MockaDash entered the Office and promptly bowed his head a little, as a sign of respect towards his captain Daven-san, I wanted to discuss something with you, before I head down to Earth...
Mock cleared his throat before continuing The first time I achieved shikai, a long time ago... I spent some rough times... Since my zanpakutou is actually comprised of a fragmented entity, split into several different and antagonists personalities... It's not difficult to imagine that it had a great impact on me!...
Since I've joined this squad, my control and knowledge of this powers have increased exponentially, and I can now say with total confidence, that I can use my shikai to the full extent of its abilities!!!!!
Needless it is to say, therefore, that my next goal when it comes to the matter of zanpakutou techniques, will be to achieve bankai!!!...
But that's not what brought me here, Daven-taicho...
Achieving Bankai... I'm perfectly aware that I'm far from even considering that as a possibility, right now... But there are still aspects of my powers that can be further improved, and that's what brought me here!!!
I can train my mind and body to improve speed, power, and so on... But concerning Kidous and related techniques... I believe I may be lacking in my knowledge of them!...
I'll go straight to the point... I was hoping you could teach me one - or a few - techniques, before I start my assignment on Earth!!! I'm worried I won't be able to handle tough situations, if they should arise!!! I know you can't fully teach me anything in the short time I have, right now... But I was hoping you could give me some pointers in any technique of your choice, so that I would be able to train and master it, during my stay on earth!!!...
What's your ruling on this matter, Moto-sama???

Hakira slowly walks in, intimidated by the fact he was about to meet the most powerful person in the Serentai.
"H-Hello, Captain Moto, m-m-my name is Hakira, I've come to talk to y-you about something.
((Also, in this guild, did the events of the Save Rukia arc ever take place? I'm not sure, i didn't think so but then you mentioned the 1st squad captain in the actual series. Just wondering biggrin ))

Kuro arrived at the Captain's Office about half an hour after leaving the Squad Dojo. He politely knocked on the door of his office and awaited for a response. He hope his request would be granted.

"Hello Hikara, welcome to 1st Squad. What can I do for you?" Daven noted that Kuro was waiting, but he figured that he would have to wait while he delt with Hikara. (( No, while reference is made to the cannon characters as having been around at one time, and while we use the Anime and Manga as references for what Shinigami, Quincy, Bounto and Arancar can do, the events in the Anime and Manga has not taken place here. We are an alternate universe. ))

O-one, what would I need to get a seat in First division, and two, are apprentice-master relationships a-a-a-allowed in the Serentai? Because I would like to ask Mocka t-t-too possibly be my master. I'd ask you, but I bet your far too busy to care about someone as, w-w-well, weak as me."

"You may certainly ask Mocka if he wants to mentor you in your skills. But also remember that you can learn skills from anyone you chose to. "As for a Seat, you will earn it like anyone else in the squad. Perform, show me that you can do a good job, and I will promote you as I have others." (( Aizen is a special case. I appointed him to be the head of the Arancar, but he's not roleplaying the skills or powers of Aizen either. It is a name to use as Chief of the Arancar. ))

Bullene arrives in front of the Commander-General's office door. He slides his hand, which was holding a bottle, back into his white haori. Using the same hand, now empty, he knocks on the door. "Daven?" He calls in. Squad 7 Captain

Hopefully Bull realized his error of walking in when he saw the shinigami in his office that Daven was talking to, and the one waiting outside. "Captain Katsurou, come in and have a seat, I'll be with you in a second." He turned his attention back to Hakira. "Was there anything else?"

Bullene slips into the office and takes a seat. He quietly sits in the chair, reclined. He folds his hands and begins to twiddle his thumbs. I hope we can begin soon. He thought to himself.Squad 7 Captain

"Well I was wondering if, since apparently anyone can teach me, maybe, uh, you could?" Hakira said, feeling a little bit calmer around the captain. He was really nice and pretty cool, and had those awesome fox ears. Before Moto answers, Hakira turns around quickly and smiles at Bull.
"Hi, I'm Hakira."
