cortonimas could have swore he saw that strange girl out of the corner of his eye but he dismissed the thought as soon as his his injury continoued to hurt. he wispers to himself ''i wounder if theres a type of demon that can mend wounds...'' cortonimas gets up closes his book and walks over to a book shop. didnt think so, why whould this small village have anything of value. ''well atleast i can pickup something to clean these cuts and buises''. cortonimas goes into a shop and buys some then tends to his wounds. ''well while im here i mgiht as well look for some work...wounder what kind of jobs i could find around here as a mercenary''. he walks along several roads around the town looking for somthing he could do.

Li burst through the foliage at a crash site. Cursing silently, Li inspected for bodies Of all the times to get lost! Confirming there was no one there. Li ran around the perimiter, she saw signs of someone dragging themselves from the wreakage, and another person's foot prints, but then the first person seemed to just disappear. What the-? Closer inspection showed the prints of a large bird. Does that mean Akki was here? With Yuuki? Li turned and hurried in what she hoped was the direction of Akki's place, perhaps she had brought the strabger home with her.

Akki returned home, with her things and began putting them away.
It was much to quite for her taste. She had grown up in an inn full of strangers who came and went, and the permanent residents there and all their noises. Life in the fire clan was getting to quite to, normal for her taste.

"Hey Akki!" Li called, she had grown much more comfortable with her friend and was allowing herself to relax more- whether Akki appreciated the yelling was another matter.

"Hello Li, yes i saw the site, i saw the idiot who crashed there too, i tried to help the stupid kid, and he ended up calling me a pervert" she said shoving some spices in a jar."i swear, males are getting stupider and stupider by the century!" She said huffing and turning around.
"any who , he managed to find his way back to the city, he's wondering around aimlessly, and he is still pretty wounded."

cortonimas groaned, dont these people have any problems with monsters at all?. he kicked a rock and leaned against a building.''looks like id better head to their capital if they have a healer anywere, it'll be there.'' cortonimas hold his rib cage. ''i dont think i could make the journey though'' he sighed and reopened his book. ''theres got to be a demon that can heal''. he continous to read his book and contemplate how he would find a healer.

"Boy, what are you going to do?" Li joked. I might go see if he needs any help, I might be...less intimidating. Li grinned.
"Where's Yuuki." Li had grown acustomed to seeing the pheonix around the place, it felt strange that she couldn't see him out of the corner of her eye.

"He's out hunting down Kagai, he's been gone for sometime, neglecting his duties, one cant get to confidant in the cities natural defenses, I've seen clans fall in a blink of an eye when that happens." She said tiding random thing around the kitchen. She tossed her some bandages and gauze and a healing ointment.
"if you do find the little idiot, this will come in handy, he's got a few bruised or broken ribs, i couldn't get a god look before he completely freaked"

"See you in a bit then." Li called as she grabed the ointment and bandages. Perhaps he freaked about demons like I did. Li thought. Poor guy, I bet he was scared out of his wits. In the village, Li spyed a youth who looked like he could be her age. He was reading a book with a scowl on his face, one hand rested on his ribs. This looks like the guy. Oh man, now I have to talk to him. Li had grown more confident of late, but she was still shy and had a deep distrust for strangers.
"Hi, are you ok? You look like your in pain." Li began.

"I don't know of any healers, I'm pretty new here myself, but I do have some bandages and healing ointment." Li offered the ointment for inspection.
"I could clean you up if you like."

cortonimas think for a while and then says ''ok..i guess if you dont mind'' then takes off his shirt to reveal several cuts and bruises and a nasty scar.

cortonimas let out a small grunt but showed no further signs of pain after that. ''im cortonimas...but you can call me cort for short''. he inspected his wounds that were rapidly healing. well atleast not everyone in this town is a pervert. ''thanks'' he put his shirt back on and walked a few steps then stoped and turned around. ''mind if i take you out to eat? its the least i can do for you healing me''. cortonimas leans against him staff waiting for a responce.
