Questions

1. You find a wallet lying on the ground. You pick it up and look inside. Inside, you find an ID. So, what do you plan to do with the wallet? Do you give it to the police, or try to find the owner? Do you keep it? Oh, I almost forgot to mention that inside the wallet there is quite a bit of money.
I would give it to the police because they could locate the wallet's owner faster than I could.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would help her cross the street by carrying some of her bags.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I wouldn't get involved in the fighting. I would call the police/teacher/etc. and try to get them help.

4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her,or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?
Tell the headmaster or go after them with a group of friends. It's too dangerous to go alone.

5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. You take a step closer to the unknown object. To your surprise you find a mythical creature. You remember learning about them from someone, but at the moment you can't recall what you had learned. Anyway, you notice that there is blood around the mythical creature. Upon further inspection, you see that the mythical creature has a wound. You also know that the mythical creature is going to die. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully.
I would try to quickly find a wizard who would know what to do, without being seen by muggles.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?
Slytherin

A: I would probably try to find the owner -- I have too guilty of a conscience to dare to keep it. Plus, losing a lot of money for the owner would truly be unfortunate, so I might as well do a good deed.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

A: Realistically, I'd probably wait at the very last second to see if I'd have to help the elderly lady. But if all was fair and wonderful in the world then I'd definitely go and try to help her with her bags.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

A: I'd probably jump right on in, even though I have no previous training in any sort of fighting style whatsoever. I love my friends and I wouldn't leave them behind. If all else fails, however, I'd call a teacher or a rather larger brother/sister figure to come to our aid.

A: I know I don't have the guts of a hero, so in an extreme situation such as this, I would probably notify the headmaster or any professor that I'm usually comfortable with. Then, I'd definitely offer my services to the search and rescue mission that would hopefully commence afterwards. There is no way possible that I'd leave my friend to fend off for him or herself.

Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully.

A: With luck, perhaps I'd know what to do with this situation medically. As a result, I'd like to treat the mythical animal for wounds personally. If all else fails, however, I'd find a hidden spot for the creature, attempt to calm it (though that should have been done initially), and apparate to Hagrid's Hut, seeing whether or not perhaps he could help with this situation.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?

A: Slytherin. Please don't put me in Slytherin. If this quiz were taken in real life, here I'd wave a Hufflepuff-Pride flag, whatever that might look like.

1.Well, firstly, I would have to make sure there isn't any muggle money inside. If a vast amount of galleons, sickles, and knuts were in there, I would take the money without hesitation. Then I would toss the wallet to the side or incenirate it.

2. I would only help her if she was worthy of it, or a pure blood.

3. I have no friends, so no friend would be getting attacked. If I had a friend, I would laugh at there agony.

4. I would most likely be the one who sold him out. They probably deserved what has happened.

5. I would kill the creature. I mean, it's going to die anyways, right? Then, I'd probably light the forest.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to? Gryffondor.

---My initial gut desire would be to take the money and toss the wallet, but the morals I’ve acquired and grown accustomed to over the years and hard times I’ve had would keep me from doing that. Sure I could really use the money, but what about the person it belongs to? That money could be the difference between them living in a home or not. I wouldn’t be willing to cause that kind of stress to anyone else.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
--I would just keep going. Honestly, even if I’d want to help her, it never would even have crossed my mind. “Oh look, that old lady has a lot of s**t and she’s old.” I’d see it as a reason to tell myself to stop being so lazy or something like that and never think to help.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
--I’d probably be scared or at least a little nervous, depending on the size and strength of the attacker, but I’d go and ******** them up (or at least try to), anyway. That’s my friend they’re attacking: I’d expect the same if I was in their shoes too.

---I’d call the police. I hate their rigmarole with paperwork and policies, but they’re better equipped to deal with a situation like that. I mean, seriously, guns and other deadly weapons are involved in kidnappings.

---I’d first look at the markings and other physical features of the animal. Does it have spikes, spines, horns, fangs, wings, etc? When compared to other animals you know of, does it look like a docile, violent, etc kind of animal? I’d try to get as much information about it as possible, then decide whether or not I should heal it. Although I can guarantee that, in the end, I’d heal it. I’d take several steps back before doing so, though: if it’s going to attack me once healed, I’d have no second thoughts on killing or at least stunning it. Hey, if you’re gonna be ungrateful, see if I care. biggrin

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?
---I don’t dislike any of the Houses. They all have useful and pleasant attributes as well as ones I dislike, so I kinda like them all. biggrin

-I would be tempted to take the money, but I wouldn't because of the way that I have been raised, and the morals that I have, so I know that stealing is wrong. Plus, how do I know that the person doesn't need the money more than I do? It could be the only money they have to put food on the table, and so I would feel guilty. I would end up turning the wallet into the police so they can contact the owner.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

-I would go over to her and ask her if she needs help carrying her bags, because I have some time to spare and I'm a nice person.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

-Honestly, I would be scared and nervous, but I would try to help my friend in whatever way I could so that my friend doesn't get injured. Because they're my friend, and I will almost always help a friend.

-I would tell the headmaster everything I saw and how it might be related to my friend going missing. I would tell the headmaster because I would probably end up messing up the mission to find my friend, and they would probably end up getting killed or hurt real bad. So I would tell the headmaster because he/she would know how to properly deal with the situation.

Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully.

-I would try to do what I can for the creature, but if it's still bad, then I would patch it up best I can and go for help, or I would send a message with my Patronus to someone who I know for a fact can help the creature and would know how to treat it and heal it so it doesn't die.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?

-I don't dislike any house because like anything in life, they all have good things and bad things about them. However, if I took this quiz in real life, I would be a proud member of the Ravenclaw house.

I would give it to the police station and not take any money because that isn't right.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

I would ask the lady if she needed help and if she said she didn't, then I wouldn't help.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

I would try to help my friend, because they're my friend. I'd probably try to do so in a way that will make sure that neither of us get hurt. Yes, I would be scared or at least nervous.

4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! I would tell the headmaster because I would probably end up getting us both in a worse situation than before. No, I would never sell out a friend.

5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. I would try and help the creature, and if it was so seriously injured that I wouldn't be able to save it, then I would send for help with a talking patronus or apparate to someone who could help.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?

I like all the houses, they all have good and bad things about being in each one, but if I had to choose I would say neither Gryffindor or Slytherin, because they are the most cliche, but in real life I would be a proud member of Ravenclaw.

The very first thing I would do is examine the contents of the wallet carefully. Perhaps I see a photo ID of the person who could still be in the vicinity. Perhaps I find membership cards or frequent customer cards to any shops in the area. And of course, I would check the amount of money.

I would then spend some time, but not too much (say 20 minutes) going around the local area, either looking for the person or going into shops and asking if anyone had come in inquiring about a wallet. I would not divulge the name or amount of money. If a store did have a name match I would surrender it there. Likewise if I found a figure that matched the picture I would ask for their name (and a description of the wallet and money).

If my efforts thus far were in vain, I would then hand it over to the most local police station and fill out the paperwork. They will most likely find the rightful owner, but if they don't within the set amount of days, the cash is mine.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

I am of extremely small stature (85 lbs) with a very bad back. It would serve no purpose to endanger two people. If we were near a parking lot of a store of sorts, I would see if there were any shopping cars I could retrieve quickly and bring to the lady.

Provided that the 'inanimate simple machine' attempt failed, I would then ask passers by if they could help her. Preferably someone 'strong' looking. "Excuse me Sir, but that Lady appears to be having a bit of trouble. I would help her myself but..." at this point I would display my skin and bone arms and flex what muscles I do have, and look to them with pleading eyes, hoping that they will take charge. I would only be able to attempt this once or twice on my own.

Too bad as a minor we're not allowed to do magic outside of hogwarts. Working with muggle restrictions can be quite inconvenient.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

I am under the assumtion that my friend is being attacked at hogwarts. As previously mentioned, I am not one for physical strength. I would actually do my best to hide around a corner and keep out of view of both of them, and give my nonverbal spells I have been practicing so dilligently in my own free time a go. If I'm lucky, I can "stupify" the person attacking my friend without uttering a sound.

Assuming I can get my friend safe from the attacker, I would then assist him or her to Madam Pomfrey (even if they protest) just to be safe.

Well, the first thing I would do would be to gather evidence that my friend had indeed been kidnapped. I would have his or her full academic schedule, clubs, and places they frequent mapped out. I would also ask around for the last place they were seen, the last class they attended. I would also be aware of any enemies of my friend, for example, I would definately note the previous attack on my friend by the person in question, and any of their friends our housemates. Once I have prepared all this information I would provide it both to the head of my house, and the headmaster if needed.

This is a grim situation indeed. Even if I temporarily blanked out on information about the specific magical creature, I would look around the woods and use my Herbology knowlege to see if I could ease it's pain and stop the bleeding. As it dies, I will send an owl back to say, my head of house, who could then contact the proper person at the ministry of magic about the experience. The helplessness frustrates me, but I did the best I could to assuage it's pain, and who knows, this could mean more than meets the eye so I would definately let them know.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?
I would definately NOT want to be in Slytherin.

My personal choice of houses are as follows:
1. Ravenclaw
2. Hufflepuff
3. Gryffindor

1. This has actually happened to me, my wallet fell out of my pocket and when I returned to the scene, not even 5 minutes later, it was gone and I lost $150. Needless to say, it is not a pleasant feeling! I would try my hardest to return it, but I wouldn't go to the extreme of contacting the police.

2. I'd feel pity for her, old people always strike a chord in my heart for some reason. I'm not good with strangers though, so I'd just walk away feeling sorry for her.

3. I'd rush in recklessly and try to help, even at my own risk because I know they would do the same for me.

4. I'd contact the headmaster and every teacher. As much as I would love to go after them, even with backup, I know I'd be way out of my league and I would only be a hindrance. I'd just pace in my room and leave it to the adults.

5. If I was deep into the forest by myself, which I wouldn't be anyways, I would most likely feel bad for the creature but move on. Death, unfortunately, is normal and will happen to all, man or beast, eventually.

6. I mean no disrespect, but I would rather not be sorted into Hufflepuff because it just seems a bit plain.

I would give it to the police so they could find the right person to whom it belongs to.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

I would help her out with her bags and give her a ride to her home.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

If someone is messing with my friend, Im going to help her. Nobody messes with my friend and gets away with it.

I would tell an adult and help them search for my dear friend. If I didnt tell anyone and anything happens to her i would kill myself because I knew part olf the reason was my fault.

I wouldnt want the poor creature to endure more pain, so my only other choice is to end the pain for it. But I remember that Im in a muggle forest so i put on my invisibility cloak over me and the creature and cast a spell that would take all its pain away.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?

I'd try and find the owner, and if I couldn't find the owner, I would then turn the wallet into the police.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

I would help her, because random acts of kindness help make the world a bit nicer.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

I would immediately jump in and help because my friends are some of the greatest people in my life, and I couldn't bear to see them injured, even if there's nothing I could have done to protect them.

I would immediately try to find them and rescue them. I would just jump in without thinking and do whatever I could to save my friend.

All I have left to say, is pick carefully.

I think I would probably do whatever I could to save the creature. I could never leave an animal alone while it's in pain if I could do anything to save its life.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?

Slytherin. I'd rather become a Hufflepuff than a Slytherin.

I would take the wallet to the police. Depending on the amount of money left inside the wallet and if there were any credit cards I’d take it to the police right away. However, if there were not much money and no credit cards, I would just leave the wallet where it is.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

I’d let her be. I know nothing of the old woman and she might be able to hold her own without my help.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

I would help my friend as best as possible. There is no way I would leave them to defend themselves against their foe unless they told me to stay out of it.

4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her, or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?

I would let the headmaster or headmistress know immediately of the problem and go along with whoever goes out to search for my danger magnet friend.

5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. I would use all of my knowledge of the creature to heal its wound. I’d perhaps send for help to see if anyone else could help the poor creature. If not, I’m sure whatever I learned in Care of Magical Creatures Could help me.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?

Of all the houses I do not want to be placed in is Hufflepuff. I find nothing wrong with the house and find every member to be a wonderful loyal person. However, I do not consider myself to hold the qualities of a Hufflepuff.

I would look around for the owner, and if I couldn't find them, I would give it to the police. Though I wouldn't take any money, I would hope the owner would reward me.

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?

I would ask the lady if she wanted my help, and if so, I would help carry her bags.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?

I would help my friend, and try to stop the fight.

4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?

I would tell the headmaster, but end up being so worried I would run off with some more friends to look for them.

I would do what I could for the poor creature, maybe bandage up the wounds if I knew how, and stay with the animal until they died.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?
I would prefer not to go to Slytherin, but I will go wherever the sorting hat feels is best for me.

Well, since it has an Id it would be wrong to keep it; knowing who it belongs to means i can take it directly to them. If there had been no ID I might have kept it, depending on how much it contianed (i would only keep it if it was an amount not likely to be sorely missed).

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? I will go help her. Old people need all the help they can get, besides I don't mind helping others.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? Well, I would first of be startled but then I would help my friend. I would have helped fight off the attacker even if it was not my friend being attacked.

I think I would cuss, a lot, and then Iwould run around frantically thinking of what to do. I would, of course, go to the headmaster but if he didn't act immediately to find her I would go off in search of my friend myself.

5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully. Umm I do not believe I fully understand the question. What "paths" am I taking? Anyway, I would try to heal the creature if I could; I don't want it to suffer.

6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to? I like the people in HufflePuff but it is also the one house i would not want to be in.
