to need all the Knightmare they had at full capacity. "Well if Zero shall be making a grand appearance before the nobles," she said "Then he should do it in the style that suits him the best."

"so glad you could make it zero....say what do you think of the loss of civilians in my plan?" he takes a step forward pulling a knife out of his pocket. "and its not polite to eavesdrop" he yells throwing a knife into a bush nearby. a britannian soldier drops dead out of the bush.

Zero held out his hand. "If civilians fall, it will be because it was entirely unavoidable. I am not saying that will never happen. However," He looked to Koma. "Sometimes it will. You would be wise to remember that."
Koma was too astounded to object at first, but eventually she just lowered her head. She knew Zero was right. "Very well."
Zero nodded. "We'll do both. Koma, set off your bomb to clear out the civilians. Rottiger, when I give the signal, drop the big bomb." There was a smirk in his voice. "We'll give them an opening they'll never forget." He looked to Kaiyo. "What exactly did you have in mind?"
Koma moved past Rottiger to collect the soldier, immediately rifling through his pockets. "Hmm..."
