Dark could already feel the tension in the air by his presence and it only made him feel even more chaotic inside. He takes a deep breath, even if he drew blood, as long as his lust for battle was satisfied, no one would have to die today. His eyes slowly lower as he lifts his blades then just as slowly brings them down into a fighting stance. He already sensed that the one called Scarlet had already taken up a ready position. His gaze slowly turned to her as he slowly walked towards her flipping his blades into a reverted position.
((I wonder...should I draw whats going on...that could help with a visual of how things are going...))

Scarlet had pulled her blade from her belt and was turning it over in her hand, ready to use it if needed.
"What do you want, stranger? I have done nothing to you."
She slowly moved backward, as he moved towards her.

"Absolutely nothing. I merely wish to quell my longing for battle." He stops and points one of the blades towards Scarlet. "Please, don't die."

"Too late." With that, Dark lunges at scarlet thrusting his blade towards her face.

Scarlet quickly jumped out of the way, catching on to the very tip of the blade to swing herself away, but cutting her hand in doing so. She cursed.
She scurried up a tree using her nails to hold on.
Her blade was clamped securely between her teeth.

She quickly climbed higher, shrouding herself in the darkened leaves of the tree and quickly sucking the blood from her finger that had pooled there.

Without stopping, Dark's feet hit the tree running causing him to run up the trunk of the tree after Scarlet. He thrusts his hands forward sending up links of chains that spread out and fly towards her attempting to spear her.

Scarlet heard the chains rip across the bark and she quickly jumped out of her sitting position and seemed to evaporate into the air, a cloud of black smoke marking where she had been previously.

Dark drops down from the tree and looks around. Seemingly, she had disappeared yet he doubted that she had gone too far. She didn't self implode or he wouldn't have been able to sense her presence. "She escaped." With that in mind, Dark turned to the next one...

Scarlet's eyes seemed to glow from the tree she was hiding in, at the very top.
"Give up already?" she mocked. Her fingers played around her belt, trying to figure out which weapon she should use next.

Dark sensed it, if only for a little, that she was still in the area. His eyes dart back and forth wondering whether it was her who would strike first. He closed his eyes and concentrated.

In a seeming-suicidal act, she jumped from her branch, soaring silently down and landing behind him, keeping low to the ground.

Dark continues to stand there, a light red aura starting to permeat from his body. Dark flames slowly start to lap around his body as his concentration begins to take fruition.
