Echo quickly resumed her human guise, but passed the rest of the period in the stall. Since she wasn't actually a student, and therefore wasn't on any roll sheets, she was confident she wouldn't be missed, and she didn't want to risk drawing attention to the fact that she hadn't been in class. Pride was smart enough to put two and two together, if it ever got back to him. So she just sat, listening to the dripping of a leaky sink.

As he sat i n class, Al finally accepted the fact that he was beat, if only because of the invisibility. Had the girl been visible he would have shot an arrow through her skull long before she got so close. Of course now that he knew what to look for, he'd be prepared for the next time.

Lust decided to ditch the rest of her class in order to relazx a little bit. She sat on top of the bulding overlooking the city, the wind caressed her skin. There were so many seeds planted but she wanted a bigger crop. Her sin was so common in a high school it was pathetic. She concentrated on a bigger area though.

Sitting in the cramped stall, Echo reviewed her options. She couldn't continue being the invisible girl; Pride would be looking out for that, now. She'd have to act like an ordinary girl, with some time in the spotlight...
A slight smile flitted across her face. In fact, if she put herself directly in his path, attached herself to his target, she would almost certainly illuminate herself from his radar as a potential assassin. Assassins did not connect themselves with people their targets are paying attention to, it was just common sense. But since Pride was now thinking along those lines as well, the best place in the world was right beside Mark. Pride had already seen them talking, so making friends wouldn't seem out of character... Echo's smile returned and stayed. It was perfect.

As Pride sat in class, the words the angel said echoed in his mind, "I was actually going to walk out, but I can't let you turn those kids." 'Hmm I suppose that means she must have seen me in action,' he thought trying to remember who was around when he performed his trick, 'Well there was Lust, and my french class, and that blond girl Mark was talkiing to. Wait wasn't she the one I helped in the hallway, the angel did say she was going to walk out, maybe.... no she couldn't be an angel, could she?'

Serafina gave Mark a quick smile before turning her attention to her classmates. Something seemed wrong. She could detect the sins nearby but they were also in everyone's heart. Pride. Lust...a concered expression crossed her face and reched her blue eyes as she glanced over at Mark. He hadn't been affected...had he?

Mark noticed the beautiful girl staring at him and couldn't help but wonder why. Eventually his curiosity had peaked and he force himself to walk over, "Hey, so hows it going?" he smirk, trying to imitate the confidence his new friend seemed to have an unlimited supply of.

The bell rang, and Echo opened the stall. After fussing with her hair in front of the bathroom mirror, a show put on mostly for the other occupants of the suddenly filling room, she slipped out into the hallway. Casually scanning the hallway, she spotted not Mark, but Pride. She might as well start acting like a normal girl right now, and every normal girl in the immediate area was staring longingly at the Sin. Echo tried to look at him as though she found him extremely attractive as well, which, disturbingly, proved not as difficult as she might have liked.

Al spotted the blond haired girl in the hall amongst his adoring fans and began to wonder if maybe he was wrong. Still such a feat as the angel had accomplished was rare and the sin had decided to reward her efforts. On a slip of paper in his pocket was written an address followed by the word envy. If the girl was not who he thought she was, this would mean nothing, otherwise, he had paid off his debt, for after all it was much more shameful to owe an angel then to lose a fight. He got as close as he could to the girl before dropping the note inside her bag, hopefully unnoticed

Every girl watched as he attempted to slip a note into her bag unnoticed, and more that a few withering glares turned on Echo. Suddenly looking authentic was the no longer an effort. She felt her heartbeat kick up a few notches, pounding in her ears. This was far too familiar. Bright pink, she spun around and fled down the hall.

Pride heard the rushed footsteps in the other direction. He turned around only to find many jealous girls staring after her, blushing when they turned around to see him watching him, 'I've still got it," he smirked then headed off to his next class.

Echo stood leaning against a wall, making an effort to breathe slowly. That was the last time that would happen, she couldn't afford to be weak. Suddenly she remembered the note. What in Heaven was he passing her notes for?
She slipped it out of her bag and stared at it. She furrowed her brow, making a show of confusion; inwardly, she raised her eyebrows, then smiled. Pride didn't know Angels very well if he thought they would abandon innocent others to their fate to go on a personal vendetta. With a swooping sensation in her stomach, she realized that had been a prideful thought. She carefully shrugged and arranged her features into a sweetly excited, hopeful, 'He picked me' sort of smile. Just in case.
Sarah came up behind Pride, yawning. "Heard you had an 'incident'. How does it feel to have to be rescued by... Mina? Even I'm not that pathetic."
