Not long at all, I have only been playing since christmas.
Lyon by Washburn is my type of guitar.
I don't like the pick so walking is the easy form for me.
My personal influence is just my love of bas, and thats in jazz and blues.
I at this point in time do not have a favorite bassist, though I do enjoty the bass line from Less Than Jake.
I have nothing to say about he rules rwally.
I am a very quick learner that has learned three songs since christmas.

How long have you been playing?
I've been playing for a couple months,just haven't had much time to play.
What model bass do you have?
Johnson Dual pickup that looks exactly like a Fender Precision Bass from the the '60s
Preferred method of playing?
I use a pick most often but I will play with my fingers if I have to.
Personal Influences?
I listened to rap and hip-hop for a while before I got into Rock 'n Roll and Heavy Metal and got used to the thumping bass sound and figured I wanted toi play bass in a Heavy Metal or Rock 'n Roll band

How long have you been playing?
Hmm well i played crappy stuff (like christmas carols) during primary school for two years, then stopped for three years, then picked it back up and been seriously playing for three, so technically 5

I have two biggrin My new Ibanez BTB 405QM and my old Yamaha RBX270

well fingers, dont like the trebly sound of a pick

hmm i guess it comes and goes with what i listen to, a band could influence me for awhile, so ill write a lick that sounds like them and so on

Not long at all, maybe about 2-3 months.
What model bass to you have?
A Fender Aerodyne J Bass
Preffered method of playing?
I preffer using my fingers rather than using a pick.
Personal Influences?
I guess the type of music I listen to has a big impact on what I hope to someday be able to play. It's mostly rock, hard rock, and metal.
Favourite Bassist/Idol Bassist?
Flea from The Chili Peppers.
Anything you'd like to add?
I won my bass in a contest. There was this form you had to fill out and collect stamps and stuff, so I did it. You had to put down the instrument you play, or would like to play, so I did, and the rest is history. I still can't believe I won though.

What model bass do you have? Don't have one at the moment (well actually, I'm borrowing one) but I'm hoping for one this month. I'd love a Jackson Disrupter Bass.

Stomach slung, playng with fingers s i can double hand tap easyly

Classical music plays a big part in it, Iv been classicaly trained.
Jazz and Funk are my 2 majoring styles but i hybrid them with metal razz .

How long have you been playing? About two years borrowing my friend's bass, almost a year with my own.
What model bass do you have? A Tanglewood Rebel 4K called Duff.
Preferred method of playing? With a 2mm pick and the amp cranked up loud. <3
Personal Influences? The basic tone of Cradle of Filth and some of the later Emperor stuff, early Metallica and Iron Maiden.
Favored Bassist/Idol Bassist? Cliff Burton, without a doubt. And 'Arry, of course.

How long have you been playing? A good seven or eight years.
What model bass do you have? I have a Spector five-string. Professional series. Cherrywood body color. Maple neck. Rosewood fingerboard. Two EMG HZ pups. Dunlop straplok system installed.
I also have a Squire (Which was my first bass) P-bass. Chrome red was it's original color, maple neck. Rosewood fingerboard. Pick-ups have been replaced with Quarter-pounders. Heavy modifications have been done. Artwork done on the body and pickgaurd. Rotosound Funk-master strings.
Preferred method of playing? I enjoy the basic finger-style. Along popping, slapping, tapping, and strumming. I will use a pick if I'm looking for the heavy 'thud' sound.
Personal Influences? My father.
Favored Bassist/Idol Bassist? Les Claypool, Cliff Burton, Jaco Pastorius, Flea, Louis 'Thunderthumb' Johnson.
