Imhotep sighed contentedly, he had never felt anything like this before and was pleased to finally have the kitten in his life. He held onto the kitten as tightly, yet gently, as he could and never wanted to have this moment end, it was perfect and he just couldnt of been happier even if he tried. He was pleased to have come here, sure he had a few doubts before arriving here but he was pleased to have come after all. His life had now changed for the better and he had a mate that loved him, a warm and safe home and friends and family he knew he could never do without again.
He was finally home, something he never thought he would ever get again after his mother passed away but he had a new life now and Ari was the most important thing in it besides his friends and family, he was finally able to be happy and this kitten was part of it and he just never wanted to let Ari go, he owed him so much and he loved him dearly also. "You dont know how much you truely mean to me, thank you for comming into my life my sweet little kitten" he said as he nuzzled Ari, just happy being here in his kittens arms.

Ari continued to purr, smiling now - he hadn't actually been before, as happy as he had been - and nuzzling the wolf's chest lovingly. His eyes opened, slowly, and then he loosened his grip, blinking when he realized just how tight he had been holding on. His pale cheeks flushed, and he pulled back to look up at Imhotep. It registered around then that they were standing about waist-deep in water, and that the water was just a little bit cold. A shiver ran through the kitten's body as he held onto his mate.

Imhotep looked down at the kitten and smiled "I guess it is getting a tad bit cold just standing here isnt it darling?" he said as he felt the kitten shiver "care to carry on with our swim or what?" he asked not wanting to part from the kittens embrace but thought he might ask just incase the kitten did change his mind. "If we do swim we better actually at least get our bodies fully wet or we will definatly catch colds" he said not wanting to see the little kitten sick.

Pushing back up against his mate in an attempt to leech some warmth from him, the kitten nodded. "L-let's swim a little b-bit." He suggested, smiling though he wasn't looking into the wolf's face. "T-then...m-maybe..." His gaze flickered outside the pool. "T-there's a h-hot tub o-over there." Another suggestion. "W-we could warm u-up afterwards."

"thats a good idea and we can use the hot tub sounds, it will do us both some good" he said silently thankful that he might be able to spend a little bit of time together cuddling up in the warm waters of the hot tub. He hugged his mate once more before he let go "you ok?" he asked lookind down at him and smiling, he kissed his head and moved away from him and sighed contentedly as he looked at how beautiful his mate was. After a few moments he held his nose and put his head under the water and came back up again "now that is cold" he said giggling as he looked at his mate "come, join me, it isnt so bad as it first seems" he said happily.

Ari watched him with a smile, blushing slightly. "I'm a-alright." When invited to go under the water, the kitten hesitated for a moment, then took a deep breath and dove under. When he came up, a bit past Imhotepn his ears were dripping, and pressed back to his head. "W-wet." He commented with a wry smile, ears unfolding from where they had been pressed.

Imhotep giggled and moved over to his mate and kissed his forehead and hugged him for a few moments "now we both are" he said as he nuzzled him a little before moving away to the other side of the pool and started swimming laps, something he hadnt done since he was at angelas. After the third lap he stoped and splashed ari playfully a little "you cute when your went, you know that?" he said as he moved over to him and pulled him closer to him and held him, just loving the fact that he had him in his arms.

Ari giggled at Imhotep, and then watched him swim. In all actuality, he had no idea why he had suggested the pool. Being a cat, he really wasn't much of a swimmer. He could stand water, yes, but he wasn't...terribly fond of it, acutally. It was this he was thinking when he got splashed, his eyes widening in suprise. He looked over at Imhotep with wide eyes, then slowly untensed, an amused smile growing on his lips. "W-why t-thank you." He purred as he was enveloped in - albeit wet - arms. After a moment of standing there, he smiled up at Imhotep. "H-hottub n-now?" At least he'd know what to do in there.

Imhotep smiled at the kitten "your welcome and sure the hottub will be great" he said nuzzling the kitten as he started towards the ladder to get out of the pool.

Ari smiled, making his way towards the stairs towards the other end of the pool, ears twitching back and forth slightly to get some of the water off of them. He was one very content little kitten. And would be more content when he was warmer.

Imhotep climbed out of the pool and shook slightly, the chill of the air was horrible when you just first get out of the pool but he didnt let that bother him, he just moved down to the other end where his mate was getting out and waited for his kitten while smiling contenedly at himself more then the kitten.

Ari was already shivering from the way the cold air hit his wet skin, and he hurridly slipped his hand into Imhotep's and led him over to the hottub. Holding onto the wolf's hand, he repeated the action that he had preformed before he got into the pool - using Imhotep for support while he dipped one toe in the water, and then let go to slip in with a greatful sigh. "It's n-nice and w-warm." He commented.

Imhotep followed Ari and stood there for support till Ari had gotten into the hot tub and then moved over and put one foot into it himself and sighed also as he climbed in the rest of the way "yes, it is" he said as he made his way over to Ari and wrapped his arms around his waist and smiled as he held the kitten close and kissed his forehead.

Ari purred, pushing himself up into the wolf's lap, although he blushed terribly. It was...nice, but embarrassing at the same time. Although the kitten wouldn't change where he was for all the world. "N-now we can r-relax." He stated happily, leaning his head - damp hair and all - against the wolf's shoulder.

Imhotep smiled and cuddled the kitten and nuzzled him "yes, we can" he said as he kissed the kittens head "this is perfect Ari, you, me, this tub, its so perfect but not as perfect as you are my angel" he said softly and happily as he stroaked his kittens hair.
