Vadin skipped along the hallway and got to Khalid, who was sitting with his head bowed as though in prayer. "Aww. I'm sorry, Khalid. I mean, I know you said to watch him, but you should have known better," he said in mock sympathy. "He was just too tempting for me to pass up. And I didn't want to be without him again, so I'm bringing him with me when I go bother those Egyptians."

[Skipping... two weeks or so.]
Vadin had left the living world to go 'keep Ryou company', as he explained to Khalid. The demon had explained quite clearly to Khalid that there was no way he would allow Ryou to be revived, and that if anyone did, for any reason, he would only kill the boy again. Khalid felt helpless; why the ******** did these things have to happen?
Khalid had contacted Yugi and the other three to tell them what had happened. Ryou was dead, Vadin was gone. Don't even bother asking him about bringing Ryou back, it couldn't happen easily. Atem had been fusious and had come over for a while, shouting at him and being rather threatening. Khalid had eventually forced Atem away, and then came the hard part. What was he supposed to do with Kai and Rei? Pegasus was watching over them for now, after he had been told what had happened, but neither of the children had been told what had happened. And how would he be able to explain? Khalid felt sick.

Luci as he said was in his home with kira. He still hadent disided where he wanted to run off to. He could be so picky at times. He dident bother watching kira. Ever since ryou died she just sat lifelessly on the couch staring at her hands. He hadent bothered fixing her memories yet.
Ember had been quite upset over the death of her friend. She tried to keep atem company to keep him calm. Her morning sickness had went away and she was looking rounder.
Kawi had become a bit more quiet. She was sitting on the couch in her appartment looking at the tv as it flashed the news.

Khalid decided to go ahead and start making out plans. Plans were nice. He left the empty mansion-- he wasn't sure where Pegasus had taken the children-- and began to drive across town.
Atem was in increasingly angrier and angrier moods. He tried not to show it, so he wouldn't upset anyone else, but bottling wasn't exactly good for anyone. He was currently at the kitchen table, staring a page of his book.

Ember walked into the kicthen. "Come on atem I'm taking you somwhere" She said. She had a great idea.
"Hmm..that does seem nice" luci muttered to himself looking over a house in jamaica over the net.

Atem set his book down with a slight frown. "Where?" He asked, sounding a little suspicious.
There was a sharp knock at the front door to Luci's place and Khalid crossed his arms over his chest, waiting for a response.

Atem considered grumbling, but how far would that get him? He got up to his feet, squeezing Ember's hand a little. "Fine. Will it just be the two of us?" He didn't know if Ember wanted to invite yugi and Kawi.
Khalid gave Luci a hollow smile-- he had had no idea that Ryou's death could have affected him that much. "Good. I wasn't sure if you had run off to the equator yet or not." He said in his monotone, "Is Kira still here, in any case?"

"Just us" Ember smiled pulling him twards the door.

Khalid entered with a little shrug and found Kira easily enough. "Staring at your hands, hm?" He asked, not really expecting an answer.
Atem allowed himself to be pulled, hoping not to go anywhere that he might lose his temper.

Kira of corse said nothing. Her eyes seemed lifeless.
Luci shut the door and went back to his computer.
Ember led atem out to there car. Driving she soon pulled into the driveway of a fitness center. "Now this isent as bad as it looks." She said getting out. "Just bare with me for a moment."

"Are you trying to imply something?" Atem asked in a joking manner. "You saying I'm fat?"
Khalid could have sat down next to Kira on the couch, but instead he took a seat on the floor before her. "Pegasus is requesting permission to adopt your children. I think it will be best, because of Ryou's death and your soon departure. I certainly can't be expected to watch them."

"No im fat..but thats not why we are here" Ember said leading him in and walking to a lady at a counter "Hi my names ember I reserved the boxing room." The women handed her a key and ember dragged him into a large room. It had all sorts of boxing equipment, diffrent style punching bags and a boxing ring. "I know you have a bit of a problem with you anger..And I've been thinking for the longest time for a way to help you..So this is my idea! not the boxing ring itself cause i'm not boxing but all the diffrent punching bags you can take your anger out on" Ember smiled.
Kira as alwys said nothing. But luci had overheard "thats a good idea" he said.
