If your amenable, I suggest we just go with my average roll of 3, and your best of 3. Ultimately, it won't affect my combat strategy either way. If your okay with that, please feel free to begin your attack.

(ok then)
Gerbo flies forward, harnessing the energy in his staff.
"Ah!!!! Flying attack thingy!"
Gerbo screamed as he blasted a ball of electricity at the flying beast. he then landed in a squat, non-effective defensive stance with his eyes closed and his hands daftly flailing around his head, hoping to knock a blow or two away.

Fury moves forward, intent on the gnome's every move. Expecting a fireball in the face, he is surprised when Gerbo sends a bolt of energy at his companion Dancing Sword. Dancing Sword moves with Fury, in a combined attack. However, thanks to the subtle power of the Stun Bolt, is unable to deliver it's smash. It's normal damage carries through however, for 3 points of damage. Fury simultaneously attacks, with his Attack score raised to 5 thanks to Dancing Sword; he also delivers 6 points of normal damage. Calling forth the powerful Spiritual Fist, he sends it to deal Gerbo a crippling blow, for 10 points of Special damage. Gerbo's defense reduces the overall by 3, but it is not enough to keep him in the fight. Gerbo falls, having succumbed to the mighty Spiritual Fist. Dancing Sword falls beside him, a victim of the insidious properties inherent within the Stun Bolt.
Fury: 25/25 Team Attack (3 points) Dice: Attack (3 points) SA: Spiritual Fist (10 Special) Action: None AP: 1 MP: 1
Dancing Sword: 0/5 Team Attack (3 points) Action: None AP: 1 MP: 1
Fury moves forward, as Gerbo begins to stir. "Are you alright, Master Gerbo?"

yep, that sounds about right!
I'm not really a first round kind of person since i need to build up my magic power. My real source comes from the speedy magic... once thats good then i'm ready to blast the crap out of things.
But yes good show! I forgot the Special attacks are now 2 damage per point.. i thought i would survive if i took out your little pet there.. but i guess not...

Fury helps Gerbo to his feet, as Dancing Sword recovers. "Interesting choice, Master Gerbo. I see your potential for mass damage grows with time. I was fortunate to be able to stop you in the first round. Thank you for the lesson, I will remember what I learned here. Perhaps one day we will act as comrades on the field of battle. As is my custom, I offer you a banner as a memento of our time spent training:"

Kail’igen enters the Fury’s battle grounds, but he does not seem to be there to fight. The somewhat anxious look on his face would lead one to believe he had something very serious to discuss. The fact that he sought this isolated place of training to discuss whatever he had to say seemed to hint it must have been for Fury’s ears alone as well.

Fury feels an odd sensation, a beckoning call pulling him back to his training grounds. Returning with all speed, he discovers the mage Kai'igen waiting, an anxious look on his face. Approaching the mage, Fury says,"Greetings Kail'igen. What brings you to my training grounds? Be at peace, for within these environs, we are but friends."

Kail’igen looked a bit surprised at how readily Fury appeared. He did not expect him to arrive so soon after him. He fidgeted a bit with the winged-snake engraved bow he seemed to carry every where though he never used it. Kail’igen took a moment to try and gather his thoughts before responding to fury. “Greetings Fury, though I know you have not heard much about me, I have learned a great deal about your exploits. And now, as of recently, I have had the pleasure of working with you on some adventures.” Kail then seemed to stop for a bit as if pondering what to say next. Kail then speaks in a low voice.

Vincent strolls through the grounds, seeking his target. "I wish to challenge you, Master Fury!" he shouts to the daytime sky, "I know I will not disappoint!"

Fury turns to the newcomer, surprised by his enthusiastic entrance. "Welcome sir. I gladly accept your challenge. That... blade attached to your arm... seems a bit unnatural. Does it cause you any discomfort? No matter, I suppose. Let us see what you bring to the training grounds. You may begin when you are ready."

(I have one question before we begin OOC. The sword is quite overpowered, and I could switch to my normal equipment and stats. I would be glad to fight someone as skilled as you either way. Otherwise, my first round is posted below.)
Vincent charges in, stiff arming Dancing Sword then charges headlong into Fury. He lets out a cry as he brings down a powerful overhead blow. Without missing a beat, he strikes twice more with lightning speed. Unexplainably, a small wound opens in his arm, and what seems to be a globe of white light flies at Dancing Sword. Vincent seems surprised at what just happened, but braces for Fury's empending attack.
(Stunning Blow on Dancing Sword, followed by an attack, smash, smash on Fury, then sacrifises 2hp to deal 3hp damage to Dancing Sword. Regen x1 heals for 1hp)

Kail’igen sees a newcomer enter Fury’s training arena, announcing his challenge. “We will finish this conversation once you have fought your challenger. I shall watch from the side lines." Upon inspecting the challenger Kail was immediate struck by the sinister looking sword grafted to his hand. Powerful magic radiated from its being and there was something else…something evil.
