Not even hesitating to do what was asked of him, Neko brought up the blade in his hand and plunged it deep within Suto’s heart. The scientist’s body gave a jolt and a shutter before it went limp again. Retracting his blade Neko pressed an ear to his chest, there was no heartbeat. Satisfied that he was finished Neko went about doing one last thing to quench his thirst for revenge. Bringing up his blade he carved away at Suto’s lips, peeling them away like a banana peel. “Not that it really matters now,” Neko said as he gingerly stood from his task throwing the bits of flesh to the side. “But his smile was ******** annoying.”
Making his way to Yuki he knelt down to look at the wound in his stomach. “Let me see it.” Aiming to brush his hands away, Neko examined the wound and seemed to be a little relieved at what he found. “Its, not too bad. It’s deep but not fatal. It still needs to be stitched up.” Looking around for a moment trying to figure out what they could use Neko looked down and saw the needle Suto had used still in his thigh. Drawing it from his leg he held it up and looked at it for a moment. It wasn’t exactly clean but it would work. Not sure where Suto had gotten the thread from Neko did the next best thing and took hold of the top knot of the stitches in his own wound and slowly drew the string out of his chest. It wasn’t like he really needed it, the wound was already holding itself together.
Now that he had the tools he looked back at Yuki. “Sit, I’m going to make this quick. I want to get the ******** out of here.”

Neko's examination brought relief to Yuki, and he gave a heavy sigh. Didn't seem to be a good idea after the fact, it made him feel sick again. "G-good to hear... I thought..." He trailed off, and simply stepped slowly toward the stool that Suto had previously been seated in. It was likely a good thing that he had closed his eyes against discomfort... It probably would have disgusted him to see what Neko had done. "Don't have to tell me twice." He imagined that the pain in his stomach couldn't get much worse, but he was about to find out.

Neko took little time stitching Yuki back up and it wasn’t exactly the neat with his shaky hands. It would do the job well enough though as he tied off the end of the stitching and stood to his feet again quickly grabbing hold of Yuki to regain his balance. Pressing a hand to his aching chest Neko stepped away from Yuki and made his way to the door. Far be it for him to stay in this god forsaken place any longer than he had to. He had seen his insides enough for a lifetime. “God I just want to get out of here…” Neko stopped by the door and waited for Yuki. He would let him lead them out.

Yuki did his best to grit his teeth and bare the pain, but when Neko decided it would be a good idea to brace himself on him as he stood, Yuki gave a loud groan in protest. One was always painfully reminded just how often you used a certain group of muscles when they were damaged, and Yuki had tensed in order to compensate for Neko's added weight. "Thank you." He hissed, not clear on if it were actual praise for his help or sarcasm for hurting him. Getting to his feet as Neko stepped away, he held one arm over his stomach and made his way to the door. "We have to hurry, it's this way." He instructed, making his way toward their escape as quickly as they could manage.

Neko followed Yuki through the series of hallways until they were back at the door they had entered to get back into this place. It was a relief that they didn’t run into anyone but Neko wasn’t sure how much longer that would last. They needed to get out quickly. He waited for Yuki to unlock the door and followed him inside but paused as he looked around. “Where is Hitsu?” It didn’t look like she was there. Had she been captured again?

Yuki had taken three steps outside the door, leaving Neko to close it behind them. He stopped dead in his tracks, looking around them franticly for a moment. Neko's question brought only a shake of his head, but it seemed to make him worse. "N-no... No..." He was in a panic, his body aching as he rushed farther on, but he did his very best to ignore it. "I left her right there!" God, running hurt, but the need to suddenly stop in order to keep from colliding with his sister hurt even more. She had moved farther up the tunnel, instead of waiting beside the door.
"What happened to you!?" She cried, looking from her brother to Neko with an expression of horror. They were covered in blood, and the large lacerations on Neko's torso assured her that she really didn't want to hear an answer from him. She looked to her brother's stomach, to his stitches. Or, what of them she could see past where he'd placed his hand.
"God... Dammit!" Yuki gasped, painfully trying to catch his breath. "Do you have... (Gasp) Any idea... (Groan) How much that scared me!?"
If he could yell at her, apparently he was fine. At least, that was the idea she gave. "You threw me out the door and slammed it in my face! Do you have any idea how much that scared me? I didn't know if you'd be coming back out!"
"I wasn't going to risk losing you! Not when I'd just gotten you back!" Yuki shouted, "Stop wandering off!"
"Don't you think I felt the same way!?" Hitsu snapped back. Then, she fell silent, and wheeled around to stand with her back to them as she fought the urge to cry. Did he honestly think he would be the only one that would worry?

Neko had rushed after Yuki in search of Hitsu and when they found her a glorious feeling of relief washed over him. It was the best feeling he had felt in a long while. Lost in her face the siblings squabble didn’t even reach his ears as he moved forward. When Hitsu turned to look away from Yuki, Neko took hold of her arm to turn her back around. Cupping her face in his hands he was lost in her eyes for a moment. He didn’t think he would be able to see those beautiful eyes again. Leaning down Neko rested his forehead against hers for a short moment, “Thank god…you’re alive.” And before she could speak he pressed his lips against hers in a kiss.

She had turned, and Yuki frowned. Not in anger, but because he had shouted at her. They were free, escaped with their lives, and he was shouting at her. He took a step toward her, "I'm sorry, I-" Neko beat him to her, and Yuki stood and stared. For a minute, he backed off. He knew how Neko felt about his sister, as much as he didn't like it. It was only right to let him reunite with her, or at least it seemed like a good idea until Neko kissed her.
Hitsu had turned to face Neko when he'd grasped her arm, jerking it away and apparently thinking that her brother was trying to argue further. She'd opened her mouth to speak, but quickly closed it again when she realized her mistake. It was as though Neko had melted her anger away, she just barely managed a smile and a blush in response to his actions and words before he'd kissed her. Initially, her eyes grew wide. Then, well, she closed them, and seemed to be returning the affection.
You have got to be kidding me... Right in front of me? And she's not even pushing him away? Yuki was slack-jawed, and there was a few seconds' delay before he reached out for Neko's shoulder. "Okay, that's enough."

Breaking the kiss when Yuki touched his shoulder, Neko smiled down at Hitsu her face still cupped in his hands. Finally releasing her he took a step back a victorious grin on his face. He knew Yuki would be angry but he didn’t care at this point, he was just so relieved to see her. “Well, it hasn’t been such a bad day after all.” It seemed the kiss had momentarily made Neko forget where they were and what had happened. Right now his head was soaring high in the clouds, but that could have also been a side effect of the blood loss.

Blushing furiously, Hitsu chuckled softly when Neko had pulled away. What was that all about? She brushed it off as excessive emotion at being reunited with the two she'd never thought she'd see again, and sidestepped slowly to look at her brother, giving him a look of apology.
He frowned, and to say he pouted wouldn't have been far from the mark. "I see how it is... No love for the guy who nearly killed himself busting you both out?"

Turning to face Yuki a familiar mischievous grin crossed Neko’s face. “What you want a kiss too? Well, I’m feeling generous.” Neko took a threatening step toward Yuki as if he might actually fulfill his promise and plant a big kiss on his fellow feline. Apparently he was feeling better, at least for the moment.

Yuki's eyes grew wide, and he suddenly looked worried. "No, NO!" He shouted, taking a couple of quick steps backward when Neko moved toward him. "That's not what I meant, and you know it!"
Hitsu laughed.

“Fine, fine,” Neko stopped holding up his hands defensively. “I was just trying to show you some appreciation. But if you don’t want my love.” Neko gave a short fake pout but it didn’t last long before he chuckled. “Come on, let’s get the hell out of here.” Heading for the exit, Neko peeked out to make sure the coast was clear. When he saw that there was no one outside he stood back and waited for Hitsu to go first.

Rolling his eyes, Yuki gave a short laugh. "I figure you kissed my sister enough for the both of us, anyway." Apparently, he was gong to let it slide this time. As Neko stepped toward the end of the tunnel, Yuki approached Hitsu and swung an arm over her shoulder in a one-armed hug, tugging her against him and planting a kiss on the top of her head. "So long as we're all together again, I'm as ready as you are."
All together again? It wasn't until then that Hitsu's smile faded. She stopped, pulling against Yuki's grasp. He'd quickly released her, looking at her with concern. "Wait! Where's Mitsu?"

Where’s Mitsu? Neko ran that question over in his mind. Before he had been sure that he wanted nothing more to do with Mitsu. Her betrayal was not only unexpected but it had completely crushed any kind of faith and trust Neko had put in her. But after what Neko had just gone through it was really no wonder Mitsu was too afraid to go against Suto’s word, he wouldn’t wish that kind of treatment on anyone. Well, at least anyone except Suto. Turning toward Hitsu Neko was torn on what to say to her. A small part of him wanted to go back and get the wolf girl but it by no means over righted Neko wanting to get the people he had already secured the hell out of here.
“She’s not coming with us.” He said flatly knowing that Hitsu wasn’t going to like that answer. It was hard for him to say but he wasn’t going to risk their lives to go back and get her. He had been certain he had lost his family today and finding that they were still alive was the greatest feeling in the world to him. He was not going to risk loosing them again. “Now move.” Neko tried to sound stern but his voice wavered a little as he stood back waiting for Hitsu to exit.
