I use stuff my piercer gave me.
And put it over my entire earing and spin it around so it gets it all..

Just keep ontop of the cleaning, and if they still develop check up with your piercer.
Small ones are almost normal infections.

I took it out for a little bit and couldnt get it back in,
and before I knew it I had a bloody mess in my crouch.

You should get somthing other then the standard belly button piercing.
Like tri 16g studs through out it.
Or lower navel lip snake bites.
