The latest update for this guild is something to be very proud of. As of today:
Total Guild Posts: 16,160
Total Guild Members: 545
Guild Account: 165,683
Currently, we are the most active Silent Hill guild, we are the largest silent hill guild, and we are the wealthiest silent hill guild. On top of all this good news, the Official Silent Hill Guild is no more! Our longest standing frenemy has finally caved in giving us the full leading advantage! Reminds me of the time years ago when this guild was first taking off and I told the official guild "You don't have to join ours if you don't want to, but one day we're going to be on top".

Holy Crap! I have been away for much too long. I'm so happy to see that the Guild hasn't disappeared into the dense fog that seems to be stifling me again. God i'm out of practice lol

It's good to have you back Captain. And as long as Silent Hill exists, and the fans who thrive on it, so shall this guild. Even if only one member were to exist, life will breathe throughout. It's a great leap from where we started years ago.

Well I believe we have shown some significant growth from my previous post months ago, but our current guild standings are as such:
Posts: 16,815
Gold: 211,786
Members: 635
Clearly we have upheld a substantial member growth, bringing our wide spread silent hill fanatic family just a bit closer together (and still taking in members regularly). Also worth noting are the more active and pro-progress crew we now boast proudly. A lot more has been accomplished through their hard work and well spent time.
Ultimately, the biggest note to make is that we are that much closer to the solid 17,000 post line. No doubt the recent release of downpour, and the near HD release will tip us far over..... Then of course, we cannot forget the new movie when it has been announced. There is also the new game for the Vita Book of Memories. I don't know much about its developer WayForward technologies. But maybe their name is an indication of yet another powerful release. I can understand that the change in gameplay may seem strikingly different, however a change can be quite positive as it breaks our sense of familiarity.

Just making a quick note that as of today we have reached 650 members. Though the guild is in a slow time it just shows that we are still here and will continue to thrive just as the fog of our beloved town seems to never truly dissapear.

Well I feel it is once again that time to publish our guild's current standings, and as always I am proud to present the progress we have made!
Posts: 17,305
Gold: 264,429
Members: 649
I really wish to thank ALL of you for bringing all of our numbers up. It was made a goal in our last publishing that we needed to hit our 17,000 post mark, and evidently we have surpassed our own goal (which is always a greatly appreciate and strongly encouraged achievement!)
It also pleases me to announce that financially, we have raked in nearly 53,000 gold in donations since our last posting. I don't believe it needs to be said that we have achieved long standing as a proud guild, but it is also worth taking notice of how financially we support the guild our beloved series inspired.

It's been a couple years so without further adieu I'd like to present you with the summarized guild standings! You can find all the punch and popcorn on the table to your right before we get started here sweatdrop

Looking back at the mark two years ago, it doesn't appear we grew very much but I would like to clarify some key points about the numbers and bring to light some other great news. For starters, it would appear our posts only grew by little over 600 posts, but it can't be forgotten in the last year we spent a great deal of time "cleaning house" and removing unnecessary posts and threads which hurt the number of total posts considerably. However, we are now faced with an accurate and honest number of genuine posts this guild has conjured up.
In terms of gold, once again it seems like we only brought in 10,000 gold in donations, however it's worth noting we spent a good amount of gold on adding much needed subforums. We also began sending quite a few more guild announcements which, while relatively cheap individually, can add up over time. Also the key note here is really just how generous our guild mates have been. We accumulated over 200,000 gold in the duration of this guild and never once charged entry fees. I know personally I didn't keep a coin of the money I earned from posting and voting in the guild. I kept track and donated all of it right back into the guild account or gave it away as contest rewards. Lately I have not been putting money into the guild account as I have plans to work with Ithaqua to create some new contests in the near future.
Also, it may appear we only brought in 11 new members, but its 11 we never had before and 11 we welcome with open arms to this amazing community. Although, Walter Sullivan would much rather we had brought in 21 but that's for another time. Personally, I am just excited for the truly amazing members we have as of today. And some other great news is we were able to clean up the Crew and bring in some great minds to move things forward!

I have been gone from gaia for a bit, life and all that garbage, but my love for silent hill will never die. Neither will my love for spaces like this one nor it's fans. I do think some rp's are in order.
