No I heard through one of the books that there were actually people running innocent businesses on the Death Star. Basically Luke killed a couple of thousand innocents.

Well, I don't know about you, but running a bussiness on a space station contributed just to the destruction of planets, well, not so innocent. I mean they probably knew what it was and knew that thier customers were clone soldiers. The bussiness were probably manned by storm troopers too, cause other wise it'd need to a residential district and apartments. They were interested in money, how inoccent were they?
