As his pillow began to shift, the boy let out a yawn and started to shift as well. He, however, seemed quite intent on going back to sleep. After his brief moment of shifting, Demy settled back down and started to drift back to sleep.

Lali jerked awake when she felt Spence jump. Blinking and trying to get her bearings, she sat up, stretched and yawned. Then, she turned her head to stare at Spence and Demy before shaking her head and laughing silently. Reaching out, she gave Spence's shoulder a freidnly pat before mouthing, "Coffee. I'll go make some."
Stumbling to her feet, she headed for the kitchen and went to work making breakfast for everyone.

Spence flinched slightly as his sleepy awareness registered the little demon clinging to his side. Pushing aside the memory of his nightmare, he turned to see Lali also rising. At the mention of coffee, the elder perked slightly. There was little else that got Spence going in the morning beside a need for beer to squelch the effects of the near daily hangovers he often received upon waking. Coffee should work just as well. Gently pushing Demy aside, the elder rose to follow.

The boy whined a bit as he was pushed aside. Damnit, no! His warm pillow wasn't supposed to leave him and just...darnit... Yawning, Demy slowly got to his feet and trudged in after Spence.
"Whyyyy...are you guys awake....ishearlystill....."
Yawning again Demy stretched, quickly cringing as new muscles shifted. Crap, he had forgotten about those...it had all seemed like just a bad dream.

"Couldn't sleep anymore, cutie," Lali yawned as she scooped coffee into the pot and turned it on. "So, I'm being useful."
Once the coffee was on, she turned to the fridge and began rooting through it for breakfast-y type foods and soon had a small pile of omlette fixings on the counter beside her. There was nothing better than a big, gooey omlette in the morning, she thought.
"Well, folks," she continued as she pulled out more food, "You apparently have a choice of stuff. I have bagels, omlette stuff, cereal and milk or we can be total pigs and eat everything."

Once in the kitchen, Spence stood staring zombie-like at the gurgling little coffeemaker Lali had just turned on. The sleepy waiter tuned out their words as they spoke, listening only to water as it heated and slowly began to trickle into the pot.

Demy pulled himself over to a chair and flopped down in it. With a big yawn he laid his head down on the table, letting his wings and tails hang lifelessly off the chair.
"I'm..I'm good with anything? But cereal is good...."

"Cereal, gotcha," she murmured, sliding the milk cartoon, a bowl and spoon and the two boxes of cereal she had towards Demy. Her quietly growling stomach was very rapidly letting her know that it was going to make her morning hell if she didnt' get food in it soon. So, she got to cooking.

No sooner had the last drop fallen and Spence was pouring himself a steaming cup. Quickly pouring in some cream and sugar, he downed the searing liquid, draining half the mug with his first drink. Appeased, the elder audio refilled the mug before padding over to the table and flopping down next to Demy.

Head still on the table, the boy somehow managed to fix himself a bowl of cereal without making a huge mess. Maybe it was all that practice he had during their band days.. Ugh, awake before noon? What the hell was the world thinking?
Grumbling his thanks Demy lifted his head enough to eat his breakfast.
