Genesis shook his head in a dismissal way of her apology, before walking near and sitting beside her. His eyes tracked her movements, as he did with anyone who was ever near him.
"There's no need to apologize. Things are not always going to go off well. I'm just here to make sure you're alright. I've hardly spoken to anyone else in this clan as it is. And even then... I didn't care for some of them." He chuckled sheepishly, before placing a hand very delicately on Mercy's shoulder, trying to comfort her as best he could.
"Besides, I'd rather help in anyway I can." He said with a quiet scratching of his chin. His nose had already picked up her blood's scent, but he didn't take too much notice, his primal instincts filing it away.

*She stiffened at his touch then softened immdeiadtly towards him. She lifted her head and smile.* "I understand there are people here I'm not too fond of. . . . especially right now." *She grumbled the last part but forced a smile on her face.* "Thank you though. . . . I am alright."

Genesis slipped his hand back from Mercy's shoulder, and he tilted his head as he looked at her through the corner of his eye.
"Not even the best of clans it appears, can be totally happy. But as long as you're alright, then it's good." He nods slowly, he considered her a bit of a friend just because she'd talked to him naturally at least.

*Mercy just giggled at that* "Well the clan here really does fight alot. . . . but we are alot closer then most. I have a really bad rage problem and most here know it. I'll be less mad in a little while. . . . Me and the Clan Mistress just have a quite rocky relationship. and I have a problem with taking it out on others. . . . sorry if I did." *She sighed and realised that she was babbling so quickly covered her mouth and merely smiled.*

Genesis shrugged his shoulders before he spoke up again.
"I know of both Anger problems and Relationship issues. They're problematic as hell I suppose, territorial, and jealousy are easy to rise. But then again, that's why I'm stuck with all the problems that I am."
He brushed his snow colored hair back out of his eyes.

"What problems are you stuck with?" *She looked at him sideways and finally turned so she was facing him.* "And normally me and Lav . . . we have a really good relationship. . . . she can get angry but when I do. . . . " *She giggled* "It makes me sad that she never comes after me is all. . . . . Not that it wasn't nice of you to come. . . . I just wish she would ya know show she cares more. . . " *She shrugged.*

Genesis turned his head, his body mostly resting backwards against a wall, in a defensive way of, avoiding getting back stabbed. His natural instincts as such.
"Problems are most women don't tend to enjoy my territorial nature. I act on instinct rather then thinking usually as well."
He chuckled softly, folding his arms.
"And you were the first one nice to me, how could I not try to help?"

*She giggled* "You think that was me being nice?" *She shooko her head.* "Most say tha my nature is. . . . well too blunt and agressive. . . me though. . . I just say what's on my mind. I waas never taught the laws of gravity cause well I've never had laws or rules or anything. . . even now if I wanted to kill someone I would. . . . . . but I love Lav too much to want to leave this place. . . sad that I'm that attatched huh?" *She shrugged and smiled.* "I understand. I often get angry for no reason. I know that Lav and Domi have a . . . . well it's not a sexual one at all. .. . but I'm jealous that she would care for her more then she would her own lover. . . . ya know?" *She shrugged and couldn't help but smile and almost admire his always defensivenss.*

Genesis shrugged, jerking his wrist to cause the appearance of a blade into his hand. He carefully twitched it between his fingertips.
"It's not sad. It's something to admire. Actual love that's hard to break or get rid of. And I know the feeling, the relationship I had didn't end well because of it. I know the feeling of that there isn't as much care. It's a craptastic one." He said with the sense of distaste.
He adjusted into a better position, his natural instinct to keep himself protected.

morgan sighed as she sat down at a tabke in teh library. she'd only been at the mansion for a few hours and she was already making a loner out of herself. she opened a book from the stack she'd taken from the shelves and began to read.

*Mercy watch the blade in his hand in an almost intese matter then her gaze shifted quickly to the girl. She clammed up immediantly and bit her tongu for saying so much in the first place. She smiled to him then said to her.* "There are some very good novels on the table to your right. Some history too." *She said helpfully since she knew this room better then her own. She turned back to Genesis.* "It is sad. . . . I think so anyways. . . . It's sad and hard and sometimes I'm not sure if it is worth all the trouble. . . yet I still stick around." *she shrugged slightly and sighed looking back to blade as she heard the qip in his voice hitch.*

Genesis twitched the blade, twirling it between fingers as he stared at Mercy, no longer paying attention to the knife.
"Sometimes it may seem like it's not worth it... But making a relationship work is always a challenge. No matter the race it seems." He chuckles softly. But with his reaction he twitched, frowning as he cut his wrist at the accidental jerk of his blade. Frowning deeper as his silver blood leaked out, his nose twitching at it's sweet scent.
"That's probably not the best thing to have happen in a house full of Vampires. Although I suppose the scent shouldn't travel far in here." He said with a scratch of his head.

*Mercy smelled the sweet scent drinking it in through her nose, smiling though she rose and walked over placing his wrist on her dress. She tore a strip off and started to fasten it around his wrist, happy that no matter what she was trained to control her blood lust.* "You should be more careful here. . . " *She said almost in a reprochful sense.* "Not everyone here has manners enough to not come after the smell of blood. Worry not though for they will never attack within these walls. . . merely wish they could." *She sent a look to the girl reading almost in a sheer warning before turning back to him and smiling sweetly.*

Genesis chuckled softly, licking off a droplet of blood from his arm. His lips twitching in a smile at the fact that he'd notice her flash a glare at the other girl. He traced the fabric that was now covering his wound, causing the warm silver to soak into it. His gaze turned to Mercy once more, flashing a smile.
"Thank you, I almost thought you'd attack me. Although I don't mind the idea. I'd just rather be asked.... Although with you, I wouldn't mind at all really, you seem trust worthy not to drain me dry." He laughed softly to himself.

*Mercy finished tieing it and let go scooting back to her seat.* "I know I seems like a child Genesis but Docile is not in my nature." *She said it as a fact then crossed her legs in a seductive manner much too old for her childs body and sighed the smell still lingering.* "The only time I feed is from a lover or pet, if not then I merely feed to kill. And I enjoy every second of it." *She smiled sweetly yet a sinister note hung in her voice as she giggled angelically.* "But like I said. You have nothing to Worry about here. If not for Me then Lady Death. . . " *She used her formal name instead of her familiar term and grimaced at it.* "Are normally watching out for all the well beings of the clan memebers."
