Yes, hiss some more, I LOVE IT!
Hahaha, that is a great comic, I want more! More of the evil Apple, MORE!!!
I'm good at anything, self study or listening. Though I tend to retain the most listening if it's interesting, or writing if it's not. Reading aloud isn't as good for my memory, usually because I'm not often tested orally, that's my theory anyhow.
*huggles song again*...AHH it is after midnight I need to sleep!! I so hope I don't have work tomorrow!!!

...someone has an interesting fetish... Haha, I'll need to dig through all my crap and see if I have anymore anti-Apple stuff. XD My friend Rysk is vehemently against Apple, (like more than we are) so she showed me at least some of the stuff. I should ask her. I just suck at memorizing if reading aloud because I put too much concentration into not stumbling over my words, and not enough into listening to myself. XD;;

Uhhhhhhhh sweatdrop
hehehe, I'm just getting off on the Apple hate, I already mentioned on another thread that while the majority of my friends use PC, almost ALL of my close friends are brainwashed I mean Mac fans.
Mkay, yea, any anti-apple stuff is always amusing, heck just technology spoofs in general amuse me (if the Technology video I posted awhile ago was any indicator of that ^_~).
Reading aloud isn't my best method but it works ok. Generally I read aloud to try and get a better understanding of what I'm reading (usually when reading something like Milton or middle English texts, it's just easier to hear the "English" in the middle or pre-modern English when it's aloud) rather than for memorization purposes.

Haha, alright then, we can make a deal that if we ever find any anti-Apple stuff or technology spoofs, to post them in this guild for each other. XD Ah, now that is a bit more useful for reading aloud. Still doesn't do much for me though. I get told to read essays aloud to make sure they sound natural, and it only ends up messing me up more because I get confused as I stumble over words. I'm far better at thinking than speaking.

Haha, deal!
I'm better at thinking than speaking as well, and I probably don't get as much out of reading my own work aloud, maybe sometimes though, if something is really off. I understand more words than I can pronounce, if more of my major were oral I'd be in a spot of trouble ^_~.

I think I just think too fast compared to it coming out, so then I get confused and stumble over things. Like people who stutter often have that problem, and while I'm not that extreme, I mess up on talking more than other people it seems, and my words are definitely not as concise as my thoughts.

I think my words are concise but I tend to ramble, when I type/write I can see what I'm saying in front of me, and when it's just internal monologue I can edit faster because any stray thought can be cut before it comes to fruition. Whereas if I'm saying something aloud, I still need to finish it, generally people would be very confused if I talked in several half sentences ^_~.

True, but then again, I believe most people tend to think in chopped-up half sentences strewn about. XD That's why it would probably not be as great as people think to be able to read minds.

I really need to go to bed, darn power outage making me be up so late! I mean had I had power I woulda watched SN on TV at 9 and responded to threads at 10 and gone to bed at 11. Not go to bed at 10, get the power back at 10:30 and NEED to get up, watch SN at 10:45, and start responding to threads at 11:30. *sigh*...this all sounds crazy but I swear it's not me, it's PG&E!!! (Pacific Gas and Electric company fyi, I guess the fact that Pacific is built into it completely guarantees that you'll not have suffered the knowledge of knowing this acronym - they are awful!!)
I dunno, I still think people could get embarrassing things I wouldn't want to share. They might not get very good detail, but still, I have some attractions that I'd really rather keep to myself. Some weird thoughts that are more just weird thoughts than actual plans/intentions/etc that I wouldn't want people making assumptions based off of. Chopped up messes could be interesting, and even more trouble than concise patterned thought.

*pokes your electric company* *watches as it twitches and fizzles out of control* Fail. D: True enough. But on the other hand, if I had mind reading abilities, I probably wouldn't do it very often, because it would just be crazy having to hear all those strewn messes all the time. XD;;

Ugh, it is SUCH fail!!! gonk
I wouldn't do it, but only because I wouldn't like the idea of someone reading my mind. Do unto others and all that jazz ^_~.

I know it's hypocritical and all, because I definitely wouldn't want people reading my mind, but I would be just too damn curious not to try it, you know?! XD;;

I understand, personally I've never been overwhelming curious about the thoughts of others to the point where I'd want to transgress boundaries, even if I could get away with it. It's always been more action than cognition that I'd be curious to invade. I want to know what people have done. I'd rather analyze behavior and try to understand how people think rather than just know what they think. I think I'd be more curious about reading into people's pasts/futures...to see what they did, what they will do, that might not exactly be for the public eye.

Haha, for me, it's more like... if I had *any* kind of power like that, I'd just be too curious how it works and what I can do with it not to use it. Doesn't matter if it read minds or actions or futures or pasts or whatever. I wouldn't use it for evil purposes though. >_>;;

No, and the curiosity would probably get to me too, just because I could. It's still the one power I don't have anyone to have. Illogically narcissistic of me I know, I'm really not that interesting, that much of a unique special snowflake. Nonetheless, I feel my head is not a place others should be uninvited. So I'd rather not have it and console myself with the notion that nobody has it. Because if I can read minds, what would the chances be that I was alone in doing so?
