Dias, who had just joined the squad, walked onto the training grounds with his right hand on the hilt of his zanpaktou, sheathed on his right side. He glances around to find anyone who could challenge his skill with a sword. No one here will give me any sort of challenge with a blade. Ran through his mind, for he had had trouble finding a challenge outside of Seretei. "Does anyone care to spar with me? I don't wish to fight anyone without proper skill in swordplay." He spoke in an emotionless voice, just loud enough for anyone listening to hear. His long, dark blue hair blew gently in the breeze as he continued to scan the training grounds with his bright sapphire blue eyes for anyone of interest.

As Dias heard a very small voice, his eyes flickered over to her. She was short and Dias could probably blow her away with a single breath if he wanted to. She didn't look weak though she did look puny. Is this the best they have to offer? Dias thought. "You understand that this will be a sparing match with only our zanpaktous, correct? No abilities or kidou, I won't go easy on you just because you are small and female, and I may not be able to stop myself if you happen to make a vital mistake. There is the chance that I will kill you." His sentance was cold and the acid in his last few words was almost tangable.

He strode quickly over to where she stood. His long hair trailed behind him, dancing in the wind. He glared down at her, his bright sapphire blue eyes had hardened into a blue stone color. Let's see how scared she is. I would prefer her back down anyways. He thought, not wanting to have blood on his hands after the fight was over. "I won't hold anything back. I hope you understand that fighting me is signing your life away, what may come." He told her with no emotion in his voice. He stood directly in front of her, wanting to make her feel as small as possible. His face and eyes were as hard as stone and the betrayed no emotion.

Dias glared down at her, realizing that she seriously wanted to spar with him. She isn't going to back down. Dias thought as the look in her eyes confirmed it. "Very well." He replied to her statement in a low, malicious tone.

Dias jumped back from her a few feet. His left hand quickly reached for his zanpaktou, he drew it quickly and the blade rang a clean clear note throught the air. He placed his other hand on the blade and brought it up to the right side of his face, the form a samurai would take. Hopefully she isn't just a pushover. He thought. His eyes never left Yua and the cold stone gaze had melted away into a fiery look of bloodlust. His clear sapphire blue eyes burned with desire for battle as he glared into Yua's eyes, as if burning a hole through her soul. His hair blew lightly in the wind as he stood there, his muscles primed and still as a statue.

Iu walked into an open area of the training grounds by himself. His eyes seemed to be empty as did his soul. His mission was clear and he refused to stop training until he regained what was taken from him. He needed to regain his powers and take back his rank as a Captain. "I regret taking that mission more and more every day." His sigh was subtle, but noticable. That week had been one of the worst he had made it through. The ice from his zanpaktou began to creep up his right arm as the grip on his zanpaktou began to grow tighter. "I think I am ready to begin my training." Extremely swiftly, an ice dome surrounded Iu and limited the space he had to work with. This also helped keep unwanted people out and keep the danger away from those who could get hurt.

Iu raised his blade as his reiatsu began to spark up "Reiatsu Release 1". A blue aura consumed Iu as he stood in the barren dome made of ice. The ice wasn't dripping, even with the heat outside being unbearable. While in the dome, Iu's breath was always visable as a white puff of smoke. He began to pant slightly from the sharp pain in his chest. "This reiatsu limiter is beginning to really piss me off." Iu sighed as he continued to raise his reiatsu slightly. He closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them with a quick glare in front of him. The ink like subtance taking over his eyes had almost completely taken both of his eyes when a red swirl arose from the middle of his eyes and began to spin slowly. The final speck of black took his eye and his reiatsu haulted at a decent level. As he did, he shattered the dome of ice and walked into a secluded area to being training

Attack from the front - how reckless, Yua examined as she heard the footsteps coming closer at a quick proximity. When the man with the blue hair unsheathed his weapon, Yua knew what kind of sword it was and how long as well. She wondered how fast the katana could move. Just before the swordsman started running, Yua had her left knee on the ground now with the sole of her foot on the ground to. She then gave a forward lunge slightly with her left foot moving her forward and the right assisting after, Yua immediately draws her weapon to parry the man's slash. Her sword was pointed horizontally - Blade was pointed downward but the hilt was facing the sky. When the two swords came in contact, the girl fell right back into her previous position when she was not moving which was not that far since she did not want to move too far incase she could not draw her sword in time. As she moved back, she pushed the blade a bit into the dusty floor.

The sword was long enough to exceed Yua's height, and strong enough to block the recieved attack. The recoil was brought to her left leg which kept its balance seeing as her whole body was so close to the ground. Just as the attack was quickly executed and parried, Yua twists her 90 degree angled right leg to the left and dashes towards that direction. Just as she does so, her sword switched from the blocking position of the flat side of the blade to the edged side as it slid towards the left direction as well. Holding her weapon with two hands, Yua attempts a left strike at the man - aiming for the left arm that was holding his sword. She aimed around the arm close to the wrist.

Beaute stepped into unknown ground giving quick glances about; she seemed shy and nervous at first sight, which she actually was. I wonder if I know anyone, she asked herself in her head and catching a glimpse from her view, she spotted a familiar figure in the distance. Dias. To her, he was her love and in her heart destined to be together for all the time eternity had. Not once did she ever doubt this love for him, but some sacrifices had to be made for her love to persevere onward. Beaute’s glossy blue eyes focused closely on him as she thought, Finally, someone I know. The sound of his voice, though he was fighting, soothed her ears and calmed her soul. She walked closer to his figure to only realize that he was in combat.

Beaute took her place, distancing herself so she wouldn’t interfere with his match with whomever it was Dias was fighting. She tipped backwards and flopped onto the ground crossing her feet over each other as she continued to watch the match. Her right arm inclined outward to have her elbow rest on her right knee while her palm held her chin. I wonder how this will turn out, she questioned herself as she continued to examine the match in full view of her. In the meanwhile, Beaute trailed off into her thoughts of what to do next. Whether she should partake in a practice match, practice in private, or just relax and wait for something to happen; at this point, she was leaning toward the last point. Nonetheless, she still found herself sitting on the ground watching Dias’ match with this anonymous fighter.
