((OOC: Sorry bout that... I went to play a board game with my brother razz Don't ask, I'll just do something, and we can come back to it...))
Ryn stood his wings still spread defensively, his eyes flicking between the Purifier, and the Elf, who was now running away with two human girls.
"Odd creature.... But so am I, I suppose", Ryn thought, his claws clicking against each other, as he watched the girl in front of him for some sign of an attack. Quietly, but quite forcefully he said,"You need not fight.... It is doubtful you would survive if you did, and I am merciful.... I was once a Purifier, but I see no peace by doing what we are told to do..... How can you wish for the deaths of humans, when by slaying them, you become LIKE them?"
His eyes watched, flickering in the semi-darkness, his scales glinting in much the same way, waiting for a response from the being before him.

(( Someone just tried to freakin scam me lol. I only have 7k gaia gold so what would that accomplish?)) He slowed his pace considerably once they were away from the impending brawl of brawn. He wasn't going to apologise for yelling because if he had done anything else she would of probably wanted to stop and smell the roses or ask a million questions. But being forceful had paid off and she was close behind him, huffing and puffing just like what was expected of her. "What were you thinking?" He asked, not turning his gaze to meet her. She was shorter than him, which meant she was probably pretty young, at least younger than he was.
"Sitting in the road when there are demons..." He stopped himself in his tracks. What use was it to talk to her about his struggles. "What is your name girl?" He asked with a harsh tone. He wasn't trying to be rude, but it took every ounce of his strength to keep from dumping the girls and heading back toward battle.

Deciding once again on the side of self-preservation, Masaru didn't give the quick, angry answers that sprang to her mind. Instead she thought about the question as she scratched the back of her head lightly, an old habit that usually calmed her down. She also thought about the odd title.
"Purifier...hm. No, I don't think that makes us as alike as you might think. We do have brutality and anger in common. That's not what I hate. I kill them because they lie, they're deceitful, they blame everything on everyone but themselves. They're false creatures. As such, they are unworthy of the life they've been allowed thus far."
Masaru gave the being in front of her a strange look.
"Why am I talking to you? If I understand our situation correctly, you are my enemy." She took up her defensive position again, in case he changed his mind or was lying himself.

"Your enemy? I have yet to see proof that you are my enemy... The only proof of you being a Purifier is your thoughts, and even those do not make you my enemy... It is actions that make an enemy for me...", Ryn said speaking slowly. He watched her carefully, looking to see if she would go on the offensive, though determined to do his best to prevent bloodshed.
"You know, it is the truth that many Humans lie.... But many beings lie, and many blame their problems on others.... Why even you seem to... But I have learned, that sometimes it is best not to believe that a being is something, without first finding true proof... There is only some proof in your accusations of Humans", Ryn said, still trying to talk the girl out of a fight, and possibly over to being his ally.

Masaru knew what he was trying to do. She also knew, however, that her bloodlust would not allow her to truly understand his point of view. The only thing that kept her there was her lack of any true conversation at all in so many months. She knew, however, this couldn't get anywhere, and said so.
"You are trying to get me to give humans a chance. That is something I will never be able to do."
She decided not to explain herself. As much as she enjoyed talking, she couldn't afford to hold a conversation with this person. He claimed they weren't yet enemies, but she was sure that all too soon they would be. She knew she should already be gone, but decided to wait a few moments to see if she would recieve any response.

"Hmm... Thats really too bad...", Ryn replied, his grey eyes watching the girls actions. She seemed to have calmed a bit, yet he could still tell she wouldn't fall for his words.
Ryn sighed, his heart pulling to try one more time, but his mind saying it was too late. He looked directly into her eyes and said, as calmly as he could," I will not fight you, unless you try to harm me or someone else when I can see you... If you won't understand, then leave.... There is no need for more bloodshed."

Masaru walked away. She felt a twinge of regret that she again would have no one to speak with, but realized it really didn't matter. She didn't want to put herself in danger when she didn't have to. Besides, she had people to slaughter. She would not be able to rest until she did, although she was already feeling worn from her almost-fight. Her rage had already begun to rise to the surface again, and she wanted to be on the other side of town before she lost control. She sighed, having a feeling that this slaughter would end badly somehow.
She quenched the feeling. Doubt led inevitably down the path she hated most. She bolstered her confidence and started moving faster.
[[Probably, but we're past that]]

((Gah! I had to read A LOT before I could get to post! I AM SO SORRY, ONEMISAKE!!!! crying I just had to finish my RP, and I did. NOW, I can try and help out, and make up for making you wait like that. BTW, my RP is still in its earlier days. May I advertise it here? twisted ))
"Huh?" Kin's ominously innocent face was in gull view, scratching his head as he began thinking of an excuse, "Er... well, I was just passing by, taking my fun on the humans, when your pressence seemed to have caught my attention. I say, that was sheer perfection you did back there, Little Puppy, and you talk too! This girl couldn't possibly have found a better pet!" With that, his attention was shifted back to the girl. She looked all too humanoid to him, despite the knowledge that her pressence wasn't that of a norm. Her green eyes were like that of an ocean, that seemed shallow yet deep at the same time. They captivated him, and he was almost almost hypnotized in a way. "You're quite cute," Kin exclaimed softly, his warm breath coming out of his mouth like fog in the night air. He wwinced gleefully in his expression, "You're so cute that I almost want to eat you. Though I already had my fill from a little girl earlier on. That would disrupt my diet. Mmhmm..." he began contemplating on his own, not really bothering to make a conversation with the two, "And you're a fellow purifier!" He squealed with excitement, as if to have ignored her bewildermnet of the word, "It makes me wonder what supernaturals like me would taste like, but there's just something in me that makes me want to keep you (alive)." He began to speak more loftily, as if he had all the power and authority of the world, speaking freely of whatever floating in his head, as if they were already friends, even best friends.

"My name's Izzy, and for your information there was some crazy maniac who probably killed my foster parents, and my brother made me run over, and I slipped on the pavement." She said defensivly. She glared at the back of his head, sence he didn't turn around. 'who is he to be so rude.' she thought.

((Its ok, I had to cook dinner anyway.)) "So let me get this straight. You ran away from YOUR house." He had to scoff just a little bit. He had ran into weak willed Mortals before but this was beyond anything he had encountered. "And you say it might of killed your parents...so why didn't you stand and fight?" He didn't really want an answer, because he really didn't want to hear it, still, he did not turn to face her even now.
"Where is your brother now?" He asked, an eyebrow raised in question. Was the will to fight not in this Izzy girl at all. He didn't know, and by now he didn't care. Whatever had killed or tried to kill her parents was still out there, and he needed to get her to safety, it was his duty after all. Maybe this was why Her High Majesty had forced him to this place when she opened the portal between Realms.
He had no sympathy for children. He had been but a child when he had to fight, and he didn't see the reason why so many people took it upon themselves not to, how selfish. But he pushed the thoughts from his mind, calming his soul as he walked onward.
They came across a small shed and Nendir asked Izzy to wait for him. He walked up to the house and knocked. A kind looking old man answered and he explained that the young girl on his shoulder needed rest and shelter only for the night. He payed the man handsomely and turned his attention toward Izzy as he made his wake back over to her, but not in the direction they had been walking, he was walking back toward the town.
"My names Ninder." He said in an even and gentle tone. He needed this girl to cooperate, and he was going to force her to fight, but he wouldn't let her be terminally injured in the process. "We are going to go find that....Maniac...and we are going to rid the world of him, don't object, I don't take kindly to disobedience." It was in her best interest to take the beast head on, and to conquer her fear sooner rather than later.

"yes I ran from MY house, my brother made me. I don't know where he his, and I would have stayed to fight, but I couldn't. Logan would have never let me." she told him. and soon after they had arrived at a shed, and she waited as told. They started back toward the way they had come from. When he spoke again, she learned two things. His name and the fact that they were gonna fight the crazed... person. "you don't have to tell me twice. If they killed my current parents, and my brother, that'll be the second family I've lost.."

"One sole desire, one passion now remains To keep life's fever still within his veins, Vengeance! dire vengeance on the wretch who cast O'er him and all he lov'd that ruinous blast." He quoted and walked onward, this time slowing his pace enough so she could keep level with him side by side. "Revenge is only sweet when it is done right. How do you plan on defeating this foe?" He asked kindly, and only now did he gaze upon her feminine frame.
It would be foolish to charge into battle without knowing the enemy, or rather, creating a plan to defeat him, and what to do in case they were defeated. But Nendir was confident in his skill. There had yet too be someone who could challenge his abilities.
Izzy looked so innocent and docile with her long flowing hair, and the dust that clung to her body since she had fallen. The night was coming quickly, and if they were to find the person responsible for the misdeeds against Izzy's family they would have to move fast.
The village came into view and the lights that dressed the windows of each building could be seen from miles away, Nendir was sure. But what made him uneasy was the fact that there was so much shadow, so many places for the enemy to hide, so many opportunities for a surprise attack. He placed his hand on the handle of his katana as they walked, always on guard, after all, it wasn't only his life in the balance this night.
