As Miaka ran past Ken, he grabbed the back of her shirt and slammed her into the ground. He breathing rate increased after the blow.

Hitomi blushed. She was so happy Ken stood up for her. However, Miaka wouldn't go down so easily. She was above even the I class level of fighting and Hitomi was almost killed when they first met. Hitomi got up and ran up to Miaka. After saying a few words, Miaka passed out. Besides physical fighting, it was the only thing Hitomi knew. It was useful.

After the words Hitomi had said and the slam in the ground Ken did to her, Miaka was fully unconcious, but her shadow arose to take her place.

Ken stood up and the pupils in his eyes narrowed. HE gave off a killing aura that made everyone run in fear. His fangs grew a bit more and then stopped. He had given into the thirst.

"Told ya so," The shadow said as if it was Miaka. "Too bad you can hurt a Shadow! I can hide in the shadows anytime I want!"

Kens fingernails grew into claws as his anger increased. "Die...demon of hell!" he yelled as he slashed at the shadow being.

The slash went right through the shadow but left a small rip at its side. "Oww~ hey! If you really want to kill me, go ahead, but you're just gonna get even worst."

Okay, we're seriously going to get into trouble with all of this fighting..." realizing that nothing she said even phased the nearby Vampire, Hitomi backed away. 'Don't mess with Ken when he's pissed..' Hitomi thought. She was now running.

"Ah! There goes my prey! Oh well I'll let her off the hook, for what she can do for me!" The shadow jumped into Hitomi's shadow without her knowing and escaped Ken right away.

Ken stopped slashing and returned to normal. He then dropped to his knees and collapsed.

Hitomi gasped. She that she had gotten away.
"Get out of my shadow!" Hitomi yelled.

The head of the shadow poked out "Awww~! I wanted to stay in forr a while longer!" It complained "Anyhow," it got out "I'll see you later then!"

Hitomi fell over a let out a huge breath. "Ken... Ken!" Hitomi got up and ran toward him. "Are you okay..?"
