I do sometimes... when I'm sitting at the computer for more than a few minutes. It's just that most of the time lately I am doing multiple things. Like yesterday, i was cleaning my room, doing laundry, sort of working on a drawing, talking to several people via private message, and eating all in the same time frame.

The best way to reach me most of the time is either via PM or sending me an email as I check email obsessively during the day.

My phone is being evil and doesn't 'receive calls when it doesn't want to. Most of the time when this happens I don't know I'm getting a call until the voicemail thing pops up.
