"You don't remember anything? Nothing after you grabbed the tail?" Riot looked over at her, an almost eerie calm look in her dark eyes.

Valkyrie shook her head, "Basalisks, nasty, nasty creatures, really the last time i saw one of those i skipped back and took another route." She walked over to it and nudged it, "This one lookes good and dead, you kill it?" She asked, without even a hint of surprise in her voice.

"memory loss? That must be annoying. So what are we going to do with this corpse?" Valkyrie asked kneeling down to poke at the corpse again.

"Yes. That is normal with the amount of magical energy she just put out. As for the corpse well..." Riot got up pulling out a small vile from her pocket. Carefully she tipped and dropped a few bright green drops on it. In seconds the corpse was nothing but a gooey puddle.

"Close to dawn." Riot turned going down the stairs and into the room she had been using. She quickly pulled on her boots, then her jacket, flipping her hair out from under it. In one motion she scooped up her bag and turned back outside of the room. A moment later she rejoined the group at the top of the stairs. "I'm going to give you a choice here Chisei. I'm going back to Acron. There are somethings I need to look into. One of them is you. You can come with me or stay here. Your choice. Same goes to you Val."
