((Ok people, we really need to get going on this rp. I really want it to continue but it is hard when no one posts.. I am not pointing fingers, this is a group effort..))

Looking around the room Destiny sighed and sat down, rubbing her temples.

"I am so glad that you are all so full of ideas today.
Yuuki if you want to start scrying for anyone who might fit the bill for the leeches "magic maker" I think that would be a good place to start."

Smiling at her friend she knew that Yuuki would do her best and report back to her as soon as she found anything.

"Well conidering it is winter we could send the scientist and documents to Antartica since it is withing the circle of illumination giving them 24 hours of sunlight making it impossible for them to be hunted by the vampires. I am sure we can pull some strings with the U.S. government to get them on board the station down there." Rex proposed to Yuuki's suggestion about protecting the scientist. "We would only have to guard them till they get down there, giving us a much better chance of keeping them safe."

((No problem - I'll try to keep posting as quick as I can - I really don't want this RP to die!))

Yuuki stared at Destiny as she sat down. One could almost feel the seriousness of the matter at hand in the room. As leader of the hunters, Yuuki couldn't really imagine the current weight on her best friend's shoulders.

Yuuki nodded towards Destiny's request.

"I'll do my best. I can notify all of the hunter's around the city to start looking for the guy, and I can set up some wind magic that I think will help. I'll be sure to report back as soon as I've finished the spell." Yuuki stood up from the couch she was sitting on and nodded to the members of the room before she left. Quickly dropping off a piece of paper on Iana's lap with her address and a note that said to come find her when the meeting was over she left the conference room to head back to her apartment. Destiny was right, they needed a place to start, and they needed to start fast.

Destiny watched Yuuki leave the room and was glad that her best friend was so willing to help. Looking over at Rex she smiled.

"I think that is a great idea, we just need to be ready for when winter ends and the sun sets for a long while down there as well. I think it might buy us the time we need though to figure something out in reguards to everything else. Rex, can I count on you to try and set that up once we find the people capable of bring around doomsday? You know what the government thinks of me."
Walking around the room again she gathered up the pages of the diary in her arms and blocked out their energy from her mind.

"I am personally going to lock these up, and get ahold of the LHI branches around the states to get them seperated and safe."
After saying a quick good bye she walked out of the room with the pages and straight to a vault that held everything important to the survival of humans. Punching in her code Destiny spoke her password and scanned her eyes at the door, then a loud click opened the door. Placeing the pages in diffierent safes along the walls she locked each one seperatly. After all the pages were secure she closed the vault door and headed up the elevator back to the office building setting.

The walk home was not long but she kept up a good pace, not wanting to run into anything unpleasant right now.

Staying attentive while the others threw out suggestions, Iana was amazed at how readily they came up with sufficient plans. That's when she realized that they were all experienced. The three were leaders, and she felt like a complete outsider with no business being there. She merely listened only offering nods of approval and a furrowed brow or two when she was apprehensive of what was being said, otherwise she stayed out of things.

Iana was beginning to think that maybe her father was right. Then again she would never truly want to admit it, ever. Maybe this whole ordeal was too big for her to medal with, even in the least bit. Quickly her mind recovered from uncertainty when Yuuki dropped a note in her lap and left. She remembered how friendly and kind the second in command of the hunters had been. No, Iana couldn't back out now. She couldn't go and hide away like her father had always suggested. Now was her chance, she just wasn't sure what to do about it yet. Listen, the most she could do now was listen and dig through her mind for any ideas that would aid her new allies.

Twiddling her fingers nervously, Iana sat and waited for her cue to either do something or leave. She had a feeling that the unopened note that was now safely tucked away in her coat pocket would reveal her next plan of action, but she didn't want to read it until the meeting was over.

That seemed to approach quite quickly. Once Destiny left Iana assumed that was her cue to take leave as well. After running into the wrong hall here and there she eventually found her way out of the building. Exiting through the electronic sliding doors, Iana grabbed the note from her pocket and read as she walked towards her apartment building.

((I apologize for the lack of activity. I'm recovery from gal bladder removal. Fun stuff I assure you. I have been lacking creativity as of late. Again, sorry. I hope that everyone's holiday season is quite spiffy.))
((Edit: I'm slow. Oh well, I added a bit more so it would flow.))

"Well I am sure I can arrange some sort of deal with the government." Rex assured Destiny. "There are a few people that owe me a few favors, and sending some pieces of paper to Antartica to prevent a vampire invasion of New York will seem like a just cause."

As Tramer herd a series of knocks he quickly grasped a hold of one of his hand guns, switching off the safety with one quick motion Tramer approached the door, Tramer new of only one person that new the location of his layer, but Tramer was not one to take chances. Quickly opening the door Tramer looked down the sight of his gun to see Tim, Tramer lowered his gun and held out his free hand toward Tim, knowing well he would have a message for Tramer.

Tim smiled and held out the message from Constance. "Here."

Constance walked out into the street and looked up at the sky. Something was coming soon and the meeting would arrange the final plans for taking over. The pages, however. She knew that one of them was close by and someone from the council would tell her where it was. All he or she would know about would be the magical energy coming from it. She would take Tramer and they would snatch it together. She smiled. "Only one more day..." She whispered to herself.

Iana paused on her journey home to only turn the other way. Having read Yuuki's note she realized that she was being expected. She recognized the street name of the address she had been provided with and was now heading in that direction. about fifteen minutes passed before she reached the area Iana suspected the apartment to be in. After gazing at many building numbers, she finally found the one on the paper. Reaching the door, Iana knocked and waited for a response, nervously twiddling her fingers in her coat pockets. "I hope this is the right place," she thought silently.

Yuuki sat on her desk, typing away aat her computer. She was sending a bunch of emails to different hunters around the city, telling them what was going on and what they needed to look out for, ie, suspicious vampires and keep an eye out for smart doctors who they might take. They had a couple people within the research companies around the city so she made sure to give them a full debriefing on the situation. She had just finished clicking send on the emails when there came a knock at the door.

That must be Iana, Yuuki thought to herself as she went over to the door. And true enough, Iana stood in her doorway, her hands in her pockets.

"Iana!"Yuuki said, smiling at the younger witch "Good to see you, I was wondering whether or not you had gotten my note. Come in come in." Yuuki led Iana into her apartment and into the living room, where she motioned for Iana to sit down on the couch opposite Yuuki herself.

"So, I basically just wanted to talk to you, see how you found the meeting, and I need your help on the wind spell I'm working on to locate the people we need to, since I have some details to iron out on the whole. So, how're you feeling?"

((I"M SO SORRY!!! T-T my computer has been spazzing out recently, and no kidding, every single time i had posted a response my internet decided to die! SO! I wrote this on my other computer! =D Sorry it took so long))

Iana tensed slightly when the door finally opened. The warm greeting she received from Yuuki eased her anxiety a tad, as she was led into the living room. She took the offered seat on the couch and listened to the older witch’s explanation. Not really thinking before she spoke Iana admitted, “Overwhelmed. I’m not sure there is much I can do to help, but I’ll try my best to be of some use.” She let out the last reassurance with a smile. Then she asked out of curiosity, “Which spell are you considering?”

There were many wind spells, but the one they needed would have to locate individual’s by detecting their knowledge. Iana wasn’t sure how to go about such a task. She had read of a few spells here and there that had tracking abilities, but she had a feeling that any spell chosen would have to be tweaked a bit for their purposes.

Yuuki listened to Iana's concern's nodding her her. "Don't worry Iana." She said, giving Iana a smile. "I know you'll do quite well. Just give it a little time right? Just come to me if you ever have any trouble. Being vice-prez has some benefits you know" Yuuki winked.

Yuuki continued to listen to Iana as she asked her last question. She sighed, letting out a long stressful breath.

"That's where I'm kind of stuck. The spell I've been thinking of is a tracking spell, that would be able to search out certain people by their personal knowledge signature. The tracking spell itself is rather simple when you know the person's specific signature and such, but we need to apply an alternate spell that would search out the guys we're looking for, the knowledge signature, it's not easily sensed. I have to set up a couple different spells so they would overlay each other to create the spell we want. One, to find the people with an aura of the knowledge we're looking for and their places around the city. The second would be to monitor their safety and well-being at all times. Both are wind magic, my specialty, but both require a lot of power, I might need your help to cast them. I also am still researching how exactly the spell's going to work. It's quite complicated to say the least. The formula's are large, since we need to find only a specific type of person. My guess is that we need to find one of these by hand first and use that guy's knowledge signature to find the others. But we might need to hack into records to get that and I sure can't do that. It's going to be hard to say the least." Yuuki sighed once more. "I've been doing nonstop work since I got home, it's going to be a long couple of weeks. So what do you think of that? Any suggestions? I think I need to call Destiny soon to talk about what I should do about the leeches themselves for that matter."

All that could be heard in the dark alley was the faint sounds of Destiny's footsteps. She choose this way home because the majority of the new leeches did not want to be found in someplace as cliche as a dark alleyway. She stopped in the middle and looked up between the two buildings.

I wish I could see the stars.

Letting out a long sigh she walked over to the brick wall and slumpped against it. Pulling her messager style bag closer to the front of her she pulled out the one page that she did not put in the safe. She blocked off most of the mental emotions that the page spoke of, but allowed a few images to flash through her mind. After about a minute of the bloodiest visions she has ever seen she slammed her mind shut and slid down the wall to sit against it.
Buring her face in her hands she started crying unaware of her surroundings and seemingly very vulnarable.

Shortly after receiving the message form Tim Tramer set out to the streets, making his usual rounds a familiar sent cot Tramer’s attention, going toward the sent Destiny quickly came into view. Tramer froze for a moment as he sensed a page from the diary, his first thought was to pull out one of his guns and kill Destiny, not only would he be acquiring one of the pages but he would also be killing the current leader of the hunters a very dangerous individual, thou Tramer found himself not making the slightest motion to reach for a weapon but instead he casually walked forward making no attempt to council himself. Memories flashed through Tramer’s mind with each steep, Tramer did his best to block them out but he couldn’t forget her face…it took everything he had to tell himself this was not Trena and no mater what she looked like she never would be, thou even with this Tramer made no hostile actions he just leaned up ageist the opposing wall facing Destiny. “the thing I miss the most…” Tramer said with a slight chuckle “is getting up early and watching the sun rise” Tramer said a half smile on his face as he looked up to the darkened sky.

Lifting her eyes from her hands, Tramer slowly came into focus. Making no sudden movements she shut her mind tighter and slowly slid the page back into her bag.
Standing up she kept her hands close to the hidden sai strapped to her thigh.
"To what do I owe the pleasure of your company, Mr. Tall, dark and annoyoing?"
She pushed down the thoughts of the dreams that she had been having, yet she could not shake the feeling of being compleately safe in his pressance.
