[Gothic_Lolita] /b/ is the most notorious part of the website known as 4chan. And what is this '4chan'? Is this something I should actually get off my non-websurfing a** and look at?

Generally, no. You can just wait till some jack-off decides to post it as page-stretching spam using a bot along with pictures of dead babies in dumpsters during the next "4-chan raid."

Or you could just consciously choose to stop going in there. You know, it's like making the choice to stop pounding a nail into your forehead or cutting off your fingers one by one. It's not that hard to make, and the alternative is less harmful to your health.
