No. Not until the Captain says so. Every time a Chaser leads the ball, the Captains on both teams must announce the next move, and the chasers and beaters act accordingly. Right now, the third chaser (Serithia) is leading the ball, now the captains say what should happen next, after that, the remaining chasers try to score on the Keeper.
I think to make things easier, I'll start posting what position I'm playing...
Team B Captain:
Beaters, hold back.

Seekers, wait until both captains have made their posts. First seeker to post gets to try to catch the snitch first.
Beaters, if the captain calls on you to defend the snitch, post when your opposing seeker's turn comes up.
