Possibly, kill the wearer and hope it will choose you.
The orange rings would be the best to try that with... Maybe the red ones too.
Or have access to a time machine and acquire one immediately before it is destroyed. ninja

We are NOT killing anyone today. Probably.
We ARE going to attempt to contain them before they end up overloading this extradimensional creature to Critical Mass. So can we all stop the casual chatting and please ASSIST IN THE TENTACLE REMOVAL?

I'd love to help, but my body got transmuted into a non-alchemical substance. I can only talk to you right now because my soul/ghost/spirit has nowhere to go. I COULD drain all their rings and make them useless if I were my old self again. You got a way in that big brain of yours to fix me?
