i say the worst card is:
homarid spawning bed BB enchantment 1BB: scrifice a blue creautre to put X Camarid tokens into play, where X is the casting cost of the sacrificed creature. Treat these tokens as 1/1 blue creatures.
Its the worst as i sucks and is the worst for your opponent if used right.

Scornful Egotist! 1/1 blue wizard. costs 7U it's ability= Morph:U you play it face down, then morph it up after awhile, you can then Sac it for 8 1/1 for the price of 1 1/1 also works with that Dispersal sheild too...

The only crappy card I can think of is Guilty Consicne. It is white. "When enchanter creature deals combat damage that creature deals the same damage to itself.

Storm Herd 8WW Sorcery Put X 1/1 white flying Pegasus creature tokens into play where X is your life total. :B Wicked, horrible card! You're kidding me right? Usually I disagree with wellwisher's method of making cards good but here I have to agree, and in addition state that me and a group of people tested Storm Herd when it first came out in Urzatron White and it wrecked. Urzatron white used Weathered Wayfarer to fetch tron lands and top to do the same. Wrath, final judgement and devouring light owned removal along with a few other things. Yosei and Storm Herd were the kill. lets see you stop even 18 1/1 flyers from beating your face in next turn without the use of clasm or wildfire, Oh wait. You can't. yeah, that is one wicked awesome card. I need to put that in my life gain deck. When I top 100 life easy in that deck, storm herd is f*ing A. Ok, I topped my previous record and brought out 697 1/1 pegasus tokens last tuesday with my life gain. I had the game, and then one of our senior players pull the win off with his bug green going infinint

when Icatian Javelineers i brought into play, put a javelin counter on it t: remove the javelin counter to have it deal 1 damage to any target

And it's an enchantment. 2)Blood Funnel looks for creatures, not permanents. But with the "Global Animate Enchanment"-card, It really IS a creature... Neat...
