We need nighttime elves, daytime elves, and mornin' elves. But sadly the kitchen is not open 24 hours. I wish it was in my house

Professor Demarest walks in with her bag swishing at her side. She sits down at the kitchen table, gets a cup of coffee and starts looking over her notes. "New lesson soon," she mumbles to herself as she gets out her quill and starts writing more on her notes. "Lesson Three..." she reads from the top of her page.
Later on, she glances up and notices a house elf staring at her. She looks at the house elf and then asks, "Can I get my coffee pot refilled? I think I may be here a while..."

When the coffee looks ready, Professor Demarest goes and pours herself a cup, as well as bringing the pot over to the table, sits down, and continues her work. "It is very enjoyable to be in the Kitchens, since this is the most active place to be. Sometimes the other areas of Hogwarts can get quite lonely," she thinks to herself.
