First Tooth & We need a babysitter

Ala yawned and woke the next morning, she had slept fairly heavily only truly waking when Torvil woke her to feed their son before falling back to the sleep that her body had demanded

Torvil was still laying there, brushing her hair and smiling as he held Surion in his other arm. His tail was running up and down her side

Ala opened her eyes and smiled softly seeing him there and not only there but awake "Morning love" she said

Torvil smiled. "Afternoon actually..." He smiled softly.

Ala blinked "oops?" she laughed lightly "didn't mean to sleep that long"

Torvil chuckled softly. "It's okay, you need it..."

"guess it didn't help that I didn't sleep for almost 3 days" she said with a wry smile

Torvil kissed her forehead. "Sorry about that... But it was worth it in the end wasn't it?" His tail brushed his face.

Ala chuckled "I suppose it was"

Surion was by now after his father's fingers to gum having dropped his dragon far out of reach, in other words off the bed

Torvil chuckled softly looking down at his son. "Are you hungry?" He smiled softly, shifting arms to slid him to his mother.

Ala propped herself up a bit against the headboard and took Surion to feed him "He's been gumming a lot lately" she mused with a smile

Torvil chuckled softly. "Think he might be teething then?" Having been reading baby books.

"Possible I suppose I'm not sure, I've not dealt with teething kids before" she laughed

Torvil chuckled softly. "I've just been reading books..." He said softly.

"My mate the reading maniac" she winked playfully then winced looking down at her son "Hey there be nice to mommy's boobie"

Torvil chuckled weakly. "Biting is daddies job..." He chuckled softly. "Cause I can do it right..."

Ala laughed "Yes you do, I'll have to see what hurt in a few minutes, I don't like interrupting his feeding if possible

Torvil smirked and brushed Surion's head as he fed with a soft smile, and then brushed Ala's cheek. "He's gotten a bit bigger..." He mused.

"He's a growing boy, so I have to agree" Ala laughed

Torvil purred softly and nuzzled Ala's face and kissed the back of Surion's head.

Ala softly kissed him as he nuzzled "You do make a wonderful father you know that right?"

Torvil blushed lightly. "I try..." He murmured.

"No... you don't try... you do..." Ala told him

Torvil smiled weakly and brushed her cheek softly. "Thank you, you're a wonderful mother..."

"I do my best" she said with a grin as Surion let go and she lifted him to burp

Torvil purred and rubbed his son's back as Ala moved him into his range.

Once burped Ala opened her son's mouth and looked in despite his tongue sticking out a little when she did she saw why he had hurt her when he nursed

Torvil looked over. "What is it love?"

Ala laughed and lifted Surion turning him to face his dad as she held him sitting on her lap. she opened his mouth again to reveal the small point of a tooth sticking through the gums "Seems you were accurate"

Torvil grinned and kissed his son's nose, then moved a bit more forward to kiss Ala. "I want to see something... If you don't mind..." He whispered softly.

"See something? I don't see why I should mind..." she was kinda confused

Torvil nodded and took Surion. He took his right wrist and bit down softly, putting holes in the vessels there and slowly put his wrist to Surion's lips.

Surion did in fact lean forward a little more against his father's wrist after the little bit of red coming from Torvil's wrist

Torvil nodded slowly. "Now I can let you sleep when he's hungry..." Red tears were coming to his eyes.

Ala chuckled "Somehow I'm not entirely shocked he likes both"

Torvil nodded slowly and wiped and eye with his free hand. "Well I got my wish..."

"Your wish love?" Ala quirked a brow curiously

"That I could feed our son..." He murmured.

Ala chuckled "I suppose you did, but he will still get milk too"

Torvil nodded. "When you're awake..." He smiled softly. Unlike his daughter, Torvil always introduced his children to his favorite things, he let them decide whether they liked it or not

Ala smiled and relaxed

Surion sat up again and looked at his dad "Addaahhdahhdahhdahhhhh"

Torvil smiled softly and kissed Surion's forehead. "Adah and Sur.."

Surion smiled and leaned towards his father his 'dirty' face wiping against his father's clothing

Torvil grinned and nuzzled Surion's head softly before pushing him gently back and cleaning him up.

Surion smiled and blew bubbles as his father cleaned him up

Torvil smiled and nuzzled his sons head when he was done. "Love you Sur..." He looked at Ala. "And I love you mostest..."

Ala smiled widely "I love you the mostest too" she giggled

Surion started hunting for something to gum again his closest target being his father's digits

Torvil chuckled and winced lightly. "That one tooth is sharp..." He chuckled, letting his son gum.

"Trust me I know" Ala laughed motioning to her breast that Surion had fed from

"Nyanyanyanya" came Surion's happy voice

Torvil smiled and chuckled at Surion.

Ala giggled

Torvil purred at her and winced again. "He's got really sharp teeth..."

Ala nodded "Just as sharp as yours"

Torvil nodded. "Sharper I think..." He winced again. "The book says he might lose them..."

"And then grow new adult ones... yeah" Ala said with a nod

Torvil nodded and smiled, nuzzling Surion then Ala, purring happily.

"Everything seems different doesn't it" she mused

Torvil nodded slowly. "Yeah, very different... I like it though..."

Ala smiled "New experiences are good and we have lots of those with Surion"

Torvil smiled. "Yeah..." He brushed his son's face and his wife's cheek.

Ala rested against him and cuddled closely with him and their son

Torvil purred happily and kissed her cheek.

"So what shall we do with the remainder of our day" she asked him

Torvil nuzzled her. "I dunno..."

Ala chuckled "Well I think I'll start with some food, I'm hungry"

Torvil nodded and slowly moved out of bed to stand with Surion in his arms.

Ala climbed out after him and planted a kiss on both of their cheeks before heading for the kitchen

Torvil smiled and followed, intent on at least trying to cook one armed.

Ala entered the kitchen and moved to one side to let him enter as she thought about what she might like to eat

Torvil smiled and shift Surion a little. "What do you want and I'll make it..."

"Meat" she said with a laugh "Besides that it doesn't really matter... You can put him in his swing if you want"

Torvil smiled softly and did just that, before going to get some meat.

Ala sat in a chair near her son and watching Torvil move about the kitchen

Torvil slapped the meat on a skillet. "Warm, or cooked?"

"seared" Ala said she'd gotten to the point of very rarely eating it anywhere near cooked

Torvil nodded and seared it, having cooked what he'd eaten last night for flavor's sake.

Ala hummed softly and contently, her family was all awake again

Torvil lay the seared meat before her and sat down behind her, purring in her ear.

Ala purred softly in return and dug into her meal "Love you" she said before taking the first bite

Torvil purred louder. "Love you too..." he let roll from his tongue.

Didn't take long for Ala to finish her meal. Once she had she turned to face him. a coy playful grin on her face

Torvil smiled softly. "What are you thinking my little minx..."

"Thinking I should tell you I told Tinania I'd be calling on her soon" she smirked

Torvil purred loudly. "Oh did you now?" He grinned and nuzzled her.

"I did..." Ala said with a laugh

Torvil chuckled and kissed her roughly.

Ala returned the kiss and grinned when it was broken "Gives us a little alone time"

Torvil nodded slowly and started to n** at her, growling playfully. Lately he'd been real easy to rile, and right now just the thought of some real alone time with Ala was getting him worked up.

"Perhaps I should huh" she said with a chuckle

Torvil let out a low seductive growl and looked deep into her eyes, nodding extremely slowly.

Ala laughed and got up, the shop was the only place in their home that had a phone so that's where she went

Torvil sat and attend to Surion while he waited.

The Phone Call

Ala dug into the drawer next to the phone and grabbed the paper that contained Tinania's cell number and dialed it hoping that she wasn't busy...

Tinania was in her room going though her bottles of potions. She was so bored she was ready to scream. Her mother basically cast a spell on her room making it unable for her to leave without her mother knowledge. She glanced over to her bed when she heard her cell phone ringing.

Placing the bottles down she walks over and falls onto her bed grabbing the cell. Looking at the screen she arches a brow "Hmmm who could this be?" she shook her head and flipped her phone open "Hello Tinania speaking..."

"Hi Tinania, this is Ala" she says when she heard the reply "calling to see if you can take Surion for a bit..." she didn't exactly want to explain why

Tinania winces then frowns "Um, I'll have to talk to my mother, see I'm being punished right now. But hold on for a sec Ms. Ala..." she pulls the phone away as she runs to the door "Mum I need to talk to you. Can you please come here...."

Krista walks to Tinania rooms "Yes, what do you need....." Tinania bites her bottom lip "Um....I need you to talk to Ms. Ala...." she hands the phone to her mother.

Krista arches a brow then shakes her head taking the phone "Hey Ala this is Krista..."

"Well hey stranger" Ala said with a chuckle shifting positions "Uhm Tinania offered her services to me a while ago if I needed a babysitter, hence my phone call"

Krista looks over at Tinania. Tinania smiles a little then looks away. "Well Tinania got grounded a few days ago for doing something she wasn't suppose to...."

Tinania looks at her mother pouting "Please mum I'll be taking care of Surion, which means I won't be getting into any trouble...." Krista sighs "Ala I'll let her baby-sit, only if you can do me a favor and call letting me know she made it to your home, and that once she done with her job you bring her back to Barton book store so I can pick her up" Krista looks at Tinania who was frowning.

Ala nodded as she listened then remembered Krista wouldn't hear her nod, the joys of rarely using the phone even though she had it "Yeah I can do that.. " Ala smiled

Krista smiles "Good I'll put her back on the phone then so you can set up a date and time. It was great talking to you Ala..." she turns and hands the phone back to Tinania who was frowning. "Okay Hi again Ms. Ala, so when would you like me to come over and baby-sit?"

"Actually the sooner the better I suppose, I'm not sure how long it takes you to get places, especially since I don't know where you guys live" she chuckled

Tinania smiles "Well I can't tonight, mum wants me to help her out, its part of my punishment, but I can tomorrow if you want. In fact all day if you want me to...." she was really wanting to get away from the home and be outside.

"Ok sounds good, we'd appreciate it, do you know where the Balan shop is?" she asked trying to give the easiest indication of her location

Tinania thinks for a moment then sighs "No I don't, sorry..."

Ala thought for a moment then proceeded to give directions as to how to find the shop, she gave both air and land having seen Tinania use a hover device one of the last times she saw her at the clinic. "... our house is directly behind the shop" she ended

Tinania grabs a notepad and write down the directions then smiles "Okay got them. So what time would you like me to come over?"

Ala thought about it "Some time shortly before lunch ok for you?" she asked figuring it'd give her time to get Surion's day and her own rolling

Tinania write that down and nods "Okay no problem. I'll be there about 11 am."

"Sounds good, thanks Tinania and thank your mom for me too" Ala said with a smile

Tinania nods "Okay I will Ms. Ala, I'll see you tomorrow then. And I will let her know"

"Till tomorrow then" Ala smiled hanging up the phone and heading back tot he house

Tinania smiles and lays back on her bed "Yea I can finally get out of this bloody house..." closing her cell phone she runs down to let her mother know the information.

Ala came back into the house with a smile and headed for the kitchen where she had left her mate and son

Torvil was still playing with Surion in the swing.

"Tinania is going to come by tomorrow, she can't today she's kinda grounded for something, I had to talk Krista into letting her baby-sit sorta. We have to call Krista when Tinania arrives then take her to the bookstore in Barton for pickup when she's done" Ala said

Torvil nodded slowly and smiled softly. "Something's better than nothing I suppose..."

"She'll be here about 11ish... guess now is a good time to figure out if Surion will take some form of a bottle for a babysitter, Tinania said she could be here a good portion of the day..." Ala looked thoughtful, she wasn't over keen on the idea of a bottle mostly cause she didn't want to confuse her son

Torvil nodded slowly. He got up and hugged her close. "We don't have to have her come you know... I can live..." He lied.

"But can I... you've got a stronger control over your urges then I do" she said into his ear

Torvil shivered softly and if Ala looked into his face saw he was actively fighting to remain in control.

Ala purred softly holding him close "Perhaps we can use the other side to go to the cliffs for part of that time use our little home away from home... we'd just have to find some form of communication, I'm not sure if the kingdom phone works as a normal phone...."

Torvil brushed her cheek. "I can pop in from time to time if I have to..." He murmured.

"No I want time alone without interruptions if possible... perhaps it's time to get something I doubt we'd use all that often..." Ala mused

Torvil winced slightly. "A phone..." He murmured softly looking at her slightly fearful.

"No we already have one of those, it's in the shop was here when we took over the shop. I'm referring to a cell phone... and knowing the technological age we live in, our son will probably be much into the technical stuff when he gets older too" she said

Torvil's eyes grew a bit more wild and he took a deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath. "Well, got to get over the fear of it sometime..." He murmured.

"You don't have to deal with it love, I will. You might see it and hear it but I'll deal with it" she said pulling back and looking at him

Torvil frowned. "But I should learn..." He murmured. "Else I'll be the stupid uncool dad..."

Ala chuckled "Just don't mix up the cell phone and the kingdom phone I think they do much different things"

Torvil nodded softly, slightly hurt by Ala's joking manner with something that down right terrified him.

Ala stroked his cheek "It's ok love, I'm just trying to ease the tension" she said softly seeing the look in his eyes

Torvil pulled her close and kissed her roughly again, pulling away a few moments later to rest his head on hers. "I will beat it... if it kills me..."

"I know you will" she said softly

Torvil clung to her and nuzzled her hair happily.

"Shall we go into Barton? I'm guessing there's a couple things we'll need so we can completely enjoy ourselves without interruption" she asked

Torvil chuckled. "We'd have to bring Surion along..." He murmured.

"Of course love of course" she chuckled

Torvil smiled and moved to get him.

Ala moved to get his stuff that she would need to bring just in case. You want to wear the carrier love?" she asked

"Only if you don't..." He said softly.

Ala chuckled "Torvil, you have as much right to carry your son as I, plus you've not spent as much time with him as I have over the past few days"

Torvil nodded slowly. "Okay..." He said softly, still feeling the slightly strange feeling he didn't deserve to hold his son because he'd not done a good enough job as a husband for Ala during her pregnancy and Surion's birth.

Ala walked over and put the carrier over his head "And you my love are a wonderful husband and father and don't you ever think otherwise" she said softly before moving away to make sure the bag was stocked with anything she might need

Torvil couldn't help but wipe his eyes as he put Surion in the carrier. He started to cry quietly, wanting so much to just hold Surion and Ala close to him, his hand constantly getting rid of tears as they fell.

Ala turned shouldering the bag and made sure Surion had his blanket and the rather matted and gummed dragon he was so found of

Torvil was still silently bawling as he headed past her out towards the front.

Ala sighed and followed after him , she just couldn't seem to figure him out lately

Torvil finally felt better and stood outside, waiting for her, getting rid of the last of the tears.

Ala followed him out closing the door behind her "Ready?"

"Y-yeah... Sorry bout that..." He chuckled weakly. "What are the odds I'm the one who gets the freaking post partum..."

"Makes no sense really but oh well" she said wondering if it really was post partum depression or not. She unfurled her wings and made ready to take to the sky

Torvil did the same, taking to the air right after as well, sighing lightly. He didn't know what was wrong with him, all he knew is that Surion made him happy, and that he felt he didn't deserve to be so.

Ala sighed and headed into the air after him in the direction of Barton. She doubted she'd understand what was going on and didn't try

Torvil flew and landed after a time, waiting for Ala to join him.

Ala landed right beside him, she really wasn't all that far away from him when he landed

Torvil pulled her close and started walking.

"Love ya Torvil" she said softly wrapping an arm around his waist

Torvil purred. "Love you too... Now lead and I shall follow..."

Ala nodded and looked around then headed towards the mobile phone shop walking at a slow pace not wanting to seem like she was rushing Torvil

Torvil walked deliberately when he started to see the signs.

Ala squeezed him gently and paused at the door of the shop before opening it and entering

Torvil entered it after her.

Ala looked around the cell shop once they stepped in, she perused the shelves and eventually settled on the simplest of the phones she could possibly find, they certainly didn't need anything complex, and she knew Torvil would be even further freaked out by anything complex technology wise

Torvil was staring at the phones on the wall. He had picked up a display one and was mucking with it when it beeped at him. He paled and dropped it like he'd been bitten.

Ala turned hearing it drop and smiled softly , reaching down she picked it up and put it on the counter then took his hand and squeezed it planting a kiss on his cheek and went to deal with getting the phone and it's activation

Torvil smiled softly and looked at the phone on the counter. He waved off the salesperson, who looked like they were ready to have a seizure from the fact that Torvil seemed to be acting like a very easy dupe for a sale. He picked up the phone again and did the same thing, this time however, he was ready for the beep, and he started to read the screen when it beeped.

A short time Ala was stuffing the new phone and it's box in the diaper bag "Love we're done" she said as she approached him and their son

Torvil had a grin on his face and didn't seem to hear her. The phone was beeping with a steady rhythm now, and his eyes twinkled.

Ala chuckled and rested her hand on his arm "Gaia to Torvil come in Torvil"

Torvil's head snapped up. "Oh.. Sorry love... I uh..." He blushed and horridly put the phone down as it gave a death tone ring.

Ala chuckled "It's ok love, come on we have one more stop to make" she looped her arm around his

Torvil purred and followed her. "I don't know if you'll get service in the cliffs..." He muttered softly.

"I dealt with it, I may have picked a simple phone but I picked one with very good range... besides what's the point getting one that wont work there if that's why we are getting it, now it wont work on the other side but that's besides the point" she grinned

Torvil chuckled softly and nuzzled her hair. "Thanks for uh... being the savvy one..."

"The one used to technology" she said with a chuckle as they headed for the store that had kid and infants stuff

Torvil nodded. "I'll get there... One day..." He mused

"You do better now then you did when I first met you" she said encouragingly

Torvil smiled softly and nodded. "Thanks..." He nuzzled her hair. "I had help..."

Ala smiled turning to give him a soft kiss before breaking away and pulling the door open to the store "

Torvil entered the store and looked about, brushing the back of Surion's head with his tail.

Surion had long since fallen asleep being carried by his father

Ala made a beeline for the one area of the store she usually ignored biting her lip as she ran her eyes over the different style bottles and pumps and other feeding equipment

Torvil rested a hand on her shoulder. "We don't have to do this if you don't want..." He murmured. "We have the phone... She could call us when he's hungry..."

"Aye she could, but what about wanting uninterrupted time together?" she asked

He sighed. "I'd live... I want you to be happy... And those..." He pointed at the bottles. "Aren't making you happy..."

Ala nodded "No they aren't really, I don't want to confuse him from the feel of one to the feel of the next." she sighed and faced him completely

Torvil brushed her cheek softly. "We can have uninterrupted time later..." He kissed her forehead. "Any time alone with you is good now..."

Ala smiled and nodded "Ok love, we have the phone now, so she can call if he gets really wanting. He's started to go longer between feeds , solids soon I think..."

Torvil nodded softly with a gentle smile. "That will be nice..." he murmured softly. "We'll start with some blended meat..."

"and cereals like those" she pointed to the infant cereals a few feet away "just don't go overboard on buying them, we don't need the surplus" she giggled

Torvil chuckled softly. "I'll let you buy them..." He blushed, he didn't dare tell her he'd gorged on the crackers and they were out...

Ala laughed and pulled away walking over to them, "they make... strange flavors" she mused finding the one meant for starting with which was supposed to be rather plain

Torvil walked over. "Oh?" He asked, looking over her shoulder.

Ala nodded "yup" she pointed out the several flavors "I think we'll do our own mixes using the plain one"

Torvil nodded slowly and smiled softly. "Alright..."

Ala took the box and headed for the cashier not taking any form of bottles with her

Torvil smiled and nuzzled her head as he followed her.

It wasn't long before Ala was heading for the door "Is there anything else we need before heading home love?"

Torvil tapped his chin. "Not that I can remember off the top of my head...."

"Okies shall we head homewards then?" Ala asked

Torvil nodded with a soft smile. "Yeah..."

Ala smiled and let her wings unfurl "Then lets"

Torvil unfurled his and took to the air, heading for home with a big grin.

Ala followed after him catching up

Torvil flew slower than usual with Surion, not wanting to wake him.

Ala flew in silence till they could see the shop "almost home"

Torvil nodded with a smile, and landed once they reached it with a happy grin.

Ala landed right behind him and folded her wings

Torvil opened the door to their home and entered slowly, looking around with a light smile.

Ala entered after him dropping the diaper bag near the door

Torvil smiled and turned to her. "Do you want Surion now?"

"If he's hungry I'll take him" Ala chuckled

Torvil checked to see if Surion was hungry or awake.

Surion was in the process of chewing on his dragon and went after Torvil's finger when it came near

Torvil smiled and handed Surion off to Ala, thinking he'd save blood for when she was sleeping.

Ala chuckled and took Surion "Glad to see you smile love" she told him before crossing the room and taking a seat to feed

Torvil purred and sat near her, moving the chair over to her. "I'm happy."

"Good, never good when you aren't" she purred

Torvil moved close and nuzzled her.

Ala smiled and returned his nuzzle "Looking forward to Tinania's visit?"

Torvil nodded slowly and smiled. "Yep."

"As too am I" she grinned and reached to him with a free hand running her fingers along his cheek

Torvil purred and kissed her fingers softly when he could.

"Love ya Torvil" she said softly

Torvil smiled. "Love you too, shade of my heart..."

Ala finished the feeding of their son then looked at a clock "We should probably get to sleep so we can get up and get Surion ready to be babysat"

Torvil shook his head. "You sleep... I'm not tired.."

"Oh ok then" Ala replied kissing her son's head then put him in his father's lap "Don't let him stay up late"

Torvil chuckled. "He's going to bed too... As am I.... I'm just not sleeping..." He kissed her and then Surion

Ala laughed and headed for the bedroom shaking her head

Torvil got up and followed her, rocking Surion in his arms.

Ala crawled into the bed and watched him enter

Torvil put Surion down in his crib and tucked him in nice and tight, before kicking his shoes off and joining Ala.

Ala smiled and closed her eyes cuddling close with Torvil

Torvil purred and nuzzled her softly.

Ala soon fell asleep

Torvil lay awake through the night, Listening for Surion to awake, whenever her did, he put one of his wrists to his son's mouth after he'd opened it.

Ala's Journal

Dear Diary

Ok Diary it's official Torvil and I really need some time alone even for a couple hours. I called Tinania, seems she got herself into some trouble but Krista will still let her come and babysit.. that is long as I call and let her know she arrived and then take her to the Barton bookstore for pickup after, I suppose thats reasonable I'm not sure what she did but thats not really my business either. sooo till tomorrow..........

Dear Journal,

For Visha's sake! Finally some time for me and Ala to be alone... Well at least that's what Tomorrow will be. I'm so excited, and I shall not sleep tonight... Not at all... I have to keep Surion fed and what not...

Surion spends the day with Tinania

Ala hummed happily she had her son ready for a sitter, had expressed some milk and tried the baby cereal with Surion which he seemed to like if there was barely any in the milk. Now she was walking around the living room waiting for Tinania to arrive. Torvil had headed outside to make sure things were dealt with there

Tinania looks at the notepad then looks up at the home. She smiles and places the notepad back into the emo back. She glances at her watch and smiles. 11 o'clock just like she said.

Breathing in slowly she walked up to the door and knocked on it a few times. Stepping back she fixes her jeans then her black spaghetti strap shirt. Before looking around the area.

Ala heard the knock and set Surion down on his blanket and headed for the door. She herself was not wearing anything close to her normal clothing, what she wore closer resembled clothing one might wear if they lived in a more primitive time and in a cave. She pulled the door open and smiled seeing Tinania "G'Morning Tinania" she greeted her

Tinania smiles and bows her head slightly "Morning Ms. Late, I hope I'm not too early" she was looking at Ala cloths as she stepped into the home looking around before glancing back at Ala. "Thanks again for letting me baby-sit Surion. I'll take good care of him for you while your with Mr. Torvil..." she digs though her bag trying to locate her cell phone as she speaks "Mum wanted me to have you call once I arrived..."

Pulling the cell phone out she dial her house number then holds it to Ala "Just hit talk when your ready to call her."

Ala laughed as Tinania got to the point then too the phone from her and after a moment of looking at the buttons pressed the talk button before putting the cell phone to her ear

The phone rang a few times before it was picked up "Krista DarkAngel here...." she sat on the couch working on a bowl of cookie batter, the phone was held against her shoulder and ear.

Tinania stood there looking down at the ground, her fairy wings fluttering a little.

"Hi Krista, it's just Ala. You asked I let you know when Tinania arrived here"

Krista smiles "Ah okay thanks Ala. Tell her I said be good, and that I will see her later." she places the phone down then got up and went back to the kitchen to continue working on the cookies.

Tinania looks up and smiles "So how are you today? How is Surion and Mr. Torvil?" she pulls her hair up into a ponytail as she spoke, then places her back down next to the door for the moment.

Ala smiled and handed the phone back to Tinania "We are all quite well, Surion learned to roll the other day which we like quite a bit.." she moved into the building "Come on in Surion is in the living room " she headed in that direction

Tinania smiles as she places her phone in her back pocket then follows Ala, still looking around the home. Her wings flutter a little as she walked. One of her hands was playing with her wand that was in her pocket. "That's good to hear, pretty soon he'll be crawling...."

"Oh that'll be the day I'm really in trouble" Ala laughed "Will have to do more baby proofing" she padded into the living room "This is the living room, the kitchen is across the way and down a bit. She motioned

Surion lifted his head half off the blanket from rolling "Aaahhhpppffttt" he said with a smile

Tinania giggles waving at Surion "Yea I've seen my nieces crawling around, Aylana said she was always freaking out they would get hurt." she looks to Ala "I'm sure you'll do fine as a mother Ms. Ala. I just know it...." she leans down and holds her finger out to Surion "Hey Surion.."

Ala chuckled "I did good the first time around, it's just different this time is all... Surion's crib is in mine and Torvil's room if you aren't comfortable using that his playpen is in his room they are the first and second doors on the right down the hall."

Surion eyed the finger and rolled on his back reaching for the finger his mouth open to pull it to himself

"Oh and careful, he's teething and the one little point he's got coming through is rather sharp" Ala added

Tinania smiles and nods "Good thing I brought some teething toys then. There were some that my mother bought for me but never really needed them, so I thought I might bring them along." she nods looking down the hall then smiles "Okay got it, so when he needs a nap I know where to put him" she smiles watching the guy.

"Right, we don't use bottles so I just fed him, we're also trying baby cereal very highly liquid with expressed milk which you can find in the fridge.. there's a phone # on the fridge if he refuses it or is demanding to be fed it'd take us a matter of minutes to get back here if needed" she said she tapped her chin "Uhm I guess I should ask if you have any questions" she smiled meekly not having had used a babysitter before

Tinania smiles and nods "Nah I think you pretty much covered it all Ms. Ala, if anything should happen I'll be calling you right away." she giggles and wiggles her finger again looking down at Surion. "Your going to be a good boy right, while mommy and daddy are away having some time to there selves." she looks up and smiles at Ala.

Ala smiled "The number I left is for a cell phone, we decided it was finally time to get one. You are welcome to help yourself in the fridge just stay away from any liquid that is a crimson red in color" she said with a nod and a smile "Oh and if he naps, if you go for a walk etcetera, make sure to take his blanket, he seems to be rather... attached to it, carrier is on the hook in the hall"

"Ahhpppppfftttt" Surion kicked his little legs and waved his arms excitedly at the attention from the girl

Tinania nods then smiles "Okay, got it Ms. Ala." she giggles picking Surion up and holds him making silly faces at him. "We'll go outside a little later won't we..." she glances at Ala "Any thing he not allowed to be near, or any places I'm not allowed to take him to? "

"Keep him away from black flowers... other then that not really" she smiled watching her with Surion and glad she was great with kids

Surion smiled and blew bubbles watching Tinania's face

Tinania giggles and sticks her tongue out at Surion "Okay, no black flowers for you mister..." she looks to Ms Ala "We'll be fine then. If there is anything else I'll call you Ms. Ala..." she pokes his belly lightly then giggles again

"Thanks Tinania" she watches for a moment and heads for the hall and then outside after picking up the phone and a bag

Ala and Torvil head out

Ala met up with Torvil where he was waiting after giving Tinania the lowdown of the house and instructions for her son, now she was ready to go, and she was wearing cliff attire

Torvil purred just watching her walk towards him. He gave her a happy smile and opened his arms to her.

Ala was carrying only the cell phone and a small black bag that was synched shut by its drawstring "Ready to go?"

Torvil nodded and kept his arms open. "Come here you..." He purred.

Ala grinned and walked up to him wrapping her arms around his waist

Torvil purred and wrapped his arms around her. "Eyes..."

Ala nodded "Of course love" she said closing her eyes

Torvil smiled and shifted, and they disappeared from sight

"Aaahh" Surion is intrigued by the poking and reaches for Tinania's finger, his tail moving contently behind him

Tinania stands still holding Surion and walks over to emo back. She digs into it before pulling out a blur teething ring and holds it out to Surion "Here you go little guy. You can chew on this all you want..." she walks back over into the living room and sits down on the ground. She watches Surion, her wing fluttering once in awhile.

Surion takes the ring from Tinania with a smile and like anything else he gets in his hands went straight to his mouth to be chewed vigorously on

Tinania smiles just watching the little one. She looks around the place debating before looking back at Surion "You wanna go to Barton park Surion. Its a lovely day outside...." she tickles the little one stomach as she stood.

"Nyanyanyanyanya" Came Surion's reply around the teething ring as he watched her move , he rolled to his belly lifting his head ring and all as he looks around and kicks his little feet

Tinania smiles walking over to grab the carrier from the hook. walking back into the living room she sets it down a little ways from Surion "Okay little guy, lets get you into the carrier so we can go play in Barton park..." she picks him up along with his blanket. She wrinkles her face at him as she places him into the carrier.

Surion smiled and blew bubbles at her around the ring before reaching up going after a lock of Tinania's hair

Tinania smiles and pulls her hair away "You can play with my hair later little one okay..." she makes sure she gathers everything she needs before looking down at Surion "You ready to go.?"

Surion kicked his legs excitedly, not entirely sure what they were doing but still very happy

Tinania smiles Pulling the carrier over her shoulder holding Surion. Once she is sure he will be okay she places his blanket next to him. Walking over to the door, she pulls out her wand and with a wave her emo bag floats up then is placed on her shoulder. She places her wand back into her pocket as she opens the door and steps outside closing it behind her "Okay Surion let head to the park." she wrinkles her nose as she heads down the walkway toward the park.

"Aaahpppfttt" Surion grabs the corner of the blanket and it finds it's way into his mouth with the teething ring as he's carried, He likes Tinania, though with his calm nature he likes most people.

Tinania stops and looks at Surion "Hey you won't freak out on me if I use my hoverdisc?" she digs into her bag before pulling a blue and silver hoverdisc. she let it go and it hovers a few inches off the ground, she glances back at Surion as she places one foot on the disc.

Being in the air is nothing new to Surion and he makes no indication that it bothers him, rather he makes another attempt at her hair which is attracting his attention at that moment

Tinania smiles and placing her other foot on the disc she hovers there for a moment. "Okay to Barton town we go..." with that they fly off down the sidewalk, her right arm wrapped around Surion the other placing her strap of her emo back over her neck before using her hand for balance. She was laughing as they zipped down the street.

"Aaahhhhhhh" Surion smiles up at her he likes the sounds she makes as they move through the air towards Barton and the park

Tinania giggles as they reach Barton, she smiles looking around before figuring out where they were. She looks to Surion and smiles "You having fun kiddo?" she pokes his nose lightly then turns back as they zoom down the street place The Barton Bookstore. She waves to the shopkeeper from the window and continues down the street.

Surion's focus changes from her hair as they enter Barton, He watched his surroundings blowing many bubbles

Tinania giggles as they arrive at the park. Hovering over an empty piece of grass she waits until the hover disc moves so there inches off the ground. Stepping off the disc, she grabs it and places it back into her bag. "Okay Surion time to play."

Surion smiles widely hearing a word he very much recognizes as he goes after Tinania's hair yet again

Tinania pulls the carrier off slowly holding Surion with one arm. Pulling a blanket out from her bag she places it down on the grass before laying Surion down on it. She pulls the carrier away from him and folds it up placing it in her bag. She giggles holding her finger out to Surion "There now you can play all you want Surion."

surion sees that teasing finger again and reached for it grasping it in his little hand pulling it towards his mouth the teething ring dropped to the blanket beside him

Tinania smiles and looks around before humming softly, she looks down at Surion. Using her other hand she runs it lightly over his forehead before pulling her finger away and using both hands helps him sit up.

Another perspective to look at the park in, this is nice. Surion smacks his hands playfully onto his knees bouncing a little in her grasp

Tinania giggles and looks around, she debating what they could play on that would be safe for Surion. She looked at the swings and shook her head. Looking at the slide she smiles "Surion wanna go play on the slide?"

Surion blew happy bubbles, he didn't know what a slide was but he was certainly having fun with Tinania

Tinania picks him up, she wrinkles her nose as she places him on her hip. Walking over to the slide she climbs the the ladder and sits herself down, placing Surion on her lap. Wrapping her arms around him she smiles "Okay here we go.." she scoots a little and they slide down the slide to the bottom.

Surion smiles widely and giggles, swinging his hands in the air as they slide

Tinania smiles and picks him up and hold him "Was that fun Surion, do you wanna go again?" her wings fluttered in the air as she pushes her hair back

Surion looks at her after a moment his expression changes from his huge grin to a scrunched up nose and pouty mouth

Tinania wrinkles her nose and smiles "Ah now I see what's wrong, well more like smell it" she takes him back over to the blanket. Laying him down she looks through her bag, very glad she was prepared. Pulling out a diaper and some baby wipes. Looking at Surion she smiles "Let get you outta that thing." she pulls the diaper off as she grabs some baby wipes cleaning him off.

Looking though her bag she grabs her keychain and holds it out toward him as she grabs the diaper and unfolds it.

Surion took the keychain with grabby hands and it went straight into his mouth as he chewed on it

Tinania smiles and lifts him up gently as she places the diaper under him. She makes silly faces at him and she secures the diaper. Lifting him up and smiels "All better?"

"Nyanyanyanyanya" Surion smiles at her around the keychain which is getting a nice workout against his sharp pointy tooth

Tinania smiles and sits there holding him in her lap. She hums softly watching the other kids play around at the park. She looks to Surion "You wanna go play at the park again or do you want to just sit here?".

Surion is cuddling against her one hand making grabby motions, the keychain abandoned and his other thumb in his mouth as his eyes are half closed, Surion is easy to calm and even easier to put to sleep, especially by humming

Tinania smiles seeing her humming seem to cause something and continue to hum. She places her finger in his little hand watching him with a smile on her face.

Surion's hand pulls away still trying to find his target as he looked up at her, his half-asleep expression almost a question as he tries to find what he wants which not really understood to him is on the ground

Tinania smiles seeing what she knew had to be what he was looking for. Picking the blanket up she places it in his hand "There you go Surion."

Surion's hand closed tightly around it's corner and he closed his eyes sucking at his thumb cuddling against her

Tinania smiles and just sits there watching the young child as she hums. She understood now why her mother loved having little children around. She lightly runs her finger across his forehead.

Surion slept peacefully, he was even peaceful when he began to wake up a while later still sucking his thumb now more hungrily then sleepily

Tinania smiles down at Surion and stand "You wanna head home and get something to eat little guy?" pulling out her wand she waves it toward all her items. They lift into the air and land back into her emo bag as she pulls out the carrier and her hover disc.

Placing Surion back into the carrier, she climbs back onto the hover disc and flies off back towards his home. Her arm wrapped around him like before.

Surion giggles some as Tinania heads towards his home. the feeling of hovering rather then flying slightly different

Tinania looks to the young child before zipping down the sidewalk. She smiles when they reach the home. Climbing off the disc, she grabs it as she opens the door. Opening it slowly she walks in closing the behind her. Pulling her emo bag off, she places down next to the door before walking into the living.

Walking over to Surion playpen, she lifts him out of the carrier and places him into his playpen "Okay I'll make you something to eat, along with myself." she walks into the kitchen and opens the fridge looking inside. She pulls out the cereal and the milk for Surion. She keeps looking seeing if there was anything she would eat.

Left alone in the playpen the sounds of his toys being played with can be heard along with his babbling

Tinania shakes her head when she see nothing she would eat. Grabbing a small bowl, she mixes the cereal and milk together.

Walking into the living room she places the bowl of cereal onto the table before walking over to pick Surion up out of his playpen "Okay time for you to eat." she walks back over and takes a sit placing him in her lap. Leaning over she grabs the bowl.

Stirring it one more time with the spoon, she lifts the spoon up and holds it out towards Surion "Here you go sweetie."

Surion looked at the food for a moment then opened his mouth for the food she offered

Tinania smiles places the spoon in his mouth so he can close it. She hums softly as she thinks about everything she had done this week. She smiles making silly faces at Surion.

Surion eats the cereal as given to him. Her silly faces making him giggle and make a mess. His arms swing around as he giggles coming together to clap happily

Tinania laughs as she grabs a cotton clothes and cleans the mess up. Placing the spoon back in the cereal she holds it toward Surion once more. "Here ya go..."

Surion went after the spoon again rocking a little in Tinania's lap and giggling

Tinania smiles holding the spoon close enough to him "Wait until I tell your mother, how good you were today. She'll be so happy, plus then maybe she'll let me baby-sit you again."

"Aaahhppfftt" Surion looked up at her his mouth full of cereal, he reached up putting his hand on her nose with a smile

Tinania kisses his hand and smiles "Okay just a few more bites and were all done eating" she holds the spoon towards him again.

Surion takes the food offered though still interested in her nose and even more so her hair

Tinania tilts her head, wrinkling her nose up a little, as she holds out the spoon again "What got your attention little one?"

Surion giggled seeing her scrunch up her nose and makes little grabby hand on her nose "Mmmmmm" he finally does take the food offered

Tinania smiles placing the spoon in the bowl "All done little one." she wrinkles her nose up again "What you like my nose?" she giggles and leans down towards him so he can touch her nose if he wants.

Surion giggled and put his hand on her nose his other joining it "t-t-t-t-t" he says bouncing lightly in her lap

Tinania giggles "T? Now what are you trying to say?" she tickles his little belly, her wings fluttering a little.

Surion giggles as he's tickled pulling his hands away from her face as he swings them a little and kicks his legs

Tinania smiles picking him up then the bowl. Walking to the kitchen she places the bowl in the sink. She pokes Surion's nose lightly before turning the water on to rinse out the bowl.

"T-t-t-t-t-t-t" he says again closing his fist around a lock of her hair that's in his reach, pulling it towards his mouth

Tinania winces but smiles "Not so hard little one, pulling hair hurts.." she holds him closer so that he wasn't able to pull her hair.

Walking back to the living room she sits back down and watching him play with her hair

Surion happily chews on the hair "Nyahnyahnyah" he watches her as he does and is all smiles

Tinania smiles laying back, she hums softly once more watching the child "I bet when you learn how to talk, your going to have loads of things to say..."

Surion grins blowing bubbles and letting go of her hair, he watches and listens to her hum "t-t-t-t-t" he says laying his head on her chest

Tinania smiles and rubs his back slowly as she continues to hum. Now she knew why her mother liked having kids, there fun to have around, she looks down at Surion and smiles.

Surion's thumb soon finds it's way into his mouth again as she hums, his other hand moving around for his blanket. His tail moved around lazily around his legs as he rests atop of her

Tinania pulls her wand out, looking around she smiles spotting the blanket. Giving the wand a wave she watches as it floats over to land near Surion's searching hand. Placing the wand away she continues to rub his back as she hums softly watching him.

Surion pulls the blanket close resting but not quite falling asleep as he listens to her hum

Sounds of movement come from Ala's room and a few minutes later she wanders into the living room smiling

Tinania smiles rubbing at Surion's back once more as she hears the movement. Looking up she smiles "Hey Ms. Ala...." she gives her a wave then looks down at Surion.

"Hello Tinania, everything go ok?" she asks crossing the room towards the pair smiling seeing Surion resting.

Surion lifts his head his thumb popping from his mouth "Mmmmmmmmm" he says seeing her

Tinania smiles and nods "Yes we went to the park, he went down the slide with me, he was laughing and having a great time. Then we came back here and he ate. He was a perfect little boy..." she wrinkles her nose at Surion then looks up at Ala "How was your day?"

"Very good, weather was wonder at the cliffs, even though were didn't exactly go out. but it was a much needed time to ourselves" She replied "Sounds like you two had fun" she commented and knelt down next to them

Tinania smiles "Yes we did, I think he likes flying around on my hoverdisc.. It was fun babysitting him..." she nods "And I'm glad you got some time with Mr. Torvil, Aunty Lenore say everyone who in love needs it..."

"Aye, and I agree with your Aunt. Did you find anything to eat Tinania?" she asked reaching for Surion

Tinania hands Surion back shaking her head "No, I didn't. course it doesn't help that all I eat is fruit..." she pushes her hair back smiling

Ala nodded "We don't eat much of that around here, a little but not a lot"

Surion babbles happily in his mom's arms pulling at a lock of her dark hair

Tinania smiles "Its alright, I had a big breakfast so I'm fine at this point..."

Ala nodded "All right Well Tinania I'm going to go give Surion to his father and we can look at getting you to Barton like I agreed to your mother. Don't want you in more trouble... or me... I want to be able to call upon your services again"

Tinania smiles and nods "Yea, that would be great." she stands and smiles "It was great babysitting him Ms. Ala, and I do hope to do it again."

Walking over she grabs her emo bag that was near the door then smiles looking back "Okay I'll wait here for you Ms. Ala. I'll give my mother a call." she pulls her cell phone out of her back pocket and dial her mother cell. When it goes to voicemail she smiles "Hey mom Ms. Ala gonna take me to the bookstore right now, so we should be there soon. See you there.." she hands up and waits.

Ala nods and disappears into her bedroom returning empty handed a few minutes later, she didn't even bother to change from her cliff garb "Ready to go?" she asks Tinania

Tinania turns and nods pulling her hoverdisc out of her bag "Yup, mom knows were on the way..." her wings flutter as she places her emo bag over her shoulder.

"Sounds good" Ala replied heading out the door her wings unfurling from in her back and spreading wide. She smiles at Tinania and takes to the air

Tinania eyes widen a little as she watches Ala take to the air. She shakes her head and tossing her hoverdisc into the air, she jumps onto it and follows after Ala.

Krista sits inside the bookstore sipping her coffee as she read a bridal magazine.

"This would likely be why Surion likes to ride with you on that, he's used to it" she tells her with a smile after Tinania caught up "Torvil and I appreciated that you could come today to watch Surion"

Tinania smiles as she holds her left hand out in front of her "Its no problem Ms. Ala, after watching my nieces, Surion was like an Angel.." she places her sunglasses on as she glances down at the ground to see where they were.

Ala laughed "He's a pretty peaceful boy" she said with a nod seeing Barton on the horizon

Tinania giggles "Yea I could tell when I was humming, I kept putting him to sleep..." she smiles seeing Barton also.

"Yeah I hum when I want him to sleep, usually works. I hum him the dragon's lullaby." she smiled "I'm looking forward to seeing more new skills from him though, he's so much different then Selene and Torvin"

Tinania giggles "Yea its fun watching power start to show in little ones." she flies down toward Barton as they get closer to the place "Mom said I started showing it powers when I picked up a book very young and understood the spells, then of course when I got my wand."

Ala nodded "I imagine you are a very talented your lady. At least that's the impression I get from your personality" she replies descending

Tinania blushes "I think its because I work hard. I love magic, and because I know how to do it I work even harder." she looks over "I guess it a drive to be the best at everything like my grandfather said that keeps me going..."

Ala nodded "One never gets anywhere by sitting on their bottom that is a definite"

Tinania smiles "And on never gets what they want is they let it slip by there fingers" she smiles when the bookstore comes into sight. She looks over to Ala "Oh could you let Mr. Torvil know I said thank you about the books, I manage to find some spells in them that really have helped me out,"

"I most certainly will pass the message on " Ala said with a smile preparing to set down on the sidewalk as they get closer

Krista steps out of the bookstore and smiles "Hello you two. Its good to see you again Ala." she pushes her black hair back from her face.

Tinania jumps off the hover disc and grabs it placing it back into her bag "I had such a great time mum, Surion was great. Ms Ala said she hopes I can baby-sit again soon."

Krista smiles and hugs Tinania "That good to hear." she turns to Ala "Thanks again for bringing her back, I hope it wasn't a hassle."

Ala blinked "Krista what happened to your hair???" she said in shock "You look like..... " her words trailed off

Krista winces then smiles "Tinania was re-dying it for me and well mixed it up with another dye" she pats her daughter shoulder "Tinania have you eaten since breakfast?"

Tinania blushes and smiles a little "No could we get something before we head home?" she glances at Ala wondering what she freaked out about.

Krista smiles and nods "Yea.." she looks at Ala and bites her lip hoping she won't say anything "We gotta go Ala, gotta get some food into her. We'll see you soon okay?"

Ala nods "Yeah joys of dye... I don't use it" she chuckled "Well thanks again Krista... Tinania... I should head back to the house " her wings move nervously for a moment then she starts to turn "See you guys again soon" she gave a wave and headed back into the sky over Barton

Tinania waves to Ala then turns to her mother as they head down the street "Mum what was she talking about."

Krista smiles shaking her head "Nothing Hun, just something that between adults..." Tinania frowns as they head into the coffee shop. Krista glances back watching Ala fly off before following Tinania inside.

Dear Diary

You have no idea... Leaving our son with a trustworthy young lady, the daughter of someone I trust, getting away for a few hours, just plain being myself and spending some alone time with my mate... I love my son... but the time I spend with my mate helps me deal with day to day stress

God bless that girl. Reminder, have ala give her something from my horde next time, a cup or a necklace... Lord knows I have more than enough... That girl defitnaly deserves it... She's a life saver... I was about to go nuts... Now I'm all good again...

Ala's new change

Torvil woke the next morning with a grumble. He looked over at Ala... But she was totally covered. He blinked. She never did that before... He got up and started to tend to Surion.

Surion babbled happily at his father

Ala stirred under the sheets and woke with a yawn and a stretch her arms poking out the top

Torvil smiled at his son, and then turned to look towards his wife. "Morning love..."

"Morning" she said mid yawn then lowered her arms pulling the covers with them

Torvil stared. "Oh Visha..." He looked at his wife... His extremely sexy greyish-white haired wife.

"Hmm?" Ala quirked a brow at him and sat up

Torvil pointed at her hair with a smile.

Ala thought he was pointing behind her and turned then looked back at him "What?"

Torvil chuckled and put Surion down. He sat down on the bed and took some of her hair, putting it in front of her eyes

Ala looked at what he was showing her, her eyes widened "What the...." she reached up and took her hair from him

Torvil smiled. "I wonder how much stress you've been under lately..."

"Stress? Not much really since you woke up again..." she said still staring at the locks of hair in her hands giving gentle tug to make sure it was HER hair

Torvil chuckle softly and smiled laying down on the bed. "Well you look even more like me now..."

"No kidding, whoa...." she looked up at him "Not what I expected to wake up to"

Torvil purred softly. "We have to call the babysitter again... You're unbearably sexy..."

Ala laughed "I didn't even know it happened... obviously in my sleep, wonder if I would have felt it if I was awake..."

Torvil chuckled. "I don't know..." He said softly. "Most of my changes come in sleep..."

"Yeah a sleep that lasts way too long" she mumbled

Torvil sighed. "sorry love..." He hugged her close.

"Not your fault" she gave him a weak smile and cuddled into the hug

Torvil purred and started to nuzzle her hair. It didn't smell any different, but it was nice.

Ala purred softly feeling his nuzzles "Maybe I should change more often" she murmured

Torvil chuckled. "Maybe not too much... "He said softly. "I love you for who you are... The outside is just a nice touch..."

Ala giggled "I was kidding, you just seem to give me extra attention every time something does happen"

Torvil chuckled softly. "Well I have to explore..." He murmured...

Ala grinned a snuggled closer, she'd have to see what exactly she looked like after in the mirror

Torvil purred and nuzzled her hair for a bit longer before some of it found its way into his mouth... And he started to chew on it.

Ala laughed she she felt this "Why you like eating my hair these days love?" she asked

Torvil blinked. "It uh... tastes good?"

Ala laughed "Well guess you gotta get your fiber somehow"

Torvil stuck his tongue out at her and then licked her cheek

Ala giggled softly then turned to kiss him

Torvil purred and kissed her roughly, pulling her close and sliding his tongue against her teeth to see if perhaps they had changed at all.

Ala sucked softly on his tongue and kissed him deeply pulling him closer

Torvil purred and his hands started to wander, not really realizing that their child was in the room, and probably watching. He purred and leaned into the kiss.

Ala pressed into the kiss for a time then pulled away "Torvil... Surion" she said softly

Torvil sighed softly. "Think we could play pen him..." He realized that that was perhaps... mean of him... But he did want to spend time with Ala...

"Once I make sure he's fed and such..." she said softly

Torvil just sighed and shook his head. "I'll be calm by then..." He said softly, but shrugged. "Oh well..." He moved and brought Surion to her, and lay beside them with a smile.

Ala smiled at him "I didn't say no love, I just said once I make sure he's fed and such"

Torvil chuckled softly and shook his head. "We'll see how I feel when you're done..."

"Ok..." she said picking up Surion from the bed and proceeding to feed him

Torvil just lay there purring, realizing that Surion would indeed need to visit his playpen.

"Has he been changed yet today?" she asked him

Torvil shook his head. "Want me to do it?"

"Sure, since it has to be done in his room anyways" she said a few minutes later when her son was done "You can burp him on the way there too"

Torvil nodded and got out of bed, standing to receive his child.

Ala reached up handing Surion to him "Here he is love"

Torvil purred and too him, burping him as he headed for the nursery.

Ala smiled and climbed from their bed and headed into the bathroom she wanted to know what she looked like now

Torvil came back once he'd put Surion down for a nap in the play pen, the mobile had been set for it's longest play... That gave em about two hours...

Ala stood in front of the mirror in their bathroom tugging at the ends of her hair which if it were possible were not even longer then they had been the night before

Torvil sauntered into the bathroom, and came up behind her. "Hello gorgeous..."

"Hello my love" she said looking at him using the reflection in the mirror

Torvil purred and moved behind her, giving her a tight hug. "Rowr..." He growled softly into her ear, his hands slowly sliding upwards.

Ala purred loudly nuzzling the side of his face.............

Dear Diary

Just when I thought I couldn't change any further I change again. I most certainly never expected anything to happen to my hair of all things! Greyish white, At this rate eventually I'll never be myself anymore, not that I'm complaining I like being more like my mate, but it'd be hard to recognize me. Well least my mate likes how I look I suppose thats what is important.

The hidden city

Torvil rolled out of bed when he heard a knock on the door... He'd slept in later than usual... He'd actually fallen asleep, which was odd... He stretched and headed for the door.

Ala sighed she was slightly dressed, she'd been up for a while holding Surion who had fed and fallen back to sleep. She watched him leave the room "Someone at the door, I so don't want to deal with that right now" she grumbled she sighed and lay her head back on the headboard closing her eyes. There was times over the years where she wished she was where her people came from in this case the hidden city, this was one of those times

Torvil and Torvin were talking as they entered the bed room. Torvin had a piece of paper in hand. "I came early and took the day off to spend with mom..." They froze when they say the bed empty.

"Ala?" Torvil called out into the house. "Are you here?"

Ala opened her eyes again, needless to say rather shocked to not find herself where she had been as she looked around

Torvil suddenly noticed the small wisp of Nether near the bed and swore. "Torvin close your eyes."

"What? Why!"

"Do you want to see your mother or not!" He growled.

Torvin just shut his eyes and shivered as he felt his father drag him into the nether, to chase Ala.

Ala watched the people around her noting they were all, well Kerrsalian some looked at her oddly for suddenly showing up out of the middle of no where especially being that she also had horns and a tail. "This is interesting, I wonder if Danyen is around here" she mused and started walking into the crowd of people asking about him now and then

Torvil and Torvin spent little time in the nether. Torvil had to land outside the hidden city of Kerrsal though, for the charms made the nether bunch to much for his skill to Navigate. He started running for the entrance though, knowing full well there was a city there, and his damper already flicking on, suppressing the magic around him.

Ala eventually did find someone who took her to the Wisens more for the factor that she showed up and neither herself or her child looked quite like any of them, she was more escorted then anything and to the Wisens rather then a holding room due to the fact she said she knew two of the Wisens

The gates of the Hidden city are very well guarded by Kerrsalian warriors even if not seeable at first

Torvil growled. "I need to enter..." He said approaching the gate, his tail thrashing slightly as he knew Ala was in there... The Nether trail didn't lie...

The warriors did just as they did when they guarded the gates of the Kazehan village, stood in a line at the ready each had shifted into their defensive state of ability

Torvil sighed. "Look, my wife is in there... She's a Kerrsal... Or still is slightly... It's hard to explain... She's Kal's sister... Do you know of Kal?" He tried to be very patient but Rage was about ready to just rip the men apart, and he could feel Envy close by... Which made him edgy.

The squadron leader eyed him "No person has entered this city today" he was staring into Torvil's eyes determining the man's heritage another looked towards Torvin

Torvil huffed and moved hair away from his forehead. Torvin followed suit. "Does this help any?"

Torvin twitched. "My mother is Kerrsal..." He muttered, holding the paper close to him.

The squadron leader and his second in command turned to each other conversing in very low tones before returning their attention towards the two males "You may enter, be aware as strangers to this city you will be watched" the leader said

Torvil nodded and slowly pulled Torvin towards the door. "Ms. Trueth I think... was Kal's last name..." He muttered. "Not that it's that anymore..."

the massive doors opened just enough to admit the 2 men into the city closing tightly behind them. The city before them was massive the architecture identical to Kal's home in Kazeha but it was obvious that this city housed thousands

Ala was now deep within the Wisen chamber building, the largest building in the city, she was talking to the Wisens, those there were not yet Danyen or Ryalie

Torvil scented, searching desperately for Ala as he was in near panic, the scars she'd left starting to show, more out of the panic than anger.

the looks the two males got were ones of apprehension, as they saw them

Torvil didn't care... He was too worried about Ala... He reached the largest building where her scent was strongest. "ALA?!" He cried out loudly, probably heard for blocks around.

Torvin cringed.

A pair of men approached the two from behind, each wearing a heavy robe different then anyone else they had yet seen,

Torvil spun around. "Who?" His lips curled back in a defensive snarl.

Torvin put his hand on his father's shoulder in a vain attempt to calmed him down.

The two looked at each other their hands clasped together under their sleeves then back at Torvil "We could ask the same about you" The taller of the two said it may or not been obvious that the building was their destination

Torvil slunk back slowly. "My wife is in there..." He growled. "My wife and youngest son... They vanished this morning... They're in there..." He pointed and turned. "I don't know who you are, but I sense you are important... So if you would be so kind... I know Trueth..." He said softly.

this brought more risen brows but Danyen looked down at him "From where do you know miss Trueth"

"She's my wife's twin..." He said softly.

"She's married now..." Torvin chipped in.

the two men looked at each other and slowly nodded "I am Danyen, and this is Ryalie, we are Wisens here, if your wife is in there then we will see that you are escorted to where she may be" he said moving between the pair towards the massive locked door

Torvil moved forwards and took the bottom of Danyen's robes. "I am forever in your debt." He bit his own hand and rubbed a little of the blood on Danyen's robe. "Blood binds me... I am in your debt, you need but ask and I shall serve..."

Torvin stared at his father... That was something one did under the most dire of times...

Danyen rose a brow but said nothing his eyes changed a matter of moments then pushed open the door entering the building, Ryalie followed the two Dragonic men in afterwards. It didn't take long of walking before a messenger ran up to Danyen and spoke to him in Kerrsalian Danyen nodded and looked at Torvil

Torvil looked about a little nervous. He had new surroundings to cope with.

Torvin just observed, paper held tight in his hands, but not crumpled...

"Seems your wife is being spoken to by the other Wisens, explaining how she managed to show up within the gates and not doing such a great job of it" he said turning and floating deliberately down the hall towards a large set of doors

Torvil followed. "She used the nether is how, very risky, and made me panic..." He said softly. "I'll explain more once I'm able to talk to her."

"The nether? Haven't heard of that been used in many many years" Ryalie mused as he followed the 2

"You know of the nether..." Torvil asked softly following the Wisen before him, but turning his head towards Ryalie

"Mmhmm, but we deal very little with the other side, particularly after what has happened in the past with our people" Danyen said with a nod stopping in front of the massive doors "These are chambers where meetings are held, what's said behind these doors stays here do you understand?" he looked at Torvil and Torvin

Torvil nodded and Torvin did as well. "Not a word shall pass our lips..."

Danyen opened the doors to reveal a very large round room with a round table and a smaller round table within that around it sat a half dozen men and women dressed the same as Danyen and Ryalie and Ala with Surion in her lap chewing on his blanket

Torvil pushed past Danyen and into the room, Torvin following after him. "Ala!"

"Mom!"

Ala looked up and blinked rather shocked to see them bursting into the room

Torvil ran to her and and sat down on the floor hugging her legs.

Torvin walked over slowly, his hand holding the paper shaking

"Okay... Are you ok?" she looked at them both

Danyen and Ryalie joined the others and were speaking quietly amongst themselves in Kerrsalian

Torvil nodded. "I was just worried..." He said softly.

Torvin walked over and handed the paper to Ala.

Ala sighed softly "We're ok" she said and looked up at her son taking the paper he offered her and opening it

There was a poem on the paper it read:

I wrote this down to say I'm sorry,
I know that you've forgiven me,
And I've accepted that,
But still,
I want to say say I'm sorry,
For every time I've made you mad,
For every time I've hurt you,
Or ever made you sad,
I know this poem is sucky,
But I really had to try,
I love you mom I really do,
And even if I screw up I will always know,
That I have a home to come back to,
That you love me,
And that I you raised me right,
And I think that's all that I can say,
I love you mom...

Surion let go of his blanket and went after his father reaching for him

Ala read through the poem then looked up at her son giving him a soft smile

Torvin smiled at her softly. "I had to try..." He murmured.

Torvil smiled and got up, taking Surion.

"It's a very nice poem Vin" she said with a soft smile

Surion giggled at his father as he took him

Vin bowed his head. "I'm going to be visiting more often... I cut more classes..."

Torvil smiled and nuzzled his youngest.

Ala nodded

One of the female Wisens coughed "Sorry to break up this little reunion but we still need to know how the bunch of you wound up appearing outside the gates and in the center of the city" she said

"The Nether... I can use it decently, Ala must have fluked it..." Torvil said rocking Surion.

A slow nod came in reply "We've not heard the nether in use for many years"

Torvil looked up. "Understandable... The Nether is used by certain sects of Necromancers..."

Danyen looked at his colleges before speaking "I think the council's largest concern is the safety of this city, We can't just have anyone showing up in our midst without warning"

"You shouldn't have to worry... The Nether bunches up too much to allow that unless you were an actually Necromancer..." Torvil murmured. "Ala's lucky to be alive..."

Danyen nodded slowly "It appears the council has some more research to do." the others nodded many with brows creased "And you I'm sure should be heading home though we ask you do it from outside the city"

"If you would like, I could introduce you to one..." Torvil said softly.

one of the men looked back at him "You are in acquaintance of a necromancer?"

"He's my mentor, and friend..." Torvil said softly. "He taught me how to navigate the nether.

"And you think he could help us avoid said occurrence?"

"I think the charms are enough... But uh, he probably could..."

"We'd prefer if none could enter this city without the knowledge of the gate keepers and guardians" The female added

"I'll talk to him..." Torvil said softly. "But first I'd like to go home.... No offense but this place makes me uneasy..."

Danyen nodded "We will see you are escorted through the city to make sure you do not get lost. The people here may too be a little unnerved by your presence as well though we know Alatariel is originally from our midst"

Torvil nodded and stood. "Much has changed..." He said softly.

"That it has, I'll make sure the messenger escorts you through so you don't get lost. " he said with a nod

Torvil bowed. "Tis an honor to be here, and serve..." He knelt before Danyen.

Danyen nodded and waved the 4 towards the door

Torvil got up and bowed his head. "As you command..." He turned on his heel and headed out.

Torvin shook his head/

Ala shrugged "Till next time you are in Kazeha Danyen" she said getting up with her son's blanket and following after her mate. Danyen followed behind and spoke to a messenger at the door then closed the door again once they had left

Torvin moved close to his mom and whispered in her ear. "Dad blood oathed to Danyen..."

Ala nodded "Would explain his odd behavior towards Danyen" she mused softly

Torvin nodded and sighed softly. "Yeah..."

Torvil seemed obvious to it.

The messenger led them out of the building, she peered curiously at the 4 of them

Surion played contently with his father's shirt

Torvil smiled at Surion. "We're Dragons too..." He told the Messenger, not bothering to see she was staring he knew.

Torvin chuckled softly.

The messenger nodded without a word

Ala looked at her son as they followed Torvil and Surion "No clue how I wound up here" she mumbled

"Dad said you direct jumped..." He said softly

"I have never used the nether without him before, so like I said I do not know how I did it" Ala sighed and held her son's blanket

"Dad said it was a fluke..." Torvin muttered.

Ala nodded and went silent

It didn't take too long before the massive gates were before them

Torvil smiled. "Nice as this place is, I'll be glad to be gone..."

Ala nodded and headed out the gates as they were opened for them

Torvil headed out and hugged Surion close.

Ala sighed and looked around her after they left, she didn't recognize anything about her surroundings

Torvil pulled her close and walked them a bit. "Everybody together..."

Ala unfolded the blanket and moved closer to Torvil ready to put it over her Son's head

Torvil nodded and Torvin touched both his mother and father eyes shut.

Ala put the blanket over Surion and closed her own eyes

Torvil jumped them to Other side

Ala sighed feeling the jump

Torvil jumped them back home again after a minimal wait.

Ala opened her eyes and took the blanket off the head of her son who was trying to dislodge it

Torvil smiled at his wife and nuzzled her. Torvin broke away and sighed. "I should be getting home... I visit tomorrow..."

"Ok son" she said with a nod

Torvin gave her a hug. "Love you mom..."

"Love you too Torvin" she said returning his hug

Torvin sighed and let her go. "Maybe I can convince Kimi to stay over for a few days..."

Ala nodded "Ok son"

"I'm trying to be better to you mom..." He sighed and touched her cheek. "I'm so sorry about before..."

"You're forgiven son." Ala said softly reaching up and taking his hand and giving it a gentle squeeze

Torvin smiled weakly. "You don't know how much those words make me feel so much better, but at the same so much worse..."

Ala sighed softly "Whatever you need to feel Torvin"

Torvin hugged her. "I should never have made it so you needed to forgive me..."

Ala hugged him softly patting his back

Torvin smiled weakly. "I missed you mom..." He hugged her close.

"Have missed you and your sister too" Ala replied

Torvin nodded. "I'll be back morrow..." He said softly pulling away slowly.

Ala nodded "All right" she said softly letting him go

Torvin kissed her forehead and headed out of the house. "I'll be back!"

Torvil waved at his son.

Ala watched him leave then turned to her husband

Torvil smiled at her. "Want to hold Surion?" He offered her son to him.

"Ok" she said and took their son from him and gave him his blanket

Torvil smiled and brushed his hair. "So uh... You feeling okay?"

"Physically I'm fine, mentally I'm getting better" she said with a sigh

Torvil nodded slowly, and moved over checking her out. "What's the last thing you remember before you left?"

"Uh hearing the knock on the door, closing my eyes, and uhm..... wishing I was in the hidden city" she mumbled the last part of her sentence

Torvil walked over and hugged her. "Well you got your wish..."

"Seems to have been" she said with a sigh

Torvil pulled her close and nuzzled her ear. "I'm just glad you're okay."

Ala shifted Surion on her hip as Torvil hugged her "I am, Nothing seems to be wrong"

Torvil nodded. "You were lucky..." He murmured. "The two of you could have died..."

"Not like I tried to do it Torvil, just... happened" she mumbled

Torvil shook his head. "I know love... I know..." He hugged her close. "You got lucky... I think that's why..."

"I don't have a clue 'why' I'm not someone who knows the use of the nether" she mumbled again

"You wanted to leave, so you did... The fastest way you knew..." He said softly.

"I didn't want to deal with company right then" she said with a sigh

Torvil pulled her close. "Sorry love..."

"Forgiven, you didn't know you had just woke up when he arrived" she replied

Torvil nodded slowly and kissed her ear. "Lets go relax..."

"Ok" she said with a nod still thinking about what had happened that day

Torvil smiled and pulled her closer, moving towards their room.

Ala shifted Surion on her hip and walked with him

Torvil sat down on the bed. "Sur-cuddles or no?"

"I imagine he might like some cuddles too" Ala said

Torvil nodded and kicked off his shoes, rolling onto the bed. "Come here you two..."

Ala handed her son to Torvil then joined them

Torvil smiled and nuzzled his son before putting Surion between them.

Ala watched him she was still trying to figure it out, though she didn't know how it had happened, and Torvil didn't seem to have much better of an idea

Torvil traced her face. "Lets see... The nether is still here..." He said softly. "Can't you feel it.. a slight tingle?"

Ala nodded slowly she hadn't even noticed it before used to her own tingles and the feeling of the tingle from his damper to the point where she basically ignored it

Torvil smiled. "I'll have to start teaching you... I probably should have once I exposed you to it..."

"Guess you never felt it was needed since you took me everywhere" Ala mused

Torvil nodded. "But yeah... You need to learn how to control it now... or yeah..." He said softly.

"I don't even know how I got to it the first time" she mumbled looking at her hands

"Well you did..." He said softly. "And that's what matters."

Ala nodded "Still with I knew, I certainly wasn't trying to..." she sighed

Torvil hugged her softly. "I know love... I know..."

Ala reached over and lifted the picture back up that she had laid down the night before

Torvil smiled softly. "I was sad to see you had put it down..."

"I was upset, didn't want to see it right then..." she mumbled

Torvil hugged her. "I know..."

Ala smiled weakly so much had happened in the previous 48 hours one of which seemed to be major for her mate to have chased after her but she didn't understand it, that was something she didn't like the feeling of

Torvil brushed her hair. "Your lessons start tomorrow..." He said softly. "But I'll talk to Asy about them too..."

Ala nodded "Wish I understood this cause right now I don't" she sighed

"What is it that you don't understand..." He said softly. "I'll see what I can do..."

"How did I get tot eh nether, how is it 'still here', how the heck did I wind up in the city, etcetera etcetera"

"You accessed it the way I do... You direct jumped, and it takes awhile for it to vanish."

"That doesn't really tell me how I accessed it, it's not like I had training to do that..." Ala sighed

Torvil touched her hair. "You just could..." He said softly. "Anyone could..."

Ala looked at him much as she knew he was trying to answer her confusion he was barely scratching it's surface

Torvil sighed and Sat up. "Your wish was to be to where you home used to be... So you reached out, entered the nether and came out the other side...."

"but don't I have to be consciously knowing I'm trying to reach it?"

Torvil shook his head. "You wanted to be there..." He said softly. "So you just did it..."

Ala sighed "I give up, that just makes no sense to me"

Torvil moved over to her and lay on her non Surion side. "Here..." He moved his forehead near hers.

Ala watched him and didn't move as he cam closer to her

Torvil lay his gem on hers and sent her the memories of all of Asy's lessons.

Ala closed her eyes as he sent the memories to her

Torvil slowly pulled away. "Does that help any?"

"A lil I guess... just not used to that idea I suppose... " she looked at him

Torvil nodded. "Just let it sink in... everything he taught me is now in you..."

Ala nodded and watched him quietly

Dear Diary

Oh... My... How I did that I will never understand one minute Surion and I are laying and cuddling next we are standing in the middle of a city 've never been in before. I could tell by looking they were Kerrsalian... the most Kerrsalian I've ever seen in my entire life! Surion was safe though that was the important part. I met some of hte Wisen council they wanted to know how I did it. It was odd though to see Torvil and Torvin burst intot he room looking in a frenzy...

Dear Journal,

Well here's what I know:

1. Ala can use the Nether
2. Ala used the Nethere to take her and Surion to the Hidden Kerrsal city
3. I just about had a heart attack right then and there... More cardio for me...
4. Torvin can write poems...
5. Kerrsalian's probably dont' like me...
6. I'm going to have to go back there one day, if Danyen calls for me...
7. I need to stop making rash actions
8. I need to talk to Asy.

What I don't know, is how Ala knew how to use the Nether, which is why I need to talk to Asy. Second... I need to learn not to make blood bindings I don't expect to keep...

Asmodeus and the Trip to the Hidden City

Torvil returned from Kazeha, having dragged Asy back with him. It had taken a lot of dragging.

Ala waited for her mate and his cargo in their living room, she was currently feeding Surion everything that had happened recently was very much on her mind

Asy smiled at her as he entered the room. "Apprentice and sister..." He smiled, hugging her.

"Hello Asmodeus" she greeted him returning the hug around her son

Asy smiled. "And hello small one... How are you?" He chuckled knowing the child couldn't talk yet.

Surion broke away from his mother to look up at the man "Aahhhppppffttt"

Asy chuckled and smiled. "Well that's good to hear..."

Torvil smiled and chuckled.

"Least I'm getting him to not bite me while he eats, those teeth of his are SHARP" she said knowing a couple more had started to erupt from teh gums in the previous day or so

Torvil chuckled softly.

Asy nodded. "I would hope not..." He smiled.

Ala laughed sitting Surion in her lap "So I see Torvil managed to detach you from Dia"

"Dia was in training, and I was kinda asleep..." Asy admitted.

Torvil chuckled. "He left a trail an inch thick in the wood..."

Ala laughed loudly hearing this

Torvil chuckled and nodded. "Yeah..."

Asy looked away, blushing.

"Anyways, I'm guessing by what you said Torvil has told you what's been going on lately" she mused

Asy nodded. "It's been a long time since one of our brothers or sister's has visited us..." He mused

Ala raised a brow "Say want?"

Asy chuckled. "The Kerrsal are related to us necromancers... Few know so, but we have a common ancestor"

"Interesting concept" Ala mused motioning her husband to take Surion who was reaching towards him

Torvil smiled and took Surion, doting on the child shamelessly.

Asy chuckled.

Ala got up "guess that's what Danyen meant by the nether not having been used in so long"

Asy nodded. "A shame, your people are great at the art..."

"I wouldn't really know, I know very few Kerrsalians and don't know a lot about the past of them" Ala mused

Asy nodded. "Well you shall learn... Shall we go... All around me..." He said motioning.

Ala nodded and moved closer to Asmodeus handing Torvil Surion's blanket

Torvil put the blanket over Surion's head, putting a had on Asy.

Ala copied her mate

Torvil kept his eyes open, and Asy looked to Ala. "Open or closed, it's up to you now..."

Ala nodded and just watched him

Asy shifted them straight to the Wisen Chambers.

Ala looked around the empty room and raised a brow looking back at Asy "Why are we here"

"Checking to see if the Elder ones are in... I already have a lock on the one Torvil blood oathed..."

"The Wisen Danyen?" Ala asked

Asy nodded. "Yes..." With that, he jumped tem to Danyen's location."

Danyen looked up from what he was working on, he blinked "What the..." he spied Ala and Torvil "I thought we told you we wanted to avoid this"

Asy chuckled. "They didn't make this choice Brother..." He smiled.

Danyen straightened his legs as he had been sitting and floated around the desk towards the group staring at Asy "And why would you call me that" he asked suspiciously

"May Lady Kalika's embrace shelter you, and may Lord Krishak guide your hand..." Asy said, making a low bow with both hands clasped at his chest.

Danyen stopped moving hearing Asy's words it was a line he had not heard since he was a child many many years before 'And to what end do you know the Lady Kalika goddess of the waters of knowledge and the Kerrsalian people' he said in pure Kerrsalian more of a test then anything

'Because she was the bride of my god, Lord Krishak, though few know it such...' Asy shot back in a very old dialect.

"Very interesting" Danyen said watching him then looking between Ala and Torvil

Torvil just shrugged, not having under stood a word. He held Surion though.

Ala just stared back

Danyen looked back to Asy 'I don't believe I caught your name'

'Asmodeus...' He said in Kerrsalian, it sounding a lot different. 'Asmodeus Grims, Department head of Troublesome Spirits, teir two..."

'I am Danyen Domin Kerrsalian Wisen... And what can I do for you Asmodeus Grims' he asked floating only a few feet away

'You can start by telling me why you no longer enter the nether...' He said slowly.

Ala moved around Asy to stand with Torvil

Danyen was silent for a time 'No Kerrsalian has used the Nether besides Alatariel Rakamash since the time of the Great City's falling' he spoke only in Kerrsalian

'But why... I know of the Liches... we dealt with many of them...' He made a hissing noise. 'They blasphemed...'

'Many years of staying out of the public eye. Staying hidden and unfound by the Liches' he said

Asy sighed. 'They are gone save one... Her plantar went undestroyed...'

"That's buried out of the accessibility of anyone besides my mate" Ala mumbled

Danyen looked towards Ala, he knew she was a child of the Liches but not that she had that item

Asy looked to her. "Then all is well..." He said softly.

"Locked up and buried deep in the earth under my shop" she said fidgeting with her white hair

Asy chuckled. "We shall leave her there, she can cause no harm..."

"She was... my mother" her expression grew angry when she told him this

Asy nodded slowly. "I see..." He mused. "I'm sorry if I offended..."

"No you didn't, I just.... don't care for her" she said quietly

Asy nodded. "I see..." He tapped his chin. 'Why do you know know of Krishak?'

Danyen looked back to Asy 'He is in several ancient scrolls, and a Wisen is required to read said scrolls in their training'

Asy nodded. 'He is your goddess' husband...' He murmured. 'Death and fire...'

'Mmhmm That he is' Danyen replied

'Yet I'm sure the normal populace knows nothing of him...'

'Perhaps not, we have closed ourselves from almost all of thee Gaian world. The only current exception being the village we founded many years ago' Danyen said

Asy nodded. 'Kazeha...' He said with a slight grin.

'Aye Kazeha' he said slightly raising a brow

'I live there now...' He chuckled.

'Very interesting, I'll have to make sure the other Wisens know' He said

Asy chuckled. 'Feel free...'

Danyen nodded 'Anything else I can do for you?'

'Not particularly..."

'Then do you mind if I get back to my tasks' he said already heading for his desk

Asy nodded and gathered the others up, Torvil already blanketing Surion.

Ala turned back towards Asy touching his sleeve

Asy jumped them to the main square of the hidden city, feeling in a playful mood. He tossed back the cowl of the black silk robe Dia had made him, exposing his long notched and pointed ears.

Many of the public stopped and stared at the group that appeared a couple took off running

Ala just stared at the ground noticing where Asy had taken them this time

Asy smiled, and looked about. 'Fear us not!' he shouted at the top of his lungs.

Torvil cringed and nudged him in the ribs.

It didn't take more then a few moments for them to be surrounded by a squadron of Kerrsalian warriors all in a defensive stance

Asy shook his head. 'Lady Kalika's embrace shelter you, and may Lord Krishak guide your hand...' He said in his aged dialect, knowing he could jump them before anything bad happened.

every single warrior around them had their hands together under their sleeves and every one of them watched the group with shifted eyes as they appeared to be waiting

Asy shook his head. and smirked. 'I bet... Ten water crystals that I can incapacitate the lot of you before one of you even lays a hand on me...' He said, counting the guards, seeing about twelve. 'No sweat...' He smirked, separating from Torvil.

Torvil nearly smacked him over the head with his own hand.

The warriors said nothing, nor did they move.

The crowd separated as a smaller group of people moved towards the circle the warriors had made. it was about 6 men and women all clothed like Danyen

Asy chuckled and smirked, looking at the Wisens. 'Hail!' His dialect must have sounded very formal to them.

None of them looked happy to be dealing with this and none were from the group who spoke to Ala and Torvil the day before as they floated into the circle and spread out a bit 'Who are you that appears in the center of this city'

'Asmodeus Grims, Head of the Troublesome spirits division tier two... Pain in the a** extraordinaire...' He chuckled. 'You must forgive my behavior, My friend pulled me out of bed this morning and embarrassed me... So I am likewise returning the favor... in a different way...'

'Appearing in the center of this city is not considered an embarrassment in our eyes. We however are a very quiet kept to ourselves group of people and also very protective. Hence the many charms placed on this city' one of the Wisens replied

'Yes, thank you for those, they're rather fun to navigate...' He chuckled weakly. 'I do apologize...' He bowed. 'I was out of line, but only because I was upset...'

'Your anger should be taken out on appropriate venues, we did not cause this anger it should not be taken out here' he replied

Asy shook his head. 'I did not mean to scare you, though you should know all the Liches are gone... You are free to be unhidden... please... Return to traveling the nether brothers and sisters... your kin miss you dearly...'

'We are not free to be unhidden, while the presence of the Liches are gone our people have other enemies' Another Wisen spoke

'At least return to the nether, talk with us again...' He murmured. 'Elder Grims worries that soon our people will have nothing more to share...'

'We will consider it at our next council meeting' Was his reply

'Then the three of us shall be leaving...' He bowed to the warriors. 'The wager still stands...' He smirked.

Ala sighed just wanting out of there

Asy bowed the them all and jumped the four out of there, back to their home.

Torvil bopped him hard when they landed. "You a**!"

Ala turned away from Asmodeus and left the room without a word

Torvil left with her, carrying Surion.

Asy shook his head and jumped out of the house, back to Kazeha.

Ala wandered into the kitchen rather annoyed as she started rooting through the fridge

Torvil sighed. "Sorry love, shoulda know he'd cause trouble..." he sighed. "My fault..."

"Danyen made it clear that we had been told not to do that." she grumbled pulling out some meat

"I'm sorry love, I did not think he would do it that way, I told him a good distance from the city..." He growled, but softly, holding Surion softly.

Ala nodded dropping the meat on the counter and ripping it open. She washed up and walked towards him "You cook it love I am going to change Surion" she said reaching to take him

Torvil handed Surion to her and tossed the meat roughly in the skillet, letting his anger out on it, pretending it was Asy's face.

Ala took Surion heading for his room

"Mmmmmma" Surion pulled at her white hair

Torvil finally tossed the meat on a plate, most of his aggression taken out.

Ala returned calmer and playing with Surion who was giggling in her arms

Torvil smiled softly at her and sat down, pushing the plate to Ala first, too lazy to cut it.

Ala put Surion in his swing and wound it up before taking a seat and starting to eat

Torvil let out a sigh. "Okay, so that's the last time I take /him/ anywhere..."

"We didn't take him anywhere, he took us... You told him what happened a few days back didn't you" she said between bites

Torvil nodded slowly. "Yeah... to the letter, everything they said..."

"No I mean about what I wound up doing...." she said mumbling

Torvil nodded. "Yes, I told him..."

"What did he say about it?" she asked

"That it was bound to happen since I exposed you to the nether

Ala nodded and went silent

Torvil started to hum to lighten the mood, a happy dragon tune.

Ala smiled softly and pushed the rest of the meat towards him

Torvil smiled and ate, leaving her to pick up the tune if she wished, to make up as she went along if she felt like it.

Ala smiled and hummed softly looking over to her son who was falling asleep

Torvil smiled and finished off the meat. "Shall we put him to bed?" He asked softly. Humming with her now.

"If you want love, he's been fed and changed for the night" Ala said softly

Torvil nodded and moved to get his son out of the swing.

Ala watched him noticing her son had gotten larger over the last while

Torvil smiled softly. "He's getting heavier..." He chuckled weakly.

"He's getting older" Ala chuckled

Torvil laughed softly. "That too..." He brushed his slumbering son's cheek.

Ala chuckled "Yup, soon move his crib back to his room"

Torvil nodded. "Do that tonight?" He mused.

"If you want to love" Ala said with a nod

Torvil smiled and headed for their room with Surion, intent to move the crib and him at the same time.

Ala followed after him

Torvil put Surion in his crib and then picked that up, heading for the nursery.

"Need any help love?" she asked watching him

Torvil shook his head. "Just make sure my path is clear..."

"Should be" she went down the hall and double checked

Torvil nodded and quick paced the the nursery.

Ala waited off to one side watching him enter the room smiling

Torvil softly put the crib down where it belonged and smiled. "You just make noise little man... Daddy or mommy will hear you and come..."

Ala smiled and left the room "He's getting to be so grown up" she said softly

Torvil chuckled. "Nothing compared to the twins..."

"Definitely, considering we are grandparent more times over then I want to count " Ala mused leaning against the wall in the hall

Torvil nodded and hugged her as he walked by, pulling her with him. "Yeah..."

Ala wrapped her arms around him looking up at him purring softly

Torvil smiled and walked with her to their bedroom.

Dear Diary

I am sooo ticked off. I can't believe he did that! Especially after Torvil told him what happened and what hte Wisen's said to us. Granted I learned a couple new things it wasn't an excuse to do what he did. I dont think I'll ever let Asmodeus jump me somewhere EVER again! GRRR ok diary I need to go vent.....

Dear Journal,

If Asmodeus were not my teacher, and was not bonded to Ala's friend, I swear to Visha I'd have decked him then and there... That SOB! He needs to learn where the line is. Here on this side of the Nether he cannot expect people to roll over for him. On Other side I could see why... But here no... Hell no! He will learn, if I have to beat him to make him learn it...
