"Mrrrgglsh?" Wolfwood asked blinking and looking up at Vash with wide eyes. "The table hit meee," he whined, sitting up and grabbing the bottle. He chugged more sips and set the bottle back down, peering at Vash. "I's not dead! Yooou ssshould know better. It takesh more'n that ta... ta..." He blinked owlishly a few times, then giggling.
He raised a paw, flicking it to and fro at Vash. "Ehheh! Lookitsh me, I'sh wid yoooou, a wanted maaaan not only by the ladiesh!" He giggled, then looked down at his paw. "VASH! Whar are mah thumbshes?! Whar'd they goooo?!"

"But. But. You shtopped moovingh!" Vash wibbled, glad that he hadn't lost his friend again. With a lopsided grin, he flopped against the other, thinking it a good idea to hug his comrade. He wasn't dead! Hurrah!
A giggle as Vash took up what Wolfwood had said, saying it in a sing-song manner, "A wanted maaaan not only by the ladiesh!~ Not only by the ladiesh~" He blinked as Wolfwood started yelling and laughed madly, "They dishappeared! Mebbe shey ran away!? Should look for them..." Flopping a paw about the other's shoulders once more, he tugged on, intending to guide him towards the edge of the table but balance wasn't quite working the way it should and he ended up leaning heavily on Wolfwood. "You shure are heavy... thish way. C'mon down. Maybe they're on the floor."

"Grarffng!" Wolfwood sputtered as Vash suddenly hugged him, blinking at him through bleary eyes. Man, was he strong! When he let go, Wolfwood took in several deep breaths, then giggled. "Dun need thumbsh for dish," he noted, then burst out, "Vaaaassssssh ish waaaaanted by the woooooorld! Whoohoosh!"
Vash caught the drunken priest's attention immediately. "Why'd they go theresh?" He demanded, leaning into Vash to support him while attempting to stand up. "Yoooou are heavier than you looksh too. Whar'sh the floor a'gin?" He wobbled as he stood, then flopped back down again. "Thish ish comfy, mebbe ashk table if ish sheen thumbshersh?"

"I dunno," Vash admitted, waving a paw in the general direction of everything, "Somewhersh over zere... I think. Hey! Ish not heavy!" He grumbled, poking at Wolfwood as he fell over. "Uuwha!" Wobbling, he fell beside the priest and shook his head as though clearing his head.
"But the tablesh sho haaaard." Whining, Vash attempted to get comfortable and sort of bull-dozed Wolfwood out of the way as he wiggled about. "Mrrrrn.... I like bedsh better. Shofter~" He had his eyes closed as he spoke, yawning hugely. Deciding Wolfwood was a good pillow, he half-flopped on the other. "Like thish." A nod.

Wolfwood looked up as Vash indicated the room, closing his eyes as the room started to move in directions he didn't anticipate. "Orrrgh, Ish can catchsh dem later densh," he said, moving one paw over his eyes. "The roomsh' movin' too muchsh!"
He moaned as Vash rolled him over, flailing for a moment in fear of running into and over the edge, but relaxing when he stopped on his side. Hurray for wings getting in the way. "Ooff!" He grumbled as Vash flopped on top of him, looking down at him in annoyance. "Your shpikey head ish shpikey! You'll poke shome holesh in meh!"

"It's like a shandshteamer ride~" Vash crooned, grinning. Yawning again, he smacked his lips and shook his head, "My heash not shpikey! You're jusht shoft!"
Wings fluttered as the world started to fade in and out, "Shtop playing wish the ligshts!" He muttered as the world went black and he settled into snoring and drooling on his priestly friend. His characteristically goofy grin was bright on his features as the gunman passed out.

If Vash was waiting for a reply, he never got one. Wolfwood was fast asleep on the table, his head pillowed upon a paw. He'll probably wake with a cramp to go with his headache in the morning, as well as confusion as to why his suit has drool on it... But, one problem at a time -- Wolfwood would have to hope Vash was still there when he woke up, otherwise how else was he going to get his friend to pay for the damages rendered to his coat?
Wolfwood's features weren't as bright as Vash's. Instead, his face slackened into a seemingly expressionless state, yet this was soon fixed by a faint smirk sprawled across his muzzle. Ah, how easy it was to slip back into familiarity with a friendly face!
...The booze probably helped in giving the priest his first night of full rest, too, but isn't it nobler to include the Typhoon's actions in this was well?
