Yeah but gennin can master oiroke easily and they wouldn't even want to ask for persmission to learn that XP

i have an innate power over air (breeze runs thruogh the classroom) thus allowing me to use more powerful than normal wind techniques. this is my kekkai genkai.

(Uhhh here we go again...
Well first of id like to say, will everyone stop making a kekkai genkai up!. You should be talking to the Mods about that...Not just randomly make them up.
Second; Please make your profile and post it in the village before you begin to post anywhere else, if you need help with it just ask.
Third; The way we RP in here is simple, we use speach marks when we are talking while RPing, we type normally when we are saying what we are doing, we use bracets when we are NOT RPing, like i am now.
Now before we begin in this acadamy, is there anything you need to ask?)
