She arrived in front of a police station and stopped. She bit her lip. "Do in and risk becoming a suspect and having my record hauled out and me hauled to jail... or keep going on aimlessly?..... I'll take my chances." She walked into the station.

Kaori listened intently to what the captain was saying. Its true that these murders have been happening more and more lately. And they needed to know what was causing it.
"uhh, sir, anybody know the name of the girl that was kidnapped by the moster?" she asked. unfortunately, no one knew.

Kikyoku took a deep breath and walked into the police station nonchilantly. She walked up to the person behind a desk, looking at a compter screen. "Excuse me, uh, sir? I, uh, have a report to file.... on the recent murders going on." 'Ugh, and I told myself I'd nver let them get involved in the stuff I know already.' "I have some info that the police might find important. I was thinking of telling a news station, but, well, you know that never works out right. Mind if I talk to some one about my abduction by the murder?"

Alex observed the girl walking into the police station, completely forgetting the fact that he had to plan the next murder. The beast, however, was poking at him. 'we need to plan our next move NOW!' it told him again and again, to Alex's annoyance. After a while, he just muttered to himself. "Fine, we'll plan.." He told him as he moved towards his apartment. "And this time, our intentions shall be made clear." He told himself.

The meeting ended and Kaori exited with her bag and paperworks set. She was passing the front desk when she spotted the girl that she tried helping earlier that day.
"hey! its you!" she said running up to her.

"nah, thats okay," Kaori said sheepishly, "i needed to find a way to gain some money and my cousin got me a job here."
Kaori wasnt sure weither or not to tell her that she was an inspector, maybe she thought she was just here as someone who carried papers or something, after all, a college student like her wouldnt even look like one in the first palce.

"Well, I'm assuming that from how you just came from the back, and how most police stations in this city have regular meetings that start about an hour ago from now, that must mean you do some of the good work here. Let me guess. Umm, internship for an inspecotr?"

She had spent a lot of time studying on the police forces in the city so she could perpously avoid them after getting info from a crime scene. She had a feeling that might be the kind of job a coledge student would have was some kind of internship.

Kaori stared at her. guessed she had the same job, sort of.
"ehh, about there." she said half-lying.
Kaori shifted the case and papers in her hands and set them on the attendants table.
"so, what brought you here to the station?" she asked surveying the place

She bit her lip. "Well, er, actually, I came here to report some info about the latest murder being that I'm the only one who survived the party last night. That's why I bumped into you at the crime scene; t was because I was in shock that some many died and I was the only one spared."

Alex just sat in a cafe while waiting for the sun to set. "It will take a few hours, but I'll be patient." He said to himself. "After all, it's not like anyone's going anywhere." He whispered with a grin as the waitress got him a coffee. Across the street, he happened to see the 2 girls inside the police station, trying to figure out something. "Maybe i'll let them live....for now."

Kaori listened and leaned against the desk. She was about to say something, but noticed all the people staring at them.
"maybe we should get to a more private place, people might wonder." she said smiling. she grabbed her things and motioned for the girl to follow her

She smiled and nodded. "Good idea. Some of the stuff I was going to say is stuff I don't think everyone here should hear." She followed the girl, taking mental notes about all the faces they passed. None seemed like they were looking at her in fear of being caught, so at least she cut down the chances of some one in the police force causing the crimes.

Kaori led her down the hallway she came back from. They reached the end and turned to a double doorway that blocked their path. she took out her ID card and swiped it on the machine and the doors opened revealing the back part of the building. it consisted of cubicles in one side, a lounge area on another and some file areas in the back. she walked over to a door, only stopping to say 'hi' to the fellow workers. she got to a door that said the words 'Kaori' on it, she unlocked it with her keys and placed her bundle of stuff on her desk.
"okay, much better" kaori said sitting down on her chair, she left the door open to get air in and not let the lady feel locked.
"so, what were you going to say?"

She pulled the bag she had strapped over her shoudlers off and sat it on the desk. "Well, to get started I should tell you I've been investigating into the case as well, which is why I think that the monster kidnapped me rather than kiled me." She filled open the bag and pulled out a laptop. She opened it and turned it on and continued. "I've been doing my best to research this case as much as possible. And, don't get offended, but I even hacked into the city's police files on the report to see if you guys had any missing peices of info I don't. Sadly, I didn't see much that I didn't already have. All that I have on this case is in this one laptop. I compressed it all to just here for reasons that I don't wish for any one to see this. This info I'm going to let you see is someting I want you to keep confidentail and/or make sure that I am not mentioned for giving you this."
