Yukie's mouth dropped. "You....are..not...telling me...That I COULD HAVE BEEN IS A F***KING HOTSPRING!" She looked at the volcano and then the waterfall. Just move the lava under the water of the waterfall and we have ourselves a hotspring. She sighed tilting her head down. "..I could so use one right now."

"And since we changed the fields, we have made special equipment that measures the element and chakra level of jutsu. So each field offers a bonus of not using as much chakra as needed for a jutsu. The volcano area cuts fire jutsu costs in half. The waterfall and cliff area cuts lightning and earth jutsu costs in half. And finally, the forest cuts water and wind jutsu in half." He cleared his throat.
"Also, around each parameter there are infared beams that are in tune with the same frequency as your shock collars. If you are to hit one of these infared beams, your shock collar goes off and you lose. Any questions?"

However, the beams come to a cone or prism shape, meaning they come to a certain point with only minimal space between them coming together. So only one person could fit through there at a time." "Also." The second ANBU spoke up. "For you land based shinobi, there will be a certain area in the middle of the three fields that will allow three shinobi maximum to occupy at once. This gives you access to all elemental cost changes." He held up a diagram.

Yukie looked at the diagram. "So if we're in that area in the middle. I'll have my chakra cost reduced by half then." She looked closer. "So are we limited to specific areas and unable to leave?"

The first ANBU shook his head. "No, your chakra is not cut in half. The chakra cost is cut in half. It also pertains to which area you are in. If you are in the cliff area, and you use a fire jutsu, you would have to pay the full amount of chakra. But if you used an earth or lightning jutsu in the cliff area, the amount that jutsu costs would be cut in half."
The second ANBU began. "And no, the brackets will rotate meaning that each of you will be on each type of field, at least once. Or, never depending on how fast people are eliminated."

Kanna smiled and slipped down into Shukoshu's lap. "Nah. I was the one that forced him into it. Breaking in virgins can be fun sometimes you know... it's usuallly more fun when I do other things to them though. Soooo... I still have a shelter over there if you want to go and plan with me."
