In windows XP, I went to the regional and language options of the control panel and under languages, selected "Install files for East Asian languages". I also downloaded the japanese language pack years ago by going to any japanese website and getting prompted for it.

Miriam The Bat Doi sad In windows XP, I went to the regional and language options of the control panel and under languages, selected "Install files for East Asian languages". I also downloaded the japanese language pack years ago by going to any japanese website and getting prompted for it.
