spore is already out or I thought it was cause I saw it in the store the last time I went

Nope, that was the spore creature creator. It came out today in Europe, and some people who ordered it are getting it today in North America, but the official release date for North America is the 7th. Why the put it on a Sunday, I have absolutely no idea

Its mostly just frustrating because EA is an American compnay, but its coming out in Europe first. I don't see why hey couldn't have released on the same day...
