"Quit complaining." He said quietly as he watched the tigers being destroyed, though her kunai now covered in ink. "Choujuu Giga." She would feel a tingling on her back as the wings would sprout to life and begin to flap, bringing Haru into the air. The four other birds her created flew out of the blob and flew at Haru, shrieking loudly.

(I'm assuming Haru does not have control over the wings, am I right?)

Haru was surprised to find herself suddenly aloft. She gathered the inky kunai and added more of her chakra to them. They flew at Genkei's creations even more rapidly than before. Though she couldn't hear Kanryu's comment, she did intend to get rid of the wings. Dendou Kuushou! Anything that touched her would be fried. The match was turning out to be a disappointment. It seemed that it would go on until one of them ran out of chakra. Stalemates were no fun at all. Back on the surface of the water, she rubbed at the drawings on her forehead, growling.

The kunai would run Genkei through, and Genkei would dissolve into the water in a pool of ink. The four birds that were heading at Haru immediately arched upward and flew to the fifth bird. The real Genkei pushed out of the blob and landed on the middle bird, watching Haru. With a kunai, Genkei pierced his left hand, feeling the blood dripping from his wrist now. Placing the kunai back in his pouch, he performed a string of hand signs. "Koukuun no Jutsu." It instantly began to rail oil, but for some reason, it did not smell like oil. As the substance would rain down upon Haru, she would feel as if the the substance was of lower density and more liquid-y than oil, almost like....ink. Ame no Sumi! The ink rain would also be splattering against the paper that was floating along the surface of the water. If one were to watch the paper, they would notice the ink droplets begin to take form as if being drawn there. There were numerous pieces of paper thanks to Genkei's kuchiyose. Genkei then formed one last hand sign. "Choujuu Giga." Immediately after the hand sign, a hundred large dragons would emerge from the pages, descending into the air, roaring and looking down at Haru.

The creatures from down below saw that Haru had sank, and were now coming after her. Large and smarter sharks were racing towards, slightly larger piranhas with razor sharp fangs swam at amazing speed towards her.

Meanwhile, Genkei was watching from the surface, his four other birds were circling the water in the sky like vultures waiting for a body to die in the desert. The dragons remained in the air, waiting for Genkei's command.

"There's a chemical agent in the water that is monitored by machines. And when the participant is not up to the challenge, by measure of the machines mind you (the determining dice roll), then the machine eats the chakra through the chemicals."

"My dear Raikage," Himo said with a chuckle. "Isn't it obvious? They lose their footing. Become distracted if you will and put too much or too little amounts of chakra on their feet and lose their footing."
