I'm personally not a very big fan of male genital piercings... just seems like it would get in the way. Female genital piercings is a whole different story though...
Anyways, I'd have to say that I'm addicted to piercings... I have 3 lobe piercings on each ear, an industrial, 2 snug piercings, a conch piercing and a labret piercing for a grand total of 12 (I think... I've always counted the industrial as two). I've never had any problems as far as jobs go, and in my industry (photography), it's unlikely that I will... I've only ever received compliments and people telling me that they've never seen so many piercings done with class.
Future plans... I've been mulling over it for a while. Maybe an eyebrow piercing and perhaps some dermal implant on the back of my neck, but I'm still not sure.

I've always wanted dermal implants but no where within and hour of me does it and I think the hour and a half car ride would be too horrible for me to get them. sweatdrop

I would hate spending so much money on them and then having to take them out.

Dermal implants don't get rejected quite as easily - the way the anchor is placed under the skin is similar to the way the ink of a tattoo sits under the skin. Personally, the only reason I don't get it done right away is that if ever I need to get some surgery done, you have to remove anything metal, and you can't exactly remove dermal implants... Until they make bioplastic anchors, I shall wait and dream about my dermal implants.

Copied from page 3:
I have 4 on my left earlobe, 2 on the cartilage and an industrial. I have 3 on my right earlobe and a tragus. I have my tongue pierced and my belly pierced. That should count to 14 piercings. I might get a nape or both nipples (because one looks stupid) done someday. I don't any facial piercings, because the line of work I'll be doing won't allow them. If I could, I'd get a unicorn or a bridge, but I think my glasses would prevent the latter. D:
I once saw this guy with I guess stell implants on his bald head, like in a mohawk shape. =o It looked sorta cool, but painful at the same time.

And I dislike how I wouldn't be able to remove them if needed. @Grave: An industrial piercing is an ear piercing thats done through two sections of cartilage on the outer rim of the ear.
