The next day at school, Klea reaches his first class and sits to wait for Sapphire and Kei (and possibly the insane Natasha). His knees in front of him, he contemplates possible strategies to get them to tell him more about Kira. Such avid supporters of Kira, having tried to give him a false sense of security upon "accepting" his apology were somehow suspicious. But still, no direct evidence pointed to either one of them being Kira.
Still, Klea wanted to take precaution. If he were caught off guard by something they did, or tried to do, it could possibly mean his end. He had one layer of protection, a strong layer, but easily permeable if approached right. His hand coursed the creases of his feet once more as he thought of a possible offense Sapphire and Kei would take against him.

Kei arrives to school very early in the morning and sits on top of her desk, her legs swinging in between the desk's legs, waiting for Sapphire. Kei sees Sapphire and she gets off her desk and smiles evilly.
"Here is what I came up with: I think I should "hit" on him, when he is in class with us, and while out of class, you can. Even though we hate him, we can still "try" to be friends and try to regain his trust, that way we can make him clueless. That way, we can have some fun," Kei says in a whisper.

When Kei told Sapphire her plan, she giggled and agreed. When the teacher came in, everyone went to their seats.
"I wonder where Jinkai is.", Sapphire said to herself, looking at the seat where Jinkai once sat.

As the teacher walks in, noticing that half of the class is still missing. The teacher goes to the board and writes: "History of the Death Penalty." The teacher looks around and waits for a few seconds, and takes a deep, looks around and begins.
"As we know that the Death Penalty has been in the all over the world, ever since the beginning of time, even though it may have rational exploitations, but does the person or persons have a right to a second chance of life? If so, what right or rights does that person or persons have? According to one view is that the people who are in jail did a crime and should be punished, but some people in jail are not convicted criminals, so this raises one question, and I know all of you have an opinion on this, is Kira, doing a favor?" the teacher says looking directly at Klea. "I know this is may seem more of a discussion then history, but I figured we talk about the current events before we get into the lesson," the teacher says, sitting back down.
A few minutes pass, and the teacher stands up again and goes back to the board, and writes: "Eighteenth Century B.C.E., King Hammaurabi." The teacher turns and faces the class, "This is believed to be the first written establishment of laws about the Death Penalty, and I want to have a civil discussion of this, and not like we had a few days ago," the teacher added.
Kei looks at Sapphire, then to Klea, Kei winks at Klea, smiling but blushes.

Barely noticing Kei winking upon the teacher making a remark about yesterday's discussion, Klea couldn't really understand this gesture. She, having obviously supported Sapphire in the discussion the day before, seemed too forgiving about yesterday's arguments.
She's obviously a friend of Sapphire's, I always see those two around each other. Something is wrong with her behavior. But why are the two acting blissfully forgetful of yesterday's situation? An apology never fixes everything, there's always a bit of hesitation afterwards. It seems I'll have to begin a two-front war with each of them. I guess that just means I'll have to double-check my methods for any flaws.
Paying attention, once more, to the world outside his thought-clouded mind, Klea simply decided to remain silent during the course of this discussion. If he expressed his views, he'd have to go through another ordeal like the one the day before. As well, it would make the apologetic disguise he'd put on the day before useless. And if the teacher asked him why he wasn't participating in the discussion, he'd simply tell him that yesterday's discussion was a bit too much, no one would question that.

As class began, Sapphire was drawing something while being deep in thought. She kept asking herself..'Why do I support Kira?'
'Kira avenged the death of my dad and for that I'm grateful. But it seems Klea actually doesn't really understand what he says and does. So much pain and famine has taken over this world by the hands of man. I know criminals have families, but people like Adolf Hitler, Osama bin Laden, and many others have harmed innocent people because of sadism and extreme beliefs. I think Kira is doing something that will help make world a better and safer place to live - a world without evil, sin, cruelty, and sorrow.'
When the teacher came by her desk, he asked her if she wanted to say something and she said yes. All things she thought about in her head came out of her mouth the same way as she thought. When she finished, she sat down continued drawing.

Kei keeps her stare at Klea. She continues to wink at him each time the teacher speaks. After a brief discussion, the class is out early. Kei whispers to Sapphire about part two.
Kei follows Klea, from a far distance, passes him as she and Sapphire go to their next class together. They sit outside in the courtyard, waiting for the next class to begin.
"He is confused, I can sense it," Kei said happily. "Once, we continue this, I do believe that he may start to figure something is between us, so we have to spread out our breaking of his brain," Kei continued.
Hearing something, makes Kei a little jumpy, so she stands up and looks around. Nothing.
"Remember, we need to break his brain, make him think that something is up, continue to mislead him, let him draw false conclusions, and when he thinks he has something, we change it up on him, so, you must use your Death Note, make some killings during the week, spread it during school, that way he has to rethink who Kira is," Kei says looking at Sapphire smiling.

Seeing Kei and Sapphire in the courtyard, Klea decides to start his own mind game on the two. Upon approaching the two, he sits down next to them.
"Greetings Sapphire and Kei. Hope you're glad to know I won't be taking part in any more Kira discussion in class after yesterday." he let out an obviously fake chuckle.
In a fake friendly tone, he continues, "You know...I'd like to play a game with you two. It's called, 'If I were Kira'. Basically one or two people say what they would do if the other was Kira."
A smirk crept across his face, "I'll start. Now, if I were Kira, what would you two do?"

*Comes outside and notice Klea, and Kei and Sapphire sitting. Natasha starts walking over to them and hops on Klea's lap and wraps her right arm around Klea's neck.*
"Hi Klea, Kei and Sapphire, hows it going?", said Natsha with a smile.

Kei starts to laugh hysterically at Klea's remarks.
"If you were Kira," Kei continues to laugh, but keeps going, "If you were Kira, you are too good of a guy to use a Death Note to kill off criminals, and why would a guy like you, such a sweet guy, innocent guy, want to do such thing anyways? If I remember correctly, you said that you prefer justice, and your view is that justice is kindness," Kei said.
Watches Natasha sit on Klea's lap, and she leaves them be, laughing.

"If you are were Kira?I don't think so. Like Kei said you're too nice and I can't really imagine you being Kira.", Sapphire says giggling as she turns on her mp3 player and walks off.

Kei turns back to Klea and stares at him.
"You will never be a Kira, and your game or scheme, it's not going to work, so I will stop it while you think you are ahead," Kei said coldly.
Kei follows Sapphire to her next class and sits down next to her to chat. While they are in the same room, she looks at Sapphire.
"What did you draw?" Kei asked. "I think we should step it up a notch or two, since Klea thinks he's all that," Kei said smirking continuing.

Sighing, Klea pushes Natasha's arm off from around him gently and slips out from underneath her. Standing in his slightly hunched stance with his hands in his pocket, he looked at her.
"Not only have you got to work more on personal space, but also on timing." he said, "If you don't hurry, you'll be late for class by the way. I'm not particularly sure of the fastest route there, but that's where I'm heading."
Finally, upon arriving in class, he takes a seat near Kei and Sapphire. Stroking the bottom of his foot gently, he talks silently to the two, "You know Kei and Sapphire, you never let me have a turn at the little game we had."
An sense of arrogance was present around him, but he kept his face as plain as it always had been, showing no emotion.
"If you two were Kira, or even knew Kira I would do two things. One, I would play this exact game with you so I could get a little message out while trying to make it appear a innocent little game. Of course, that's not to say that either of you two are Kira, for I could be playing this game also for fun or for practice when I meet the real Kira." he then continued, "Oh, and if either of you two were Kira or knew someone who was, I would let you know that if I were to die, it would simply point to three people. The third being that Light person I met the other day. My logic? Because Kira murders criminals and has no way of knowing my name or face unless he knew me personally, seeing as how my name hasn't been reported anywhere."
He stopped stroking the bottom of his foot and inquired, "It's been fun playing the game, hasn't it?"

*Watched Sapphire, Kei and Klea walk off to class. After a min Natasha ran to class, upon arriving at class she noticed Klea was chatting to Sapphire and Kei. A comment that Klea said earlier ran through her head, she shook her head and sat down.*
Natasha leans back in her chair and wounders whats going to happen today in class.

"Klea, I would never be Kira, because Kira wants to get rid of the criminals of the world, and if someone was on my tail constantly, I would whack them off as soon as I knew; yes, I know that sounds cruel of me, but that is how I like to make people around me, fear me," Kei said looking at him smiling.
The teacher walks in and goes to the board and begins to write a list.
" 1. Briefing and/or Discussions of Law and Order
2. Notes of 'What is Law vs. What is Order'
3. Examinations of History of Law and Order"
As the teacher finishes writing the assignments, the teacher leaves the class for a brief moment and Kei leaves, since she does not belong in the class right now; later that day, she is waiting outside in the courtyard, waiting for either Natasha or Sapphire, her handler of her Death Note.
