Also..tips
Azmaru walks towards the practice dummy, with a flick of her finger she sends a shockwave of energy throughout the dummy. A few moments after the dummy erupts spreading hay everywhere.
And for punches/kicks say were your attacking as such:
Azmaru the procedes to kick at the dummys head, leaving deep impact marks. With a swift grab of the torso she rips open the dummys chest, pulling hay out with her fist.

*sets up a number of wooden targets, wooden posts with rope tied around the top, surriunding me*
*stands in the center , completely still with my left hand upon the hilt of the beautiful white petalchaser's golden dragon-shaped pommel, and breathe out of my mouth, expelling all of the air from my chest, and thenbreathe back full through my nose, my eyes now locked on the target ahead of me as I assume in Iaido stance, the still-sheathed white katana held with both hands behind me, my wieght on my back leg while my forward leg points toward the post*
YAAHHH!!!!!!!!!!
*in one fluid motion, I perform the technique flawlessly, the blade erupts from the sheathe with such speed that all there is to see is a quick blue, thin, flash and then I spin around and resheathe the blade in one fluid motion, the post still remaining completely still, as if it had not even been hit*
*then after ten seconds I hear behind me the sound of the top of the post fall to the ground, completely sliced through in one motion*
