"Oooh, flashy" Tony said. He knew he was going to love this place. He went with Sami.
"Let me crush your heart in my fist."
I love you.I wonder what you'd say. You've always fascinated me, you know.Tell me, do you feel betrayed?"You used to captivate me."
Sami led Tony through the bar-level to the golden-plated elevator, which they took all the way to the top floor.
They stepped out of the elevator, and walked over to the man behind the podium.
"Buenos di'as," Sami greeted before the man could speak.
"Tenemos una reservacio'n, si'? Felipe."The man leaved through his books.
"Ah! Senor Felipe!" He affirmed.
"Cuatro personas. Por favor, tienen revolveres o armas?""Si'," Sami replied truthfully, smiling.
"Pero qui'en no tiene?"The man laughed.
"Muy bien, Senorita," he replied simply, motioning for them to follow him.
"Por favor."He began to walk to a window-seat on the other side of the room.
Said room took up the entire top floor - the entire place was surrounded by windows instead of walls save for the back where the kitchen resided. They had a complete three-hundred and sixty degree view of downtown New York and Manhattan Bay.
The middle of the top floor was mostly dance floor, and the waitresses were dressed as Las Vegas showgirls, gold-plated bikinis and elaborate feather head-dresses and tails with gold gloves. Either they were trained to carry massive amounts of weight, or the outfits were a lot lighter than they looked.
Precisely six crystal chandeliers glimmered overhead, and the booths were a lush, velvety red.
Oh, it was for certain. This place was for only the most elite. Smiling, Sami leaned sideways slightly and gently took hold of Tony's arm as they were led to a booth by one large floor-to-cieling windowpane.
"Well?" She asked. "What do you think?"
"You were the person I wanted to be."
I wonder what you'd say,
Now that I've torn your life away.
So shudder and shiver and quiver and die.
Do you feel hollow now that you've realized I lied?
"Shhhh... let no hate break past your lips."
