*is sleeping deeply in her room*
*He couldn't sleep...he had gone to bed for a few minutes but was now not able to continue sleeping. Yawning slightly Kasai heard something outside his window, curious he hoped up on his bed and looked out*
*A girl with red hair was walking by*
Where are you going? *he called out, but it seemed the girl could not hear him*
*Kasai furrowed his brow* Wait up! You shouldn't run off into the woods.
*deciding that there were much more interesting things a foot Kasai pushes at the window until it opens, tumbling out his window he falls to the ground* Ow *rubs his head*
I want to come too. *the woman looked distraught, he hoped she was ok. As he thought this he ran up to Merci' and grabbed at her arm so she would stop walking off*
((*nods* No worries smile ....I am going to have to bar Kasai's window though))

Merci paused in her search and looked down at the boy that was clinging to her arm. It took her a minute to register that he was probably talking to her. She'd been all over the camp and couldn't find Fauve, She'd tried talking to her but all she got from her charge was waves of alternating consternation and cold anger.
Merci fought through her own sense of panic long enough to realize that he was the mask that Cinderfae had been carrying around with her. "I'm sorry... I.. I don't even know your name. You, well I don't know if you know her by name either, but you didn't see where Fauve went did you? She's about yay high," Merci held her hand up to about Fauve's hieght, "She's blonde with ribbons in her hair and a nice lace up dress. Stockings..."
Merci trailed off not knowing if she was making herself clear enough. Frustration with the fact that she couldn't directly communicate with the boy obvious in her features. "She's gone off on her own somewhere and I know it's out there, I just have to find her. You should go back to Cinderfae so she doesn't worry that your gone." Merci turned to look back at the edge of the forest, she was still a little tired and dizzy from the last encounter with Silva and his thugs, but damned if she was going to let her princess run off by herself somewhere.
Fauve pushed through some bushes and looked around. She knew she should be frightened, and she knew that she shouldn't have come alone. She reached up and stroked Inathe under the chin 'Your with me, and you wouldn't let anything happen to me....' it was a cold comfort but at least with him there she didn't feel as frightened.

*Kasai crooked his head to the side listening to Merci', at least she had finally stopped...* Uhm, I don't know Fauve, I will help you find her though! Just don't run off on me. *Kasai tried his best to give her a stern look*
*projecting outward with his mind* Fauve! *Kasai trails behind Merci' this was alot more interesting then sleeping plus he wanted to know who this Fauve was*

G_E had seen Ice return with Io, Pam join Cinder in her house, Meri' walking about appearing to be searching for something or someone and she'd seen Kasai as he tried to talk to Merci'. She glanced back at her boy who was fast asleep. The sun would be rising soon, it was getting lighter by the minute.
"Nika..." she said leaning over and shaking the boy's shoulder. He stirred and blinked up at her.
It hadn't been long since he'd fallen asleep. Why was she waking him up? Maybe something was wrong... 'What's up?'
Or maybe she was just as paranoid as she was before he'd fallen asleep...
G_E paused. Maybe he would be alright... She would only be gone for a moment. What if he wasn't alright though? She sighed. She would never forgive herself if something happened to him... What could happen to him though? Ashy might have been knocked out accidently...
"Come on, Merci's outside and I think she needs help to find something." She pushed the cot to the side, picked up her daggers and left.
Nika shrugged and quickly fallowed Gee. She sure was acting strangely... He grinned and waved at Kasai as they approached Merci' and the other boy.
"What's wrong?" G_E was watching Merci' intently.

Merci turned her head toward G_E and the rather striking youngster that was following her. The anxiety on her face was hard to try and suppress, "I'm looking for Fauve, she and Ashirha are always together. But.. but when I tried to find her after the fireworks she wasn't anywhere. I mean I've turned this place upside down." She glanced at the boys, each mask was so different, so.. so... beautiful. She shook her head and locked eyes with G_E, "you... haven't seen her by any chance have you? I just get this.. just feeling of anger. I can't get her to answer me, I don't even know if she can hear me at all." Merci paused and said "will you help me look for her, two people are better then one and I don't think anyone should be going off by themselves." With those comments she nodded a cordial but quick hello to Nika and turned back to march off into the underbrush. She wanted to let Cinder know that her boy was wandering around, but she figured that as long as someone had their eyes on him it wouldn't be to bad.
Fauve flopped down discouraged... She was filthy, her hair had been pulled several times and she had a cut on her lower arm. Sure it wasn't very big, hadn't even broken the skin.... Alright so it was more of a welt then an actual cut but it still hurt. Inathe sat on her shoulder and cooed quietly to her trying to soothe her and make her feel better. Fauve put her hands up to her mask and covered her eyes. She was still furious, but the reality of what she had gotten herself into seemed to be sinking in. She wasn't a stupid girl by any stretch of the imagination. She was alone, it was dark, she didn't have much in the way of protection, and if she found... whatever it was that hurt her.. she didn't know what she would do about it. She was calming down enough to realize that she didn't even know what she was looking for. Sitting there she heard a faint mind call, the.. the voice.. sounded somewhat familiar. She lifted her head up and looked back over her shoulder. She couldn't tell where it was coming from but she yelled back as loudly as she could muster in her mind 'Whose There! Merci?' She stood up and tried to brush her golden locks back over her shoulder and start back the way she thought she came. She thought suddenly that she didn't really know what way that was, and that she was very lost.

Io sat at her post, watching the woods with an experienced eye. Revenge was close at hand. It was just a matter of time before she could get her revenge and learn to live like a normal girl. She hadn't gotten that chance in her old life. She had been too busy--
She stopped, watching as a small group of people approached. There were two new masques with them, one the fire... the other time. She didn't say a word, just sat there, watching with a strange mix of emotions on her face.

*Cin woke up to the sun pouring in through her window. Stirring she crawled out of bed, Pam was sleeping in the living room/workshop area as she wandered out of her room. Then smiling slightly to herself she pushed the door to Kasai's room open...in the next moment panic! Frantically Cin ran through the house just to find that her boy had gone missing. Panicked tears came to her eyes as she returned to his room and then she noticed that his window was open. Stupid, she thought, she had alarmed the door but the windows were unguarded.
Panicked and frightened she ran to her work bench and grabbed her blaster and a pack that carried first aid supplies and rations, she had to find him. Without another thought she pulled open her door, bag, and Mycroft in hand. In her excitement she had forgotten about her own security percaution and the alarm sounded ringing across the square and emitting a piercing sound through the house. Shocked and slightly annoyed at her own stupidity she turned the alarm off and turned to were Pam lay*
Sorry about that Pam, but I have to get going. *with that Cin ran out the door of her house.*
*looking around she could see some people in the distance, but she ignored them and ran to her hoverbike and started the programming for Mycroft to take his original role on, that of an AI pilot.*
*Kasai looked around slightly startled at the loud noise that he thought had to be coming from the area of his guardian's house. Turning to Nika*
Do you have any idea what the noise is?
*looking back in the direction of the sound he could see what he thought was Cin running out of the house looking worried, she jumped down by a strange contraption and it looked as if she was doing something to it. From his positioning he could see her but he doubted she could see him.*
*to Cinder*
What are you doing?
*Cinder's head snapped up, she had heard him.*
Where are you?
Right over here! *As Kasai said this to her he stepped out from behind the group of people he had been standing with and waved in his guardian's direction*
*Cin seeing him breaks out in a run toward Kasai, leaving the bike half programmed and dropping Mycroft on the ground, much to his protest.*
Hey! What is the meaning of this...you come back here and pick me up right this instance...*a dark color comes across Mycroft's screen as he realizes she isn't going to be coming back right away to get him*
*Cinder keeps running toward her boy, once she gets to him she grabs him by the shoulders and looks him over to make sure he is alright. Then trying to not cry, she hugs him tightly*
*Kasai peeks over Cin's shoulder and looks at Nika* Does your guardian do embarrassing things like this to you too?

Merci glanced at Cinder and says sheepishly "sorry Cinder... uh.. He just came out and grabbed me, I told him he should go home but he seemed determined to help me. You... you didn't see Fauve anywhere did you, she's not at the house and I turned this place upsidedown looking for her. I haven't seen her since Ashirha... was hurt.. I'm worried cause their always together it seems, and now she's gone." Merci seemed to be rambling, she felt the anger that had been her almost constant companion turning slowly into concern. "I... just... am worried that she's hurt somewhere, I can't hear her and she isn't exactly happy. If you want to help me find her I would appriciate it." She didn't even wait for an answer before turning and plunging deeper into the forest.
Fauve stopped walking, the voice she had been trying to follow was gone now. She looked around herself at the large emerald green leaves glistening in the morning sun. She hadn't even noticed when the sun had come out. Fauve took the opportunity to look down at herself, and she really didn't like what she saw. She was filthy, mud stained her white socks from walking through the underbrush. The bows that usually adorned her dress were all undone and the ribbons hung loose and slightly discolored by the dewy water that clung to them. She really wished she could take a bath right now and change her clothes but that wasn't an option. She didn't even know if she was headed in the right direction. Inathe was still curled up on her shoulder, cooing quietly in her ear, attempting to be a soothing presence. Fauve suddenly reached up and disentangled the little dragonling from her shoulder. 'Inathe, you have to find my guardian, You have to show her where I am. Do you understand me? Inathe go find her, go find someone, show them where I am'
Inathe heard his mother clearly, but he didn't completely understand. Find... find what? where? what was he supposed to do? He stopped cooing and tilted his head chirping at her questioningly.
Fauve stared at the little lavender creature in her hands and would have let out a huge sigh if she could through her mask. She looked up at the sky and then down at him again trying to explain more clearly, like talking to a little baby.
Inathe perked, ooohhh.. she wanted him to go find other things like her. He could do that, that was easy. Inathe struggled a little bit until Fauve let go of him, and he took to wing. Flying high so that he could get his bearings and find the place where the things like his mother were.

*Cin looked up at Merci'* Of course I will help you.
As for you...*she says looking at Kasai* We are going to have A talk about late night jaunts later.
*back to Merci'* I you want I already preped the bike, meaning that I can leave Mycroft here with it and if we need a speedy retreat or if we need to get her back quickly we can. *thinks for a moment and realizes how weird that sounded.* Mycroft is a class 5 pilot, meaning he is very good at it, I have a locator directed toward the bike, if I turn it on he will come running.
*Kasai sat watching Cin, she had been worried...I wonder if anyone has ever worried about me before, he thinks*
Anyways, we can go whichever way you think would be best.

Merci looked up at Cinderfae relieved that she was going to be receiving some help, "that would be great, I... I dont' know but I think she's off this direction" Merci points in the general direction she had been walking before. Merci wiped her face and looked between the two girls "Thank you both, I.. I can't tell you how much I appriciate your help." She turns around and says "So far I.. don't feel anything like.. fear.. so I think she might be alright."
Fauve was now... completely alone.. Inathe was off trying to find her some help. At least she could try to comfort herself that help was coming. She picked a fairly good spot to sit down, a fallen log that she wouldn't have to sit on the ground. She tried to dust herself off and make herself more presentable for when she was found. Fauve crinkled up her eyes and thought to herself ~maybe... if I could her them yell, they could hear me yell.~ She looked up, yelling was so unladylike, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Summoning up all her strength she screamed with her mind 'Can anyone hear me?! Hello.. Who called me!' She sat and strained to hear if anyone responded.

*Cin gave Merci' what she hoped was an encouraging smile and then ran toward her bike. It took just a matter of moments to finish loading Mycroft into the hoverbike.*
I am very surprised you came back for me...just leaving me laying around on the ground without a second thought. *Mycroft complained*
Stop complaining, just remember to follow the tracker when the signal starts going off.
Of course I can do that...I was built to pilot!
Right...*Cin then after a moment dashes in her front door and grabs the last two locators she has. Then she goes back to the group, and hands the locators out.*
If you need a quick escape or get lost hit this button *she points to a small button on the locator* They go around the waist, so hopefully we won't lose them. Also, brought a compass, not too sure about it, but the direction Fauve went in would have been Northeast. *looks at those going* Alright...let's go I guess.
*Cinder picks Kasai up and ends up switching him to a piggyback position as they start toward the forest.*

(I know I haven't been around, but I don't have much to RP what with Tokala on arrested development... see old home base for first Intro posts, I think I made four. Thought I'de post because If not I'll just be haunting the guild threads until Toki grows up.)
Trivii wasn't feeling well, maybe it was something she ate, but her body was aching and she felt chilled. It was depressing, one of the first community activities that the colony had organized and she was stuck on her cot because she had the flu. She sighed heavily and her hair fell in limp dull blue locks obscurring her face as yet another wave a nausea hit her.
As it passed she tiredly pulled the teal fedora off the floor beside her bed and cradled it, catching a flash of lights through the window, she rolled for a better look. Fireworks. She sniffed, she had really missed fireworks, and now she was sick, resisting the urge to sigh Trivii glanced out the open door to where Aricin seemed oblivious, reading a printout. "Wall-flower" she muttered.

Kata had be quietly staring at the ashes and coals all night, oblivious to the others workings. The whole Tynan thing was bugging her, and Haisyn was saying something about her mask projecting feelings. Maybe Zahar didn't really want Kataio as her gaurdian, or just until she found someone better. Kata let out a deep sigh poking at the coals.
"Well, I guess someone should start making breakfast soon here." Kataio spoke to Zahar softly. "The sun is up and I don't think it will be that bad of a day. I mean I will just avoid thinking about him and worrying about you." Kata gulped. "Even though I will worry about your safety, just not wether you like me or not, that will come later."
Kataio peered down at the little mask and started to hear the others for the first time. She looked around slowly for them as she stood.

*Cinder had just entered the forest and turned to make sure that Merci' and anyone else that was coming along was following. As they stood waiting Kasai started to move about on her back.*
Hey squirmer, what is going on. You know you get heavier when you move.
*He had heard something, he was sure of it. Though he did not recognize the girl that was calling out's voice.* There is someone calling for help...Maybe it is that girl. Ask her guardian if she can hear her?
*settling back onto Cin's back he started to concentrate, this time he was not trying to yell randomly but direct this thought toward the voice he had heard.* Are you Fauve?
*Cinder turns to Merci'*
Merci, Kasai says he is hearing someone calling through his mind voice. Can you hear Fauve?
