Wow this is messed up.
Basically this man is demanding that his now ex wife either give him 1.5 million for the kidney he gave her during their marriage which saved her life or she give him back the actual kidney. No I am not joking on this one. A few years into their marriage things started to go sour and his wife became ill. He was a one in like 7,000 match to her so he donated her a kidney to save her life. He is claiming that the only reason he did it was because he though it would help their marriage. It did not and now they are divorcing (possibly because she cheated but the marriage was going towards divorce before she got ill).
So do you think he morally has the right to ask for his kidney back or $1.5 million in exchange for the organ because his marriage didn't work out as part of his divorce settlement? And even if you take morality out of it, isn't saying you have to pay me $1.5 millions selling your kidney to someone illegal since you are not allowed to sell organs to people (at least where this is happening)?
So which one is the bad person the guy that wants his kidney back which could lead to her death or the wife that cheated on a man that loved and saved her.
