"Ok then lets go." he said walking out the door. he stuck his hand in his pocket and held onto the steel dragon. Something felt wrong maybe he shouldn't travel with Sora he now feared he would get her caught. though he said nothing his face showed his indecision and worry.
The captain headed back to headquarters why had he not thought of it in the first place. Though this would delay him till noon he knew it would be easier to find Faven.

Etalos
Krin flew the rest of the way in silence. Upon reaching his destination he landed on the front steps of the lab. He casually walked past the many guards at the entrance while practically dragging Boran behind him. He made his way though the halls to the nearest elevator. stepping inside he pressed the button for the 85th floor. After a few minutes the door opened to reveal one of the only carpeted halls in the building. He strode down the hall to the door on the end rapped the door once then entered. the room was quite large and decorated in expensive looking things from cloth to intricate figurines At he far end of the room was a desk witch sat in front of a window which covered that wall. A tall muscular man stood and looked as though he was about to shout then realized who it was. "General Shing I am bringing you your rouge scientist." Krin said emotionlessly as he tossed Boran to the floor in front of the desk. General Shing looked surprised after all he had given Krin that job yesterday and expected it to take longer to track this guy down. Nevertheless he hit a yellow button on his desk and a moment later four men came in and removed Boran. Krin stood silently. After the men left Shing said "Krin you have done your job well go and get your rest I will give you another job tomorrow." Krin nodded then turned and left glad that He hadn't been questioned about his injury. Walking back to the elvator he climbed in and pressed the button for the basement. Minutes later he stepped out of the elevator and walking down a brightly light hallway lined with doors which all had numbers on them. at the far end of the hall was a door labeled 65 this was the one which Krin entered.

Etalos
Krin Shut the door behind him and sighed. He flipped a switch on the wall and lights came on illuminating the large room. the carpet was green shag and the white walls where draped in green cloths. The bed was a king size looked fancy canopy and all sat in the middle of the back wall. A large wardrobe closet stood against the wall on the right and in the left far corner there was a door to a private bathroom. A few bean bag chairs sat on the floor around a small glass top table on which sat a small chest. Krin walked across the room to the bathroom. Taking off his shirt he began to treat his wound. He couldn't help thinking about Avalon.he wrapped his arm in a bandage then went to his bed and sat down. "I wonder what she is doing now?" He said to himself. He was still desperately trying to figure out why Clevor would want her dead.

Small River 3.5 miles south of Nias

Kurai is sitting in waiting for one of the souliders to come get her report and tell her if there are any other orders for now.

"Ahh I hate waiting I mean seriously they know I can't come any closer but they don't ever think to hurry up and get over here."

Sighing Kurai stretched out in the water and relaxed as she floated around waiting for someone and day dreaming about her angel.

Of course each of her day dreams ended with her remembering she had no legs and couldn't be with him.

'Why couldn't the doctors atleast let me be able to be on land for a little while. I can never be with my angel.'

Sighing again in saddness this time Kurai looks up at a random cloud only to think.

'I wonder if he'll ever come down this river so I can see him. Or maybe he'll have it lengthened so I can come closer. What am I kidding that would waist tomuch time and energy. I mean were in a war, besides I'm just a warrior and a scout. I'm not his anything even if he's my Angel.'

Sighing again Kurai rolled over so she could sink to the bottom of the small river.

Ten minutes later a foot soulider runs to the rivers edge and Kurai snaps to attention.

"My report is that I was able to intersect a weapons ship heading for Hinter. The general should know that there was some kind of liquid freezer on the ship made to freeze blood if it gets into you. As always I have the ship in the cove with 12 sharks around it for pick-up." As she spoke Kurai handed over a water tight cantainer with her report in it.

"Your orders are to go directly to Hinter. And help protect the docks from the experiment back-up that is going there. Halt the ships that send any reinforcements and drag them down."

"Understood," taking the new water tight container with her orders Kurai jumps into the air and dives back down going full speed towards Hinter.





Nias

A 3rd level scout runs up tot he war General as he looks over a scrool of soliders to see who he can send for back up.

"Sir I was able to catch up with the solider sent to Kurai before he left and he is sending her to Hinter. She should be able to stop any ships from the sea."

Nodding his head the general sends the man away and goes back to his scrool.

It was nice to have a night away from base. Faven liked the idea of trying something new. though hunting thoughts of the captain catching up to him plagued his toughs. Figuring he better get some rest and enjoy the fact he was actually helping someone. he lay down on his bed and looked over at Sora who appeared to be assessing the room for exits a habit he had to, though he wasn't sure why. Tara glided down and landed on his pillow and curled up in a ball.

Etalos


Avalon could get to sleep. She tossed and turned on her cot, in doing so she annoyed Zroa who could sleep even if there was a war going on next to him. He pulled her hair with his taloned claws and went back to his perch.

"Grumpy old owl...." Avalon retorted, smoothing her hair back into place.

In return, Zroa hooted a low note, as if trying to taunt her as he always did, even when she was younger. While Avalon was dreaming about her past, there was a loud thump on her front door. Her head snapped up at attention and she threw on her cloak, pulling up the hood to conceal her identity. She opened the door, dagger in hand and noticed that no one was there. Avalon looked down and saw a large stone on her doorstep. Looking back up, she could see a group of what seemed like teenaged children laughing as they walked away. Her heart thumped once, loudly in her chest and her senses switched to overdrive. Her condition couldn't possibly come back now.....she had taken the antidote just a bit earlier. Maybe it was because of her mixed emotions that the antidote wasn't as potent as it should be.

Avalon hurriedly rumaged through her house to find another vival of that foul black liquid but didn't find any. Panic set in as she lost her control. Zroa sensed this at once and woke up, his amber eyes concerned. He'd seen this side of her before, no one else had because they never lived to re-tell it. Avalon ran out of the house, tailing the teenaged troublemakers and as she did so, Zroa hooted sadly.

Minutes later, Avalon walked back into the house, her cloak was drenched in blood as well as her mouth and hands. Her control was back....she had killed the kids. Her body shook with horror as she stared down at her hands. It had been such a long time since she'd lost control like that.

"What have I done......" Avalon whispered, she sat on the floor, leaning against her bed and fell asleep.

Faven lay awake for a while before finally drifting off into troubled sleep. He was awaken when Tara nipped his ear. looking out the window Faven guessed it was about noon. Climbing out of bed a feeling of dread set in on him though he wasn't sure why. walking over to Sora's bed he shook her "Wake up we have to leave now!" there was a hint of urgency in his voice.
