The travel to this rift that would allow her to travel from the world she knew to one that was strange took quite some time. Along the way she had come into contact with other individual like herself and those who outranked her ten fold. Some of those occurrences resulted in scuffles where she had managed to escape with a few bruises and scratches here and there while others resulted in injuries that would require her to take days of rest to recuperate and heal. However, she looked to each of these circumstances as a trial of sorts that was preparing her for what was to come.
Once she entered the rift, she found that her sight had returned to her. The demon within had either been roused from its slumber or it simply decided to aid her in finding the correct door. She figured it was the latter for her sight was not vast like it usually was when the demon allowed her to see through its eyes. Instead her sight was more tunnel vision. It only allowed her to see one door. In a smooth stride that was neither rushed or slow but somewhere in between she moved to that door. With caution she raised her left hand and placed it on the door. Something about the spiritual pull coming from it confirmed to her this was where she needed to go. Without further hesitation, she open the door and entered, making her way to a new life.
