"Hardly." Kaname replied to Akio's odd response of it being fun. Then felling Hiro hug him, Kaname made a face but didn't have time to yell, for his older cousin dragged him to the other two. Kaname remained quiet, glaring at the girl a bit. then hearing Hiro's comment about things getting crowded, he rolled his eyes and started walking for the door. "Yeeeah. You guys have fun with all of this. Hope Hikaru doesn't find out." He muttered under his breath. "I have to go find Tora, she owes me for something."

Suzu blushed again at Akio's first answer and giggled a little as he went on. Hardly hearing what was going on in the background, except for Hiro's comment, which had taken her a bit off guard. Oh how she loved these types of phone calls. "Thank you so much, Akio-kun, you're a lifesaver! Honestly I'm not sure if she'd be able to handle her own place while finding a job for rent and going to school. But yes of course, I'll try to settle her down before she arrives." she said, looking down at Katsu. She had given up on fighting for the phone and by now Suzu had released her. She now sat with her arms crossed at the table, brooding. "How about tomorrow morning? Would that be alright? It sounds like you have your own commotion going on over there already. And I'm afraid her arrival might not be the quietest..." Again she peeked over at Katsuya from behind the kitchen cabinet. Katsu seemed to be muttering something that sounded a little like "There's no way in hell!!" over and over again.

((long and pointless post. man, was I bored. XD))
"That's wonderful!" Tokaru cheered and finally pressed send on her phone. It rang had only rang once before a click and faint breathing could be hear from the other line.
Taiyo reached in a daze into his pocket as his phone played a light jazz tune. He glanced the screen a picture of Tokaru was displayed as well as her name underneath the image. He felt a sudden bit of panic and wasted no time in answering it before the second ring even began. "Tokaru are you alright?" He asked keeping his voice plain an even.
Tokaru giggled, "course I am silly!" Her joyus tone relaxed to a soft pleading voice as she spoke again. "But ummm.. nii-san, we don't know if we're going to have enough ingredients for the cake. If it's not too much trouble could you pick up a some ingredients from the store on your way home?"
Taiyo let a sigh of relief in his mind as she spoke, He'd be leaving soon anyway. "Sure, anything in particular?"
"Vanilla cake, frosting, and some of those decorating tips for the icing. Is that alright?"
"Sure, I'll be home in about 15 minutes." He said and from the other line he could hear Tokaru squeal with glee.
"Thank you Taiyo! I'll see you in little while." Tokaru Hymmed and ended the conversation with a click. "Taiyo will be home soon!" She cheered as she glanced over at Tora.
Taiyo hung up and glanced over at the clock. His shift was officially over. Her removed his I.D. Lanyard and his name tag as he headed out the front doors and across the street to the market. The door dinged as he entered and grabbed a basket from the front. He went slowly down the different aisles collecting the different ingredients to make the cake. Now he might not have known these ingredients if this was not the first cake run he had been sent on. He'd become quite accustom to making a stop in the market to get the ingredients needed, A few more trips and he'd probably know where everything was by heart.
It didn't take long before the basket felt a few pounds heavier than when he had started. The last thing to grab was the frosting then he could head back home. He was just turning down the aisle when he caught sight of a very unpleasant person in the fish department. He tried not to glare for too long but it just couldn't be helped as he grabbed a thing of icing off the shelves and placed it in his basket. He didn't want to se her anymore so with that he turned and headed for check-out a few minutes too late of being spotted himself.
"I thought by having you move out I'd be free of your disgusting presence." The lady snarled.
Taiyo ignored her and proceeded through the line to check out, he had finally paid and was carrying the bags for the door when she was right behind him once more.
"I had arranged someone to pick Tokaru up from school and you know that. I don't want her getting ideas from you, She's already corrupted enough. That's why I had you leave not so I have to see your filthy self everywhere I go." She scowled and her voice became a more confident growl as she crossed her arms and her peircing stare intensed. "Your father still thinks there's hope for her. He thought that of you to and look how you turned out, as soon as I make him see it, that little wretch is going to be out of my house just as fast as you."
Taiyo stare and expression was unwavering calm and unemotional through his mother's speech. He knew it was a false promise. His father didn't like giving him up to live on his own and he knew he wouldn't let his sister leave so easily. But he wondered if she would just be safer living with him. "Nice talking to you." He said calmly as he turned and left the store headed back for the estate.

(wasn't pointless!)
Tora giggled happily and hugged tokaru in her joy. "This IS fun!" she stated happily. "Taiyo is so nice to buy us stuff! He should get this first piece! We can even make a little horsie on top of it for him!"

Tokaru laughed and nodded in agreement, although her brother seemed to like or atleast pretend to like anything she gave him she wondered if he really would like a little horsie on the cake, but a second later the thought passed and her mind was made up. Taiyo's piece of cake would definetly have a horse on it. "Ok lets finish up this one so we can start on the other when he gets back."
Taiyo wasn't hurrying home but it wasn't such a great journey to the southern gate of the Sohma Estate. The back gate was rarely ever used but then not many people resided on the southern side of the grounds. He knew his mother was going to be upset, but then again she always was. He thought she had learned the last time she had hurt Tokaru. Taiyo had ended up breaking her arm. He probably would have done more damage he hadn't been in such a hurry to get his sister to the hospital. But he had to be honest with himself, the woman was not right in the head, he also admitted that their ondition had something to do with that but they couldn't help that part. He was approaching the center path, his old residence wasn't much further ahead. He shifted the weight in both the bags, the one carrying the books and the other three with cake ingradients and he steadied his way across the stone path.

Yuzuyu let out a nervous laugh. "And you called the woods unsafe..." she said it was hard to see the floor, the ground was plastered with garbage bags, bit of paper, wrappers... Banana peel? Perhaps she could help them clean it up a bit. "I don't think I ever made the connection of you being related to Chris, Takahiro," only after she had seen him call Chris Baby Brother had she realized they shared the same last name and could've been related. "But um... What do you mean by crowded? Does this mean there will be more people?" the situation was getting more and more complex, for goodness sake. Why didn't they turn their house in to a Motel? This made her feel a little uneasy, not only was she having to stay the night in a house with, who knows how much, guys there was more people on their way? "Is your house always this, uh... busy?" Yuzu asked turning towards Chris.

Ein sat down at a desk. Something.. wasn't right to his mind. Normally, something would be happening by now. But why, why was everything so... dull? Like the calm before the storm, Ein told himself. Outside, he was pleased to have a quiet moment, with no minor battles. However, a portion of his mind knew this couldn't last, and the rest agreed. Something big was going to happen soon. He could almost feel it.

Kaida opened the drapes that led to the balcony of her apartment. It was later in the day already, but she'd preferred the shadows in the room until that moment. Her flower boxes instantly showered her vision with color, bringing a subtle smile to her lips. As she pushed the sliding glass door to the side, she could hear laughing and talking from the outlying neighborhoods. Several blocks away, she could still see where Sohma House stood. It felt as if she could never get out from under the thumb of her family. No matter how far she moved, she could always see the place.
Vaguely, she wondered what might be going on there today. Deciding that she didn't care very much, she turned back into her living room, leaving the door standing open so the fresh air could get in. She thought about all her cousins and other relatives that may have suffered the same fate or worse after she left. Her eyes became misty and started to tear as she realized she'd have to go over to Sohma house if she wanted to make sure everything was okay. The idea of seeing the head of the family again was something Kaida had a difficult time swallowing, but she knew what she had to do. Slipping on some black heels and grabbing her hat, she stepped out the front door, completely forgetting about the still-open porch door.
Hotaru sat on the grass in the Sohma Estate, his eyes focusing and unfocusing on the toy he held in front of him. He was fourteen years old, probably too old to be holding such a thing, but it didn't bother him. He sighed, putting it down in the grass and standing up. He looked out over the expanse of Sohma land. He could just barely see a figure entering the place in the distance. He broke into a run, fairly excited to see who it might be.
When he drew nearer, he saw that it was Tokaru's brother, whose name always seemed to escape Hotaru. He was holding what seemed to be baking ingredients. Hotaru smiled when he saw him, though he was blushing from his forgetfulness of the older boy's name. "Hi!" was all he said. Maybe the name would come to him, but for the moment he hoped his rudeness would be attributed to his shy nature.

Hiro laughed. "Just wait! Katsu's coming to live with us! That'll be a blast won't it?" He had always gotten along well with his cousins. Even the cat of the family. "She's so cute sometimes...." Akio nodded. "Yes thats fine. Um, if you'll excuse me I have to make sure Hiro keeps his hands off of someone..." And with that he hung up the phone and walked to Hiro wrapping his arms around him to keep him from touching the girl. "Parden the mess, I am after all a bachlor and...well. The only female I know is always freaking out because I haven't finished my book on time!" He laughed and whispered in Hiro's ear so no one else could hear. "Be a good boy now..." Hiro smiled and nodded his head understandingly.

Suzu smiled as she heard Hiro cheerful view on what was to become of the already crowded house. 'At least some will enjoy her presence...' was her real thought on his enthusiasm. She could only imagine what would happen if Katsu were to realize the extent of the company over there. Suzu grinned at the thought. Though she did love her niece as her own, Suzu was no stranger to the girl's attitude. "Alright, see you tomorrow then!" she said with a glimmer of excitement in her voice. With that she hung up the phone in one swift motion and remained joyful and untroubled even as she strode over to sit across from Katsuya's still brooding form. She was facing away from her aunt and had no intention of changing this, even when she approached the table. From the corner of her eye, she could see the bright smile that had inhabited her aunt's features. The woman was almost glowing now that she knew she had no real reason to worry anymore. Even though Akio might not be the most responsible choice, at least now Suzu knew that Katsu wouldn't be struggling on her own beyond her reach. Katsu grimaced at her sunt's bliss and took to pretending that she was no longer there, beaming at her from across the table. "Katsuuu..." she held out the name in a soft pleading voice. "...please don't be mad at me!" she reached across the table as her eyes went soft and her lower lip poked out in a child's pout. Katsuya recoiled from her hands and scooted out of her reach, retaining her scowl. "You double-crosser... why don't you grow up and stop acting like such a child?! You sounded like a love-sick teenager when you talked to that perverted old man!" she grumbled through clenched teeth. "Oh, come on, now Katsu-chan! I was only playing along! He started it... such a flirt, that man is! You wouldn't believe how-- well then again, maybe you would. Just please, do this one thing for me Katsu-chan? It's only to please Hikaru and make it easier on my nerves, at least now I'll know where you are... that you're safe..." "If you can call Akio's house 'safe'!! Have you seen what a mess that place is? I bet rats could easily live... in..." she paused, shock filling her eyes as she realized who else could be living at Akio's house. "RAT!! Tell me that damn rat won't be there! I swear, Suzu, if that stupid--" "Now, now, you shouldn't speak of your cousin that way!" "You're avoiding my question, Suzu. Answer me, will that damn rat be there?!" she asked, almost shouting now. By this point Katsu was on her feet, fully facing Suzu, her eyes ablaze with hate and her face a steady scarlet. "Well... there's a small... possibilty of... his presence... but one can't be sure..." Suzu mumbled, avoiding Katsuya's gaze, and staring at her fingers as she pressed her fingers together. There was several loud bangs that carried through the house as Katsu stormed into her empty room, slamming the door and running to her bed. Only to realize too late that it was no longer there. Another series of curses and unsightly words echoed down to where Suzu sat, frozen at the kitchen table. But the tiniest grin curled the sides of of her mouth as she thought of seeing Akio the next morning. At this thought, she blushed and giggled to herself as a rampaging cat could be heard through the ceiling, destroying the upstairs.
((I can't help but picture this happening and laugh... this was really fun to type out. This is what happens when I'm bored and motivated.))

((Sorry for not posting in a while.))
Waking up from a nap he was having Sai leaves his apartment and decides to walk around for a while. He walks by the park to admire the trees and flowers there. "So beautiful, sometimes it makes me abandon my dream and pursue a career in gardening." Sai then stops to look at all the people around him. "Life's too good to me." he said before leaving and going back to his apartment.

((That's alright I just wasn't sure how to respnd to that))
Taiyo looked up at the greeting and nodded, "Oh hi Hotaru." He walked a little further until he was almost next his younger cousin. "How are you doing this evening?" he asked keeping up his polite but plain demeanor. Hotaru was just about the same age as Tokaru as well and Taiyo always seemed nicer to the younger kids than he was to the ones his own age. He glanced pass Hotaru for a moment noting that Tokaru's house was just up ahead and she was probably waiting for her cake ingrdients, plus there was no telling how soon their mother would be home.
