I once met a goddess at an oasis in the middle of a desert.
She asked me "why do you like this oasis?"
I responded "it provides water for me to drink on my travels and to cool my body in the hot sun."
She said "would you give water to someone who needs it if you encountered them on your travels?"
I answered "yes, as I wish to help others."
She ended "what do you think people will remember more: the random stranger that gave them some water, or the oasis which provided them with everything they wanted?"
Random little thing I wrote for a story I'm planning. It stars a goddess who cannot die and the travels she embarks on.
Tell me whatcha think. >_>

It's not really a part of the story... It's more like a small preview/ending to each individual story or chapter. Like the general lesson, or something.
I met a goddess at the local park.
I asked her "why spend your time here?"
She answered "because I like watching the pigeons eat food and the children playing with each other and their parents."
I asked "but if you are a goddess, do you not have a place like Heaven, the ultimate paradise, to call home?"
She chuckled and asked back "have you ever seen a place like Heaven?"
I replied "no, because it is told that the only way to go to Heaven is by dying without sin."
She ended "well, everyone I see must be dead, then."
This one is a bit odd, but then again, the goddess character is VERY odd. She's on my first page, as my first OC. >_>

I found a goddess one day, looking over a grave.
I asked “whose grave is this?”
She told me “it is mine.”
I questioned “how can you have a grave when you are a goddess that can not die?”
She asked back “have you ever lost faith in someone?”
I responded “yes, and I rarely talk or see the person I’ve lost faith in.”
She ended “I die when people stop having faith in me, and I am already dead.”

A goddess came up to me and asked me "have you died before?"
I replied "no, for I am alive, and death would cause me to no longer be alive."
The goddess responded "I have died multiple times, and yet I still live."
I interjected with "for you are a higher being, and higher beings do not die."
The goddess replied once more: "everyone dies."
I asked "how?"
The goddess ended: "as soon as people forget your name and face, your life and deeds, you are no more than the dirt they walk upon."

I write what you want me to write, and every chapter is a new comic. I'll even give you a discount, doodette! Just, you know, make sure you have enough money for Sui and Rei to accept it if you want it colored and stuff. >_>
