Baltazar laughed and he couldn't stop laughing. He held onto Syrus while he laughed. "You're right when you said you were weak. Most freak out after I hand them a knife to slice a bit out of the person I'm torturing at the time." Baltazar kept laughing as he licked up the side of Syrus' face. "And you shouldn't try shouting. At least until your voice finishes breaking."
